Diamond Palace - Engagement solitaire, weddings band, and just added enhancer - Jewelry Near Me - Tustin, California

Nancy of Diamond Palace came up huge for me and my fiancée. We had gone to a larger jewelry store and they had told us how long a ring would take but then changed up on us when we wanted to buy it and wouldn't have it in time for our wedding. This lead us to Diamond Palace. They did not have the exact ring in their showcase but my fiancée was describing the wedding band to Nancy and showed her a photo, and she said she could make it. Her 40 years of experience with her husband in jewelry really came through and she made a beautiful ring, exactly what we wanted! Along the way, we got a 3D photo provided and then a wax ring that we checked and approved of before the ring was made. Total time was 3 weeks and the ring was perfect! Thanks a lot Nancy! The ring is beautiful, made on time for our wedding, and was less expensive than other jewelers we saw. Highly recommend. read more

Diamond Palace - Wedding band custom made from Nancy. - Jewelry Near Me - Tustin, California

My family have been coming to Nancy for years for all their jewelry needs. My first experience for myself was purchasing my engagement ring for my fiancé. I looked at all the styles and my fiancé had a picture of the ring that she wanted. Nancy was able to design the same exact ring but save me 1000's of dollars compared to the place that my fiancé had found the original picture at. Nancy is so sweet and understanding she went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. If you need anything jewelry no need to look further Nancy has got you covered. Thank you again Nancy we are in love with the ring. Thank you so much! read more

My second time purchasing from Diamond Palace and I really want to say that I am very pleased with the rings. Big thanks to Nancy for her help in guiding me through the process and the honest information. My fiancee loved it. The stone was compromised and the jewel forever lost off my college ring. I searched the internet, big box and commercial jewelers but none could or would help me. I visited Diamond Palace and found Nancy and Bob, two of the nicest and most helpful people. They too searched out resources advised what they found and helped me make a decision on how to execute the repair. When I got my ring back, it factually looks better now then when it was new in 2001. The time and care they provided and the job they did could not have been done by anyone else. I know this to be true because I asked everyone else. I cannot fully express my gratitude for the amazing care and expert workmanship provided by Bob and Nancy. You can trust them with your needs, new or repair and will find them to be charming, honest and truly dedicated to making you happy. Irvine Gil read more

Bob and Nancy are the absolute best. I have been coming to them for over 7 years now, and am always stunned by the pieces they can create. Both Bob and Nancy will take the time to discuss my needs and communicate through the process of buying an item off the shelf or have a custom piece created. The final piece always exceeds my expectations and that's why I keep coming back. read more

My now-husband worked with Najwa to create the perfect engagement ring, and wow! Najwa did not disappoint. It's the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and I'm so happy with it. We also went to Najwa for our wedding bands, and they're absolutely gorgeous. It turns out my inlaws have been going to Nawja for over 20 years, and use her for all their jewelry needs. I can see why--her work is so professional and beautiful and she's so nice and kind. I can't wait to work with her again and I highly recommend her! read more

Diamond Palace - Engagement ring and wedding band designed by Diamond Palace - Jewelry Near Me - Tustin, California

After looking at many of the big brand ring stores and many smaller niche places, my girlfriend and I settled on Bob and Nancy's store after visiting the Tustin Jewelery Mart. My girlfriend had a specific vintage-style ring in mind that we had yet to find through the many shops we went through. Once we selected the ring, Bob and Nancy were very accommodating when we wanted to change the stone and to resize the ring. These edits were easy enough as Bob was the designer and maker of the ring. The whole process was so smooth, with the two being very accommodating and Bob was even able to have the ring ready 4 days later. Bob and Nancy really treated us as if we were family and we couldn't have asked for a better ring or a better experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for both classic or unique rings as they have a great collection of both. Thank you again! read more

My "now" husband took me to Nancy to make sure that I got the ring of my dreams. This was definitely important to me, as many men get their fiancees rings that do not fit their fingers much less their personalities. While there Nancy showed me all the designs she had, and told me that if there was anything else I wanted she would design it for me. I ended up telling him and her what I liked. And had her design me a custom ring EXACTLY how I always dreamed. After picking out exactly the ring style I wanted. My husband (boyfriend at the time) wanted me to look at the diamonds. Since I had researched diamonds, it was really fun that he let me be involved with the process. Even if he didn't show me the final product until we got engaged. Long story short, after we got engaged we had the perfect CUSTOM jeweler to make wedding bands that matched the engagement ring and our personal styles. We definitely plan on going back to Nancy. read more

