We understand that pricing mistakes can happen -- that wasn't the issue. What disappointed us was the attitude. Instead of explaining the situation kindly or apologizing for the confusion, the employee was dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, that interaction really affected our experience and made us reconsider returning. I hope management can address the customer service aspect, because the store carries great products and has a lot of potential.

He was so lovely, and even remembered my name and checked in with me prior to leaving. I can't remember his unfortunately (he was tall, dark, and handsome). I got lucky enough to purchase items that were new/clean and for an extra 50% off. A Levis sweatshirt, Aritzia tank top, Princess Polly jeans, and a Patagonia dryfit shirt, for a total of $23 with tax. Surprised they have 12 employees working that day, a lot for a thrift shop. Checking out took abnormally long due to one register, and a buyer being upset from a past purchase and not agreeing with stores policy, felt bad for the worker handling that issue/confrontation. Apologies to everyone else who had a terrible selling and shopping experience. Hopefully they improve, and I definitely will return again for the meantime.

A vintage 100% silk Victoria's Secret top? $0.10--yes, ten cents. A rag & bone handbag? Also $0.10. When I asked for clarification, they said maybe the buyer didn't realize the brand... but even then, how does that justify ten cents? The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. This storefront is small, but packed with all their best sellers. They keep limited sizing on the floor, but you can easily ask a member of their team to grab additional sizes from the back. I truly love that their clothing is organized by color. This helps me be strategic when picking out items, especially since I'm trying to build out a capsule wardrobe. It was my 2nd bridal store experience, with my 1st being at a vintage store the day prior to my appointment at Poppy Bridal. Needless to say, I was absolutely blown away at the dress selection and how kind and warm Coco, the owner, was. She asked for photos and videos of my venue and a look at my Pinterest board, and when she asked about my budget she informed me that I should consider upping my budget. She pulled out 5 dresses for me to try on and we went to work! While dressing me she was very friendly and she conversed with me like normal, as if I wasn't undressed in front of her ahaha but that really helped make the experience super seamless and comfortable. All the dresses were so beautiful and gorgeous, and the quality of the dresses were so good too. None of them felt too heavy, scratchy, or uncomfortable. One dress I tried on(the second one!) really stuck out to me and I've never felt as beautiful as I did in that moment. Even Coco said that it was super gorgeous on me too. Coco offered that I go and get lunch with my bridal party and I could come back if I made a decision to purchase. After discussing over lunch, we went back and I was able to facetime my sister to show her the dress, get her approval, and I put a deposit down for the dress!
