My friend made an appointment for wedding rings prior to us visiting. Upon arrival, I noticed T&Co. has so many SAs available and ready. Perhaps because this store is huge so they have SAs ready to go. The store is well lit and full of inventory. Tida T. was assigned to my friend. She was lovely, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We chose hot tea for our drinks and ate some yummy chocolates while we browse. My friend was debating to buy earrings but we had other appointments that day for wedding rings and had to go. Tida was so kind, she gave us booklets about diamonds since I'm a big fan of T&Co. and because my friend is still trying to choose her wedding rings. Overall, great experience. I went back to pick up my necklace because I had it extended and it so happened to be the grand reopening of this location. It was GORGEOUS! I visited a few weeks ago and didn't realize they were under a remodel, so it was a nice surprise to see the new layout and decor. Customer service here is 10/10. You do not need an appointment if you are picking up items under a service order. Chloe checked me in quickly and Alma walked me back to the client services area. While you are back there, they offer you something to drink while you wait for your items. All the ladies in client services were so sweet and they shared the plans they have for opening a Tiffany Cafe at this location eventually. They don't have the details for that yet, but it's in the works. After my necklace was ready, Angela was so sweet to show me around so I could take photos for my Yelp review. She explained the backstory of some of the art pieces, some of which have small tributes from their Tiffany location in New York. They married some of those elements with a little California flavor. After having it completely refurbished during the pandemic, it needed a battery replacement to bring it back to life again. Shoutout to Andrea for superb customer service! I was told that the process would take a couple of weeks, and they would ship it back to me within a certain manner. The repair department does a phenomenal job, but depending upon what you need repaired, the length of time can vary case by case. For $60 for a battery replacement, I'm not worried. I think that's pricey, but after all, this is Tiffany's! Their reputation is stellar! Their high quality goods and jewelry really lasts forever! I'm always impressed! And he served us coffee (black, nice and strong), tea (I had to figure out what tea they served because it was so delicious with half and half 1 splenda,and chocolates (milk and dark and they melted in your mouth). I had made an appointment 5 weeks prior for today to come in and have my necklaces I'd received 22 years ago, professionally cleaned as they'd gotten quite tarnished. There were two options, to either have them polished at the store for $20 each, or to have them sent to the New York location for treatment in a solution with a much more thorough cleaning process for $50 each. I opted for the faster and more affordable option, which Angela also recommended, and the transformations were so amazing to see! There were quite a few customers in the back area at tables and one may not necessarily see that they are in fact busy when just passing by outside. Reading these negative comments on this Tiffany's customer service is insane!! Well believe it!! I had an appointment to this Tiffany store @10:45am. I arrived at 10:30am. I was greeted immediately once I entered and let the Salesperson (SP) know I had an appointment. The SP guided me to the area of the store where I would wait until I got called. At 10:50am I politely asked a male SP if he knew how much longer would have to wait since my appointment was at 10:45. Keep in mind there were 4 SP's on the floor and no other customers other than the 2 customers in the waiting area getting help as they both had appointments too. Anyways the male SP nonchalantly told me someone would be with me. You know I think it's the body language that the SP's give off when dealing with customers. At 11:06 am M.J. comes out from the back and helps me. She apologized for me having to wait. MJ's personality was very kind & appreciative. I showed her a 20+yr Tiffany piece I wanted cleaned. She informed me it would be $20.00. I really thought it was FREE. In the past I was able to get my Tiffany pieces cleaned for FREE. MJ informed that the policy had changed and each piece of jewelry to clean would be $20.00. I brought 3 pieces which would cost me $60.00. I told I'll just do the necklace. MJ had my necklace cleaned within 10 minutes and she waived the $20.00 fee. Going forward I'll just clean my own silver Tiffany pieces with a jewelry cloth. I was asking what carat the one I was holding and she dismissed me and said to know the shape. She basically couldn't be bothered showing any of the pieces, and quickly putting them back when I was comparing the shapes. She even went ahead directed us to go to Cartier to look at rings there. Who does that?? We just went ahead and said our thank you's and left. She mentioned they have limited collection because they were renovating the store, which I understand, but honestly she could've been less rude about it, or I don't know if there's a policy that you set up an appointment to look at rings. She could've easily said that as well. She could've also directed us to another tiffany store. That left a really bad taste in my mouth, very unprofessional, unaccommodating, rude, and basically made you feel small. I thought ring shopping was supposed to be exciting and fun. This store made it very unpleasant, like you feel weirdly embarrassed and downright disrespected. Walked in at 7:45PM on a Tuesday, there were 8 associates in the store and no customers I could see. No one greeted me, but that's ok, I was needing another repair on a piece I had just dropped off at the end of September 2024, picked up in October 2024 and broke again in November 2024, so I knew where I needed to go. To my surprise, there were now signs requiring appointments to drop off repairs! Specifically, they state all "care" requirements appointments, and care encompasses "cleaning, polishing, fit alterations, repairs or customizations such as engraving." I don't know anyone who makes appointments to go to the mall. I pop in when I'm in the area or for a few things, and the timing is flexible. While I don't live far, this change is quite inconvenient, especially for people visiting from out of town or who had made a special trip. This is not the type of customer experience I would expect from an establishment like Tiffany & Co. read more

When you call your "local" store, it will ring to a phone tree and get passed onto a call center on the East Coast. A representative will ask you for your contact info and create a message to email to the store and eventually someone from the store will call you. But they won't share their local number. Silver polishing is $20 per item and it has to be sent to NYC, so three weeks minimum turnaround. They do not have a "bench jeweler" at any of their stores. The salespeople and showrooms are attractive but the cusomer service is poor bcause of the impersonal business model. read more

No apology, no effort to accommodate us--just a dismissive response. What made it worse? The store was nearly empty. 1. Wasting customer's time. Stopping by around 7:10pm on Thursday with my boyfriend to choose a housewarming silverware gift for a friend. We were told an associate will be with us soon, but the fact is soon= half an hour later.
