I love the white glove service I received from the owner! She knew I was being "careful" with my budget and only showed me what I absolutely could not live without. I must admit, she was right. I hadn't been back to Sienna Brown in a few years since it is on the higher-end side, but needed a cute outfit for a special dinner I had coming up. Sienna Brown had some cute stuff before, but wow, the new owners have completely revamped the store and selection. Everything is so chic, classy, polished, and up-to-date. They have cute, unique clothes but everything is around $400+... except maybe a t shirt which is $125. Brands like Zadig &voltaire, sundry etc. I didn't care for the ambiance/lighting, felt like a warehouse. The sales people were busy with inventory so they left me alone so that was nice :) read more

Here is the update to my previous review. There has been a colorful email exchange with the owner. She is very mad that I posted a bad review and has banned my wife and I from the store, no worries there. She is threatening to publish my name on this side...it's Jeff Bulger.....again no worries there. She says that she has lodged a complaint with yelp about my "abusive and aggressive" review. Here is a direct cut and paste from the last email I received from her. She how wants to sue me over my bad review. All I wanted was for her to follow the law and clearly post her "no refund" policy. This from the email dated Dec 4: The "truth" you are not saying publicly is that you bought goods from a boutique that has a store policy in place that you cant abuse, and this is your way of getting even. You are angry that you are not getting your way by bullying us to change our store policy in your case. We cannot change for one person, and especially one who was so aggressive from the start. "Social media" is how you justify your vindictive and revengeful tactics to yourself ? That's how you you tell yourself it's ok to ruin somebody else's business reputation. (Karma is a bitch, and I am sure this will all come back at you tenfold. in your future welfare.) We have put in a notice/complaint to yelp of this abusive bullying situation, so that they are aware of posts under your name in the future. The intention of creating their website was not to endanger businesses from people like you. Additionally, if you do not remove your libelous statements from Yelp, we will have no choice but to seek legal counsel in regard to suing you for publicly defaming our good name and reputation. We will definitely seek financial recompense from you, of financial damage that results from your public forum statements, both current and future. The longer they are on Yelp, etc. the more we will claim from you. We cannot sue Yelp, but we can sue you directly, since cab prove who you are in these posts, (which you have admitted to doing) ...........so for every minute the clock is ticking, we will be able to quantify the financial damage you are causing us. We will be able to prove everything we need in this regard, down to video tapes from your behavior filmed on our security tapes of your two visits to the store. We have now taken further precautions in this regard. Then you will have to get lawyers to defend you - and this will cost you a lot more money than the items we sold you in good faith ! We are requesting that you remove the articles immediately, or we will proceed with legal action in a short while. Once we have been pushed to that point, we will not retract. read more

Well, never shop here again. Made that mistake once and once is enough. This store associate I asked when deciding whether or not to buy something told me WRONGLY that they offer refunds with item if it is not used/in new & resealable condition. Afterwards I tried to return item only to learn that associate had misinformed me. Yet they refused to refund my money. Don't say you weren't forewarned. read more

This is a great store with an excellent buyer. It is nice for the full shopping experience. It is quite pricey, but it does have quite unique pieces that you won't find in your local mall. Sienna Brown is a true shopping experience. Clothes from great lines are elegantly laid and hung. The salespeople are generally helpful and congenial. The store consistently has bright and shiny merchandise from cutting edge designers. I seldom leave without a "Wow" piece. For such a small boutique, they cut a wide swath in both designers, styles and sizes. It is worth the trip to check out this unique boutique, but prepare youselves with such merch you may leave with a few items and without last months paycheck. read more

Whoa...this place is ca-ca-ching $$$ PRICEY...(for me anyway). I was in here with with my SIL who does not flinch at price tags like these....well...she has a lot more disposable moola than I do. Anyhoo, she bought a few great items and told me to try on a maxi dress that I liked...you guessed it...she bought it for me. Nice cuz I'm way too cheap to spend this kind of money on clothes. I really loved the layout of this store. It's bright and airy and the clothes are not jammed packed on the racks. (I guess I'm used to digging through the racks at Marshalls and TJ Max..ha..ha..) I loved the selection of clothes they had, it's not stuff you see everywhere else. The sales girl was nice without being really pushy. She pulled out a few things for each of us that she thought we would like. This store has a nice selection of jewelry and if price were no object I would be a regular here...wait...come to think of it...if price were no object I would do a whole heckva a LOT things that I don't do now. read more

