Some of the workers got to lose the attitude. Just because you work in south coast doesn't mean you are above anyone. They need to learn to respect customers, giving us a hard time because we wanted to switch a ring to a different size even though it's allowed and was never really worn except test fitting. Refused to refund the difference and was giving my SO hard time even though I had a gift receipt. They only allowed to refund the difference as a gift card which was also refused when we she took it to buy something else because it was under my name. What a fucking joke read more

I was hesitant to sign on the No Refund slip and found out later that the sales person A. Ch did not explain clearly that I have the right to return the product the same day as a curtesy return. And I do concern about she sold me the display bag but not willing to get a brand new item. She also makes sure if my husband is getting me a surprise gift that he gets me the one that I like. She pays attention to detail. I came here a few months ago. My experience with Amy was by far the most ridiculous thing. I came in to try on a bracelet that I kept looking at online. It either came in mother-of-pearl or malachite. I wanted the bracelet with malachite, they did not have my size. She then tells me to try on the M/L and gives me an estimate of how the S/M will fit on me. The stone sits in the middle of the bracelet to where if it is too big on the wrist, it can rotate to the back of the of the wrist because of the weight. I asked Amy if she had the mother-of-pearl in a S/M for me to try on, she said she would have to check. She came back with a S/M mother-of-pearl. Here's the ridiculous part: she said you can look at it, but you can't try it on. I asked her what is the point of her even bringing it out ESPECIALLY when I asked you if there was one in a S/M?!! I also told her how would I even know if it fits, she said you can just look at it and guess if it'll fit. You can try it on after purchasing. I asked her if I could speak to the manager then she started acting like she couldn't understand what language I was speaking. I did buy a pair of sunglasses for a gift a few months ago and the service was as professional and courteous then as it was 10 years ago. I love to give their grain leather men's wallets as gifts. Bvlgari is 100% hands down my favorite luxury brand and my experience at the Costa Mesa location didn't let me down!!! It was my first time in this location besides the rodeo location and LAX one and I was so fortune to have met Hiroko! She was so lovely and greeted me and my sister upon entering and asked if we needed help when I was interested in a perfume and scarf. After showing me all the options I picked the scarf I wanted, and browsed the store to find a great wallet as well. She was so informative and told me about new collections they had and style options of the leather goods. She also informed me that my favorite perfume is a little old so no boutique carries them anymore only department stores which was totally fine. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She doesn't pressure you to make decisions at all! She get to know you and offers suggestions if you can't make up your mind. She mentioned that she was with the company for 18 years and it really shows!! I don't live near this specific location but I'm definitely come back to make my next purchase that she showed me! The store is a little bigger then the rodeo location and has a great selection of goodies! If you don't see what you're looking for just let your SA know and I'm sure they will have it somewhere in the back, that's what happened in my situation. Horrible horrible I wouldn't go to this location ever again (south coast plaza)..I've bought several of their pieces over the years and had bought a bracelet that needed sized to fit my wrist. A sales girl told me that they could only remove links from the ends of the bracelet....which would have ruined the symmetry of the bracelet..... After having some angst over what to do the sales girls told my mother that I shouldnt stress "it's only a bracelet" ... I love it I am sure Bvlgari would love that comment after spending millions on branding! Anyways, I worked in Beverly hills so I went to the Bvlgari store there and they were able to size it and several other bracelets correctly....finally be prepared to be profiled at the front door.....if you don't look like you have lots of money they aren't going to give you the time of day.....Bottom line shop at Hermes! read more
