We visited this place to check out what Santa can give for Christmas. They were not as busy when we arrived, we got the service right away. olivia was our SA and she was helpful, offered us drinks. But felt that they were in a bit rush. I wanted to add links and engraving but i need to wait until after the holiday. They have a lot of selections but some are out of stock due to holiday season. Wrapped nicely. Once in a lifetime treat.

Hands down one of the best client experiences I've had. Firouzeh at South Coast Plaza is incredible! she's attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you find pieces that fit your style. I've purchased several items through her, and she always suggests pieces that perfectly complement what I already own. I recently had a mishap at the beach and ended up damaging three of my bracelets after a fall on some rocks. I was pretty upset, but Firouzeh immediately stepped in, reassured me, and took care of everything. She guided me through the repair process and made it completely stress-free. When the bracelets came back, they looked almost brand new. The level of care and follow-through she provided really stood out. If you're shopping at South Coast Plaza, I highly recommend asking for Firouzeh, you'll be in great hands.

Elegance, timeless classics, and amazing service... Cartier always lives up to its hype! I've shopped at many boutiques for years and came across an amazing client expert to help me pick out my new watch. Aaron was so helpful, kind, and attentive. He not only showed care for my 6 year old but made sure I was comfortable with my selection. I love luxury shopping, but I also appreciate the connection with the sales reps and the enjoyment of the experience. I highly recommend his expertise and services at the Costa Mesa boutique! Looking forward to my next visit and new Cartier piece. Thank you!

Bryan was my sales associate and he made the experience just amazing and smooth. I have never splurged on myself and after the last 27 yrs of hard work and ups and downs I finally thought I deserved to treat myself. I have been looking at the classic bracelets and I love white gold and rose gold. I was on vacation a few weeks ago and started to look at them but of course something didn't seem right. Last week I just walked in the store and Bryan measured me and ordered me the correct size and less than 7 days later I walked out with my dream dressed up left wrist. I used to visit the Cartier locations in Los Angeles, but ever since I met Olivia at the Costa Mesa boutique, I haven't gone anywhere else. Every time I visit, Olivia greets me with the warmest smile and truly exceptional service. She's not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind and attentive. I've never once felt rushed or pressured--she always puts the customer's needs first and offers honest, thoughtful advice tailored to each situation. I visited several times to explore bracelet layering options. Despite my uncertainty, Olivia's suggestions were always more accurate than my own. From sizing to style combinations, I chose based on her recommendations, and wearing them daily now, I can confidently say--she was absolutely right every single time. I believe she only gets two days off each week, but even on those days, when I reached out without realizing she wasn't working, she responded kindly and promptly. If something needed store confirmation, she would always follow up after returning the next day. Her sincerity, elegance, and dedication make each experience feel personal and special. I've visited many luxury boutiques, but I've never met anyone as genuinely caring and committed as Olivia. People like her are the reason Cartier continues to shine. I recently had an amazing 5-star experience at Cartier in South Coast Plaza! I was welcomed by Daniel, SA who showed me the Panthere de Cartier watch collection. He shared a little history about the watch and Cartier services to maintain the longevity of this exquisite timepiece. He patiently waited for me to make a decision then I ended up purchasing the Panthere watch SS. What a memorable VIP moment!! I was offered champagne and chocolates while waiting for adjustments to my watch. Daniel made sure that it was the perfect fit! I love my new Cartier timepiece! I will treasure it forever! Came in to the new location for the first time to come pick out a birthday gift from a dear friend. The client care specialists were welcoming at first, My friend wanted to wait for her SA which we did and we had a decent buying experience. We were shown a few options until I found the right ring that fitted for me. I was even given a few samples of some cologne while we were waiting for the SA. It took awhile to be asked if we would like a drink but other than that it was pretty good.

This was my first time consigning with The RealReal, and it was extremely disappointing. I expected…read moreprofessionalism and clear communication, but instead faced repeated miscommunication, lack of accountability, and dismissive behavior. Before my appointment, multiple associates asked the same questions, as if they weren't communicating. Bridget didn't even introduce herself in her text, and I had to ask her name. My appointment included three luxury bags, a watch, two clutches, eight sunglasses, and 18 pairs of shoes. I asked my fiancé to help transport the items, and we arrived about 15 minutes late due to an urgent matter. When I called, Rachel, the manager, said being under 20 minutes late was fine. I apologized, and she hung up while I was still speaking. I first met with Josh for the luxury bags, which went smoothly. I had spent hours cleaning and organizing everything: sunglasses and watch in baggies, clutches in dust bags, shoes in their original boxes with labels, authentication cards, and dust bags. Only one pair of Burberry sandals lacked its original box, which I disclosed. Rachel insisted on starting with the shoes even though smaller items were ready. My fiancé carried the 18 shoe boxes while I stayed near the counter. The area was chaotic, no one offered assistance or carts, and Rachel tossed my items into large bags with no protective measures, handling expensive luxury items carelessly. She miscounted the shoes and later the total items 3 times. Her attitude was dismissive, refusing to recount and blaming miscounts on the shoes "not being in original boxes," which was untrue. My fiancé left because he couldn't tolerate Rachel's attitude and I had to organize 18 boxes on the floor in severe back pain to verify everything, while Rachel played on her computer and did not help. I asked for another associate. Rachel directed me to Bridget, who rolled her eyes and gestured dismissively in front of another customer, as if my time didn't matter. When I addressed it, she became defensive and offered to help as if it were a favor. There was no apology given by any of them during the whole drop-of process for the miscounts and their rude behavior. I had been waiting since 4:05 PM for an accurate receipt and left around 6:00 PM in significant back pain, stressed and anxious from the poor customer service. This was a nightmare, and I will never return. I have friends who want to consign high-value items like Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags, luxury watches, designer clothing, and gold jewelry. I will definitely share my experience so they avoid this location and its unprofessional associates.