I can not say enough good things about this place. I have been seeing Nancy for close to 10 years now. I have made a ton of purchases through them and have also had them create custom diamond rings and other jewelry pieces for me. They are very price competitive with much higher quality then other places. Also most importantly you can trust them, having a trustworthy jeweler is everything. They will be honest with you and tell you cost and quality. I love that this is also a family business! If you are looking for more than just a basic jeweler, Diamond Palace is your place for top quality and new fashion forward designs. read more

Could not recommend Diamond Palace enough. I bought my engagement ring here and it was my first major jewelry purchase ever. Could not be happier with my purchase and my fiancee is always getting compliments! Nancy is a true professional and has a great eye and taste for jewelry. She made sure our customized ring was exactly the way we wanted it. Please do not hesitate to stop by, even just for a quick chat with Nancy - as you will not regret it! read more

As a first time buyer of diamond rings I had no idea what to expect. I had been looking all over for an engagement ring and didn't feel comfortable at any location I went to. I went to all the big name like Jareds, Kay, Zales and even went to a few hole in the wall places while looking around. Lots of places seemed cheap, promise you the world, you can always meet budget no matter what you want, and just didn't seem authentic. Finally a friend sent me here. And it was a completely different experience. Nancy who owns this place with her husband Bob and who's son Louie works as a designer have been in business for 20+ years! Very genuine and patient. She answered over a million questions that I had and I must have pulled out over 50 rings to looks at. Then we took bits and pieces and ideas from a few rings and made a custom ring (no extra charge for custom making rings). We changed the metal, changed the diamond on the ring and then she showed me a few different diamond to place on top. She never pushed for me to buy anything, she just catered to my needs. She worked with me on pricing and I when I left I knew I made the right choice. My now fiancé loves her ring! During this process I went in 3 times; once was me going to look at all the rings, second to pick out a diamond because I wanted her to look around for the diamonds that I wanted, and third when I picked up the ring. All 3 times I was amazed at how many regular customers she had come into the shop. Nancy was unbelievable to work with! read more

My husband and I came to Diamond Palace to see about getting my wedding ring reworked. We worked with Nancy, gave her an idea of what style of ring we were looking for. We discussed diamonds for the ring (both those we were providing and ones we would purchase. The ring was designed and we came in to view and approve a wax model of the ring. The next day I had another idea for the ring and called Nancy. We discussed my idea; she said they couldn't do exactly what I suggested but could do something else which would work well. Last night we picked up my finished ring. It is not just beautiful, it is truly a work of art. We couldn't be more pleased!!! Nancy was great to work with and the ring was completed in 2 weeks after approval of the wax model. Nancy listened closely to what we told her we wanted as well as other related matters, (like my clumsiness which caused my need to rework my wedding ring), and created a masterful interpretation of the perfect ring for me. The resulting ring, (a completely new creation starting from scratch), is unique, and absolutely gorgeous! I HIGHLY recommend Diamond Palace and we will be using them again many times! read more

I have been coming to Nancy at diamond palace for at least 15 years! I can only say that both she and her husband have been wonderful to deal with! Bob & Nancy are the owners and designers. This is service that you do not get in department stores and the chain jewelry stores in the mall. You are not dealing with salespeople that promise you whatever you want and by the time it gets sent out to the designer your design is lost in the translation. My experience has been that my jewelry is even more beautiful than I even imagined! My Mom recently went to heaven and I had her wedding ring and my grandmas wedding ring that I took to Bob and Nancy. I wanted to create a forever memory with the rings. Nancy studied the rings and their different size diamonds. She gave me lots of different ideas that would work with mom and grandma's rings. I really wanted a cross and Nancy came up with a vision that would look amazing utilizing all the wedding ring diamonds and in the middle of the cross a ruby. Ruby was the name of my mom and grandma. How perfect, knowing that both of them are in heaven! Thank you Bob & Nancy I am forever grateful. The cross is stunning! read more
