This place is truly a hidden gem in Orange County for jewelry lovers! I lived in this area for over three decades and somehow never knew this place was here. I'm so glad I finally found it--and especially that I met Anthony, the shop manager. Anthony was absolutely amazing. I described what I wanted, and he brought my vision to life even better than I imagined. His craftsmanship was beautiful, and his after-service care was truly above and beyond. I'm so happy I found this place and had the opportunity to work with Anthony. If you're looking to buy or sell jewelry, gold, watches, or anything jewelry-related, make sure you come see Anthony. You won't regret it! read more

Marie VNB helped fine the engagement ring of our dreams, and I am very pleased with the service we received at Diamond Exchange. It is truly sad this will be the only time I get to buy an engagement ring, but I believe I will be back for the wedding rings when that time comes. Marie was very patient and understanding and I would recommend her to anyone in the market for diamonds! Thanks a ton! read more

My husband and I traveled from the Inland Empire for repair of my wedding ring band he purchased 3 years ago from Tustin Diamond Exchange. Anthony, as always, extended warm customer service. He took care of our problem, inspected the diamonds and cleaned the wedding ring and band to make it look as beautiful as it was when it was purchased and all within an hours' time! He has beautiful selections in the store and has proven that he stands behind his workmanship. We highly recommend Tustin Diamond Exchange and are very happy customers! Thank you!! I lost my diamond from its setting so decided to try diamond exchange to get a quote and ended up making a purchase. Overall it was a very good experience though the diamond I selected was chipped by jeweler so had to select another one which is why the 4 stars Tip: go in w what you want to spend. They have multiple diamonds at varying quality levels. They will likely start w the highest quality at the highest price. Our price went down considerably as I am not a diamond expert so quality isn't my first priority. My first diamond I went w higher quality and 30 Years later it really didn't matter. This is my take but figure that out before going in as it could save you hundreds if not thousands Their service was fast, lots of options, good customer service wouldn't hesitate returning read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience buying my girlfriend's engagement ring here. I actually waited to write this review until after I proposed, because I wanted to see my now fiancée's reaction -- and it said everything. From the very beginning, Anthony made the entire process easy, comfortable, and stress-free. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for and guided me through every option with honesty and care. The quality and craftsmanship of the ring are absolutely incredible, and it turned out even better than I imagined. Seeing her face light up when I proposed made it all worth it. Thank you, Anthony, for helping create such a meaningful and unforgettable moment in our lives. I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for something truly special. read more

Was on the market for an engagement ring and probably went to 20 some stores (all across IE and OC). The showroom is very diverse as they have a lot of designs and a lot of options for customizations. My fiancé fell in love with one of the ring designs in the showroom and Anthony just so happens to show a stone that lit up her face with a smile like no other. Overall, one of the best experiences buying a ring and the cherry on top is that Anthony is easy to contact and talk to. Highly recommend shopping here read more

Anthony is amazing! My husband and I went in looking for a diamond pendant and we left very happy. Anthony's customer service is amazing, actually better than I have received at LV or Bloomies. All of our questions were answered and we left knowing this is the ONLY PLACE WE WILL BUY OUR DIAMOND JEWELRY FROM! read more

I would probably give this place zero stars. All he had to do was give me an appraisal, but he completely lowball me on a diamond ring and at first I thought maybe it was because it's a lab grown. You should've just said that they don't accept left Grove diamonds and I could've gone on my way but he gave me a number that was so low. It was like basically nothing on a platinum 2 carat diamond ring. Very sketchy. read more

Been shopping with the tustin diamond exchange for more than 20 years I have bought so many pieces of nice jewelry from tdamn and it's always appraised for more than what I paid for it. Definitely recommend that you Shop with them. read more

I was prepared to purchase Lab manufactured Diamonds for my eternity ring. Tustin Diamond Exchange was able to provide me natural stones, very good quality, more total carats than I had hoped. All this for less $$ than I was quoted for lab diamonds, with less carats. I am beyond happy with my purchase. read more

