The guest was a man wearing a wig and a pink dress. So yes a cross dresser, but big whoop this is California! The guest wasn't making a scene and was obviously a serious buyer in the middle of shopping a lot of products as their SA was bringing out tray after tray of items. What's shocking was the SA that snuck in the photo was in the middle of helping another customer that was waiting at the counter . So her itch to document the other customer was so great, she took the time to do this mid-guest lol Anyway, hopefully you guys don't get this lady. I thought in general photos weren't allowed in the stores but guess that only applies to paying customers.

I was eventually able to exchange one of the items for another size - however it could only be a different size must be same item same color. While I understand a return policy - it was the rude abrupt manner after being overlooked by staff for 15 minutes. No thank you Skims! Go to VS right by Skims for your needs. Better service for essentially the same products. I won't be back in person or online.

Really disappointing experience today…read more I stopped by Bloomingdale's on a Sunday evening to shop for a dress for a friend's wedding. We couldn't find anyone to help us get into a fitting room, so I used one that was wide open with no sign indicating it was reserved or unavailable. A few minutes later, a personal shopper named Bing came over and told me I had to get out because she needed the room for her clients. What shocked me wasn't that she needed the room, it was that she expected me to leave immediately without even letting me put my own clothes back on. I ended up walking through the store wearing the dress I was trying on while carrying my outfit and bra to another fitting room. It was honestly humiliating. If fitting rooms are reserved for personal shopping, they should be clearly marked or kept closed. And if someone is already inside, the least they deserve is the chance to get dressed before being asked to move. I've always expected better customer service from Bloomingdale's, which made this experience especially disappointing.

Special shoutout to Sam…read more I took my mom out on a shopping adventure recently as a "thank you for raising me! enjoy your retirement!" gift and my mom was able to find a pair of boots she loved here. Extra bonus is that they stretch out the shoes for you for those that have wide feet. Sam was so helpful and also very quick with bringing out the shoes. My mom does not play when it comes to time management so she was really impressed with Sam and how quick he was able to help her. The entire experience was really calming and pleasant. Thanks Sam!

There is more stock to look at and more to make your selection. I especially like the men's slip on shoes at Salvatore Ferragamo. They are very comfortable and have the horse bit decoration on top in a signature style of the house. Often, the shoes are on a platform that makes them fun to wear as well. The service at the South Coast Plaza facility was very kind and helpful in every way. After selecting the pair of shoes, the representative showed me a selection of wallets, one of which I also bought. And for your new shoes, don't forget to pick up one of the Salvatore Ferragamo shoe trees to keep your shoes in good condition. It is also important to remember that Salvatore Ferragamo is a family-owned business to this day, with a long history of working with Hollywood Stars in the 1950's.

I was in and out of there quickly and she honored the online sale price that was listed for the shoe (it was a great price). However if you're a seller - selling your expensive clothes you don't get much back. I paid $80 plus for a Patagonia dress directly from Patagonia website but that dress is only worth $9 selling to Crossroad -ouchie. I'll learn not to buy expensive things?-LOL. No greetings from staff at the front. They just mostly talked among each other. Fitting room staff was very sweet and polite. Shoes and clothes are organized by sections.

You can literally find the same or better on apps like Poshmark for less, or just buy it new with a coupon/promo code or at an outlet. It feels less like a thrift/consignment store and more like a place banking on people not knowing better. Whoever runs pricing here clearly understands how to maximize profit--but not value. Also sad seeing people get turned away with bags and bags of clothing. Seems like a humiliation ritual. Save your time and money.