Stopped in for my first time today. The store is beautifully set up and I was very, very impressed. I could see everything because of the lay out and displays. Lot's of color and very well made items. The table in the middle had some wonderful pieces. The two ladies that were working were very nice, no high pitch sales and classy in the way the store seemed to be run. I tried on a few things and although they did not fit me, I will be back again. I came to write a review on this beautiful store today, and noticed some of the reviews from some seasoned yelpers who give mostly bad reviews ... I have been a loyal customer for six years and never a bad moment. They are easy Going with swap outs etc. I should also mention that the owner is a darling, and the Staff always polite and knowledgeable about their brands It's my favorite boutique in the area.....Plus I get so many Compliments on whatever I wear from there. Today I walked in to a clothing store that also carries very unique jewelry. I was checking it out as I heard it might be a good place to sell my custom made jewelry. The manager Taylor is extremely friendly. The store is very impressive as it is very spacious with a lot of cute clothes. I didn't really have a lot of time since I was just going in to see the jewelry but I definitely want to go back and shop there. They have only been open for 5 months and the owner also has her own clothing line. The clothing and the jewelry comes from all over the world. I only checked prices on the jewelry and it is reasonable. I know they carry pieces from Italy and other countries. I would recommend checking it out. read more

Terrible and never going back. :( I brought a dress to the counter. There was a mark on it. The gal working there generously said if the dry cleaners could not get it out they would take it back. I drive straight to the dry cleaners. They won't clean it because of the type of material... it's black and white color blocking and they said the fabrics would most likely bleed into eachother. I didn't want to risk it so I took it directly back to the store... tags on, never out of the bag, never been to my home. The gal says she will have the owner call me. I have to call back twice. I finally get in touch with the owner and I explain the situation. She says, "We do not refund for change-of-mind purchases." I again explain the situation. We go back and forth calmly for about 10 minutes. She is self-righteous and I am just stunned. She ended up crediting my account for a percentage off the dress but this certainly was not my plan. I am a long-time resident of Corona del Mar. Most businesses here are wonderful to their neighbors- we are loyal customers and love our small-town feel - we have fun getting to know our shopkeepers and they appreciate our patronage. This owner does not belong to that group. She was curt, unreasonable, and shortsighted- we will not go back. read more

We've been customers at Sienna Brown since it opened. The merchandise is great but overall, it is not a pleasant shopping experience. It is impossible to "browse" through the store without the salespeople interfering. You tell them that you just want to "look" and they don't leave you alone. You feel hounded. It always nice to have a salesperson available but no one wants someone hovering over them while they browse. The whole experience makes us want to get out of the store, sooner than later, as we feel like the sales staff is so pushy. Please keep up the work with the great merchandise but let the staff know that they need to listen to the customer and respect their wishes if they just want to browse. In the long run, it will result in more sales for Sienna Brown. read more

Found this gem of a store by accident. I was returning an unwanted Christmas gift to Sur la Table, and since I hadn't been to this Plaza in a while I decided to browse the shops. Nothing caught my eye at Chicos,(when did it become an old lady store?), or Black White Market,(some cute stuff, but nothing for a voluptuous gal like myself). Getting frustrated and about to leave, I stumbled into Sienna Brown. Cute, welcoming shop. First thing I see is a rack of my fav brand, Johnny Was, blouses, just like the Pioneer Woman sports. But with their $273 price tag, a bit out of a retired teachers price range. "Just browsing", I said when greeted by the NON pushy clerk. I asked if anything was on sale and she pointed to the back of the store...Jackpot! Sale room! A whole room.Needless to say, I left with 3 beautiful blouses and a sweater, including a Johnny Was and an Eileen Fisher, for much less than one JW blouse!! Retail of my purchases-$891, I paid-$212! They were not snooty at all, and even helped me choose as I did have to narrow my choices. I love how my purchases were all carefully wrapped in tissue, with cool bag. If I had unlimited funds, I wouldn't have to shop the back room, but I am sure glad I found this place!!! Thanks! And I may be back today, haha. read more

I have been going to Senna for a few years and I see Tiffany. She is Great, has a good eye and does a great job. She does my brows and makeup, and always has great suggestions on new products that I am never disappointed that I have purchased. She takes her time in making sure I know how to use them and if I need a follow up lesson, no problem she fits me in . I recommend Tiffany all the time and Senna skin care and cosmetic line. read more