My partner and I were out shopping for an engagement ring and wedding bands. After going to different places, we came across this one as we were looking around. Anthony was very patient, kind, and helpful. He showed us many different options and helped us throughout the process. He was also very understanding if we need to change some options with the ring which was much appreciated. Will definitely come back! Thank you Anthony! read more

I gave them a call to ask if I could come in and view one of the diamonds I found online. The lady who answered the phone was rude from the start of the call. I was polite as possible, as I believe we should always treat people with respect, especially people we have never met before. I was told that the price was online only and she mentioned there were no diamonds I could look at in the store that would be in that online price range. I then said that I understood the situation and thanked her for letting me know - and she hung up on me mid-sentence! I hope that her manager reads this message - basic customer service and politeness goes a long way! She happened to have a Persian accent (I know because I have Persian family members!) read more

Seriously top notch service and expertise. Been sending family here for years but had to leave a review today because the owner was able to make a repair to my wife's wedding ring while we waited. I'm no longer in trouble. Thank you!! read more

Some of the bad reviews seem to be for selling jewelry but we had a fantastic experience buying my engagement ring. I had a very specific design in mind so we ended up buying a lab created stone from Chatham and looked for a jeweler who could set it. I called Anthony and he already had everything we needed. We went in, and he showed me a rose gold solitaire setting but it was a bucket instead of the 4 prong. He said that he could do the 4 prong setting and it would only take a couple hours. We ended up buying a rose gold solitaire ring with a diamond band, and he even had the rose gold wedding band. We got everything for less than we wanted! We ended up coming back the next day and I LOVED my ring. Anthony did an amazing job setting our stone and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. I can't thank Anthony enough!l read more

Purchased a beautiful ring here! Thank you to Anthony and Joe Ferarji for LISTENING to my wants. I walked in there previously and the Jeweler did not LISTEN to my wants, he was to focused on trying to upsell that he made my experience very unpleasant I ended up leaving. I would highly recommend asking for these two gentlemen. read more

Hi got a set of diamond earring for my birthday my partner bought it on line since we can't go into the store. The earrings are not the good quality they are milky and not what a diamonds should be.My partner is not an expert , neither Am I but I know a Good diamond from and cheap diamond, she didn't know she said they looked very sparkly oh the pic!!....of course. I was out of luck trying to return them ,she had 14 days to return them . Be aware of what go buy on line if you cant see them in person , don't trust the PIC . I just feel like she was in a way taken...very disappointed planning to take it to my jeweler to give me an idea how much they are worth....defensively not double of what she paid I'm sure read more

