Hi Nancy, the diamond I had in my ring did not glow in a fluorescent light and now, both my old and new bigger diamond I have purchased from you glow very brightly. Also, after the appraisal of both, neither are worth the money we had spent on them. It is hard to prove our original diamond was replaced with a lower rated diamond but, every time the ring is placed under the nail lamp, it is very embarrassing how bright it glows. We can only wish we never asked you to upgrade the ring. read more
