Only based on shopping experience…read more I had a lovely experience. Tried on multiple items, had an associate help bring my items to a room (because I had so many), and I continued to shop around. He was so lovely, and even remembered my name and checked in with me prior to leaving. I can't remember his unfortunately (he was tall, dark, and handsome). I got lucky enough to purchase items that were new/clean and for an extra 50% off. A Levis sweatshirt, Aritzia tank top, Princess Polly jeans, and a Patagonia dryfit shirt, for a total of $23 with tax. Surprised they have 12 employees working that day, a lot for a thrift shop. Checking out took abnormally long due to one register, and a buyer being upset from a past purchase and not agreeing with stores policy, felt bad for the worker handling that issue/confrontation. Apologies to everyone else who had a terrible selling and shopping experience. Hopefully they improve, and I definitely will return again for the meantime.

As a buyer, I love this place--so I figured I'd try selling here. Almost a huge mistake…read more The offers were honestly shocking. An Alo hoodie? $2. A vintage 100% silk Victoria's Secret top? $0.10--yes, ten cents. A rag & bone handbag? Also $0.10. When I asked for clarification, they said maybe the buyer didn't realize the brand... but even then, how does that justify ten cents? The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. Don't give your items away unless you're truly okay with the price--don't make a decision out of desperation. (If you have that luxury)

I was searching for a custom suit for my wedding, and was incredibly disappointed in my previous experiences at the national shops. ENTER B.SPOKE! My god, what an amazing experience! I worked with Dan at B.Spoke, and he was so great to work with. Their location has a great vibe to it, and everyone working there were great right from the start. Right off the bat, Dan offered me refreshments and made me a wonderful old fashioned while we looked through the fabric swatches. After consulting on the different fabric options, he helped me nail it down. We decided on the suit details together and he was extremely knowledgeable in his styling recommendations. Jump to pick up day: I went to pick up my suit and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the suit. But not only that, B.Spoke added some very thoughtful details to the suit to commemorate my wedding day. Overall, I would 1000% recommend B.Spoke to anyone looking for a high quality custom suit, and would especially recommend them to any groom looking for their suit for the big day! Dan and the team at B.Spoke were incredible to work with!

Now they moved to the back row and kept some of the north end. 1030, half the shops havent opened yet and already cars CAMPing for spots just destroys the whole chill vibe this place used to have. I really dont understand this valet, i literally could park it myself same distance next row over, and hes not like space saving parking the cars like ud see at high end restaurants with small lots so.....besides milking a frustrating situation, have a fun weekend! They could probably raise the price to like $20 and people would still be forced to cough up to park, theres just not enough spots and not even half the potential shops are even running. It would make sense if the camp bought like an off site additional lot for overflow and the valet would bring your car to the kiosk. Still sad the blackwater bakery snuffed out, i liked their very rounded top loaves. But now theres a new bakery? whys it named 1954 bakery & cafe? it wasnt here in 1954 for sure. oh yay its 11, ima go get me brunch now. toodaloo!

I understand store policies, but the way she spoke to me felt extremely demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here anymore after this experience. The employee was a tall white woman with blonde hair and very bright pink blush, which made her easy to recognize. Her attitude and facial expressions came across very arrogant, judgmental, and discriminating, which made the situation even more embarrassing. It stopped feeling like a normal return and started feeling like I was being looked down on. I shop at Alo frequently and have spent a lot of money there over time, which made this experience even more disappointing. It wasn't even about the store credit at that point, it was about how poorly I was treated. Customer service should never make customers feel humiliated.

I also felt there was judgment and discrimination toward customers who may not fit a certain body type or appearance standard, which made the shopping experience very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both professionalism and customer service.

I told them I didn't want to be "that customer" that holds them past their closing time. They were very nice and told me I didn't have to worry with a real smile. Sarah was printing my receipt and I asked her about a specific model of pants that I saw online, but I just wanted her opinion, I really didn't want to hold them up. She answered the question and showed me the pants, explained all the differences with the other pants that I was familiar with, knew exactly what size I should pick, and sent me to the dressing room with the size I thought I needed and the size she recommended (a size smaller). Of course she was right about the size and I left with those pants that, by the way, I'm wearing today and are all that she said, I really like them. Sarah, you are awesome! Keep that attitude as you move up in life. The way you treat people really makes a difference, especially after a day of talking to a lot of people that are not as nice as you. Management, the staff needs a bonus for great customer service and Sarah should train all the new employees.

The person I spoke to, Coco was extremely nice and said she had an opening at 3 for me. Coco is very personable. She took the time to ask me questions to get to know me, the venue I'm getting married at, and what I wanted. I told her a couple of styles I saw on their website that caught my eye, gave my budget, and she pulled about 4 dresses for me. We ended up trying on maybe 5 total as I wanted to try on one more even though I had changed back to my clothes-- Coco didn't have an appt after me and said "you're already here. Why not?!" I really appreciated that. She was willing to sell 2/4 of those dresses off the rack with 15-20% off. Because everything is made to order, and my timeline was a bit tight, it was better off to buy the samples. Coco said that the dresses there go up to 4-5k in price, so it's not super high-end. I would say though if your budget is $2-2.5, there isn't as much you can try on. I wasn't completely satisfied with any of the dresses I tried on and some of them were out of my budget. Even though I didn't get up getting a dress here, I would still recommend this bridal store. If you would like a personalized experience and not have to struggle for parking when you go dress shopping, stop here for a visit! Also, definitely start shopping for a dress sooner than 6 months!