BEWARE OF TUSTIN DIAMOND fraudulent "diamonds"! I purchased four pieces of jewelry, including an $8 thousand dollar pair of 2ct diamond earrings, from Tustin Diamond Exchange June 18, 2018 which totaled close to $17 thousand dollars. This was my first pair of real diamond earrings and I was excited. On March 12, 2022, I went to the Los Angeles diamond district with a friend while she met with her personal jeweler and while there I asked for my earrings to be looked at. The jeweler stated that my earrings are not the color or clarity I was told when I purchased them and that they are laser drilled which simply means a laser breaks up and fills in occlusions. This is not illegal, however, as supposedly reputable jewelers, the consumer is to be notified; Tustin Diamond Exchange sold me a fake bill of goods and I was not informed that the diamonds I was purchasing were laser drilled. When I contacted the owner, Anthony (who denies being the owner when it's convenient for him), and explained the situation on Saturday, March 12th, 2022, he told me that my friend's jeweler was a liar, even though she purchases $100 thousand plus annually from her jeweler, and Anthony angrily took great lengths (and hostility) to explain to me that Tustin Diamond Exchange doesn't sell laser drilled diamonds. I took the earrings to two other independent jewelers in the Los Angeles diamond district that day who told me the same thing about my diamonds being laser drilled. Additionally, I visited a Certified Gemologist in Laguna Niguel on March 15, 2022, who confirmed the laser drilling. I also asked Anthony at that time for a copy of the appraisal from Tustin Diamond Exchange to which he replied they don't keep records of appraisals and he would need to re-appraise the earrings. Oh yes, the "Certified Appraisal " which the Tustin Diamond Exchange provides the customer with at the time of purchase, is worthless. The only certified appraisals come from a certified gemologist and it's issued through the GIA (Gemological Institute of America); Tustin Diamond Exchange does not have a GIA certified gemologist on staff and therefore what they consider "certified " is fraudulent. I told Anthony, who advised me to not sell my earrings to the jewelers in Los Angeles and to come into Tustin Diamond Exchange on Tuesday, March 15th at 11am and he would purchase the earrings for more than the $2500 I was being offered by the Los Angeles jeweler; I agreed to meet him. When I showed up at the Tustin Diamond Exchange on March 15, 2022 at 11am, the doors were locked and no one was there. I called Anthony, who had my phone number to reschedule if necessary - but didn't - and he stated he's sick and can't meet me. I requested another employee open the store and he stated there is no one else to open the store; he alsodenied that he's the owner of Tustin Diamond Exchange - he is. Additionally, when I demanded that he meet with me, he threatened to call the Tustin police for harassing him; I've called him three times in four days. Finally, he told me to sue him, he doesn't care. So I will. Further, their website states they are "Certified Professionals". I would warn future customers to request the certifying agency and to know that the "Certified Appraisal" given to you at the time of purchase from Tustin Diamond Exchange is worthless when it comes to reselling their jewelry and the value amount they assess is arbitrary. Beware of spending your hard earned money on fake jewelry as all that glitters doesn't equate to real diamonds. read more

After a few years I take back my original review. The setting is garbage, half the diamonds have fallen out and the main diamond has become loose multiple times. Honestly what they offer is very low quality. read more

The manager quoted me on a ring and I came back and he extremely tried to low ball me on a piece. I wouldn't recommend anyone selling here. As a business owner, you shouldn't change your prices. Quick simple and painless, same day service. Got my wife a new wedding ring after 30 years.

Anthony assisted me with my upgrade to a 2 carat center stone. I was provided the cost of the original 1 carat diamond towards my upgrade. There isn't ever any hassle or pressure. I take my ring in about every 6 months to have the prongs checked, to have it cleaned and dipped. I will not ever go anywhere else. read more

Avoide this business and go to an actual legitimate jewelry store that allows you to return your purchase. I had a diamond wedding ring worth 7k. I divorced and later remarried. We took my ring to either sell, or trade in for another ring. I was given a 2k trade in value on my diamond. I chose the new band and diamond and was told to come back later while they fit my new ring together. Upon returning they handed me a ring that was supposibly the diamond that I had chosen. I was horrified to see that this was not the diamond they originally sold me. It was clowdy, yellow in color and significantly smaller. I told them that this was not the diamond I had originally purchased and that they had switched the diamond and that I wanted my original ring back and that I no longer wanted to do business with them. Anthony immediately became angry and began to get defensive and said he already melted down my original ring. He refused to show me the melted ring and the diamonds that had once been in my ring. He insisted that I just choose another diamond if I was unhappy with the one they gave me or he was just going to give me $1000 for my 7k ring. I was forced to buy another more expensive diamond. Two days later the diamond fell from the band, I have gone back several times to get my ring tightened. I was told to just keep coming back for tightenings and that she would not exchange my band for a more secure one. In the end I ended up at Jared's Galleria of Jewelry where I had to buy a whole new band for my diamond. read more

Update: I am going through divorce so selling my ring. I had it properly graded by GIA (because the fake grading certificate that he gave me is fake) & the ring is valued at $6500. We traded in a diamond ring that was valued at $10k & we gave Anthony another $10k to buy this. So pleased to find out we were actually scammed into paying $20k for a ring that today is only worth 30% of that. Buyers beware. read more

Tustin Diamond Exchange did everything to make sure my engagement ring was all that I wanted it to be.
