Had a fun time at an after party event hosted here by a Pilates class. We were about 20 girls so it was surely cramp. However the tote bag is a treasure! It says Laguna Beach, Ca. It came with an energy drink, snacks, and some light fun products! Aviator definitely sells a beach-approved vibe! All the merch has this beautiful branded color schematic. Highly priced! The girls working there were nice and event closed off the store to keep it a private event but it was a little to crammed for my enjoyment. I am glad I went! read more

This is a fun store to visit in Laguna Beach on PCH. They have a nice selection and my friends that were visiting from Back East were excited to buy some new, stylish and cozy sweats. The store is pricy, so you can wait for sales here and there throughout the year, but you get great quality and service while in-store. read more

They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the exact aviator nation clothing products she has "wanted her entire life" all 12 years lol. Despite the humor in the situation Meredith and MK called multiple stores and were able to track down exactly what my daughter wanted and have them shipped to our house promptly from NY and San Francisco! They were so kind, accommodating and beyond helpful! Cant thank them enough and we will be sure to shop at the Laguna store whenever possible because these ladies have made a lasting impression and we are so grateful for them! Yikes what horrible customer service. I couldn't tell who was an employee and who was hanging out. The staff really couldn't be bothered to help anyone they were to busy socializing with each other and friends. All the sizes were small but considering the location I'm not surprised and there wasn't much of a selection of anything else. I'll continue driving to the Venice location or ordering online, this store was a complete waste of time. read more

Both my daughter's love Aviator Nation and they were so excited to spend their Christmas money here. We drove from Huntington Beach to Laguna Beach just for this specific location. When we entered it was packed but we couldn't tell who worked here and who was shopping. No one greeted us and no one bothered to help. Once I noticed that the people who work there were wearing the brand I realized that this store was half full with people working yet no one greeted us (there were 4 of us shopping) once we found the children's area in the back, we asked for help from the girl folding the clothes. The choices were very picked over. Overall, we will still buy Aviator Nation but will never return to this location. read more

I love Aviatior Nation brand; the proof is in my closet that houses numerous AN (zip-up hoodies, ninja style hoodies, sweatpants and two same exact legging). I have been in love with it for years now; materials they use and craftsmanship are exceptional, the items are so comfortable to wear and I love their happy colors and designs (not to mention MADE IN USA). So when Aviatior Nation came up with their brand new denim shorts, I had to have them. They got sold out so quickly that I had to wait for two rounds to be able to snatch them (they really sell out fast). And that's when my love and respect towards AN rose to a new level thanks to their exceptional customer service. I have ordered a size too big for me so I went and re-order a size smaller and also another shorts before ever returning the bigger size. Anyways, my package arrived promptly but unfortunately, did not contain the shorts I wanted and needed for the upcoming weekend. I was so looking forward to wear my denim shorts, so needless to say, I was very bummed when they didn't arrive. I contacted the customer service right away and explain the situation and asked them if they can overnight the shipment to me and I will pay. The lady on the other line put me on hold to talk to her manager, and afterwards advised me to email (him) directly because that is the best way to possible have something done. I immediately emailed a gentleman named Curtis, and not even 10 min later, i have received an email with tracking number as they shipped my shorts instantly with overnight shipping and they did not request a dime from me. I was so amazed by such customer service that I cannot recall anything ever being handle so professionally and expediciously. I was left with no words and no way to thank them except by writing this review. Manager guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. He literally stood there watching me the entire time with his moody attitude. The store is already too small and uncomfortable and this only makes the shopping experience worse. I'm surprised with their ridiculous prices, considering the low quality of the materials. They even reach out to other stores if something isn't in stock and they'll have it shipped to you! Especially during these crazy times they're always so friendly. Went to Laguna Beach for first time for my birthday, and stumbled into this gem of a shop!! The girl at the counter was sooo super sweet, conversational, and really into what the cloths were about! I believe her name was Lorraine, according to receipt. Although I didn't purchase any clothing, i did get a cute Pura Vida bracelet, and since it was my birthday she blessed me with a cute sticker and a rad koozie!! I am dreaming of the day when I come back to pick out a sweatshirt/pants!! The material was legit the most comfortable I've ever felt!!
