In store experience was 5/5…read more This is my first time consigning so I didn't know what to expect and I don't think the website is very clear on how things work either. Before scheduling an appointment for consignment, I got a text from their liaison. I was trying to ask her for more details, and she was just pushing me to schedule an appointment. I bought 6 items to the store in Lido. At the front desk, a staff goes through the items and tells you what is eligible for consignment, which are items that are worth 1k and above in resale. Whatever is under 1k, you can still leave them for resell and "leave the rest to fate" sort of speak. What I mean is that you don't know whether they will accept the items or how much they will price it. And you get a very low % in return if they do get sold. Back to my consignment items- shout out to Josh. He was so very friendly and very approachable. And clearly great at his job. We had a great chat while he examined my items. I had two bags on consignment. One was sold within a week. Now to the non-consigned items. I had 4 items: 3 handbags (Prada, Kate spade and Tory Burch) and one jewelry (a pair of never worn Marc Jacobs earrings). The earrings were not accepted and should be sent back to me. The Kate Spade bag was never used, stored in the original storage bag, with tags attached. Somehow it was rated as "good" in condition, which I didn't really agreed with. On the bright side, the Tory Burch bag was sold within a day and the Prada bag sold within a week. Overall, I had a good first experience. I think if you don't have time or energy to deal with people and listing, this is definitely a great option. I would resell here again.

I had a general idea of what I wanted, but honestly, I wasn't completely sure how I wanted everything to come together. I'm pretty sure the amount of pieces I brought in would have overwhelmed just about anyone--but not Amaris! Amaris was absolutely AMAZING! She was so patient, creative, and full of incredible ideas. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, helped me make decisions, and even helped me pick out a few new pieces to complete my set. She somehow took my mountain of bags, pouches, fannies, and backpacks and turned it into exactly what I was envisioning! What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She helped me decide exactly where each patch and piece of stitching should go, and everything came out PERFECT. We even left to grab something to eat while our pieces were being worked on and came back later to pick everything up. The anticipation was worth it because I was absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out! Amaris has such a wonderful personality, is incredibly talented, and is also an amazing salesperson without ever making you feel pressured. She genuinely cares about creating something that you'll love, and that really comes through in her work. I will absolutely be back and will specifically seek out Amaris for all of my future patching and customization. She is a true gem and such an asset to the store.
