So update on my review, Pelagic, to their credit, did reach out to me to discuss my situation…read moreshortly after an e-mail and my review. They admitted some shortcomings on their part with my experience, explained some issues on their end with challenges during the current Covid situation (which was understandable and reasonable), but they also didn't give me the impression they we're going to be Nordstrom's or Costco, customer-service wise, anytime soon although reaching out to get input is certainly a step in the right direction. They did also offer to send me a gift card to make up the difference for the return postage and hassle (which I respectfully declined). They do have nice products just keep working on the customer service side of things. Thank you.
