The size we got was too large for her, so we went to the Newport Beach location to exchange it within a week of purchasing it. They didn't have it in size S she needed, but M was way too long for her. We decided to exchange for an XS. At check out it was announced that we have to pay the difference for exchanging sizes. I was charged the difference of $48 from the sale amount I originally payed. It was not stated anywhere that they charge for exchanging sizes. It stated that Exchanges and returns are supposed to be done within 15 days. We drove to learn it the hard way. I was in such a shock! I payed the difference as my 16 year old really wanted this product for her birthday, and she was there with me on her special day. I voiced out my concerns to the cashier, but she said that she was sorry, and that she can't do anything for me!!! I guess costumer experience/satisfaction is not a priority for this business. That was actually one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences especially for the full price of $158 I paid. Now I regret not returning it on the spot. I am actually thinking to go back and do that as it's not the way I want to be treated as a customer. They do charge a restocking fee. It's stated on the receipt, but at this point I don't care.
