The two girls at the door were very rude. Super unprofessional. They were comments making that were very racial. People would walk through the doors or ask them questions and they would immediately comment on their race once they were sight. I couldn't believe allowed to talk like that. There was at least 30 - 40 people waiting at all times. They were continually bashing a certain ethnic group. I snapped a picture of the two girls because I was pretty upset. Hearing them make fun of people constantly made me realize that there is no supervision of employees. Eventually, I got in and found a few items that I wanted. I was honestly happy to leave. I hope in the future staff will be trained better on what a professional attitude is. No one should be speaking like that! Very sad situation.

Really disappointing experience today…read more I stopped by Bloomingdale's on a Sunday evening to shop for a dress for a friend's wedding. We couldn't find anyone to help us get into a fitting room, so I used one that was wide open with no sign indicating it was reserved or unavailable. A few minutes later, a personal shopper named Bing came over and told me I had to get out because she needed the room for her clients. What shocked me wasn't that she needed the room, it was that she expected me to leave immediately without even letting me put my own clothes back on. I ended up walking through the store wearing the dress I was trying on while carrying my outfit and bra to another fitting room. It was honestly humiliating. If fitting rooms are reserved for personal shopping, they should be clearly marked or kept closed. And if someone is already inside, the least they deserve is the chance to get dressed before being asked to move. I've always expected better customer service from Bloomingdale's, which made this experience especially disappointing.
