Sad to see bitter reviews from people who didn't fully read / ask about the return policy, trying to shame a small business online. I like the brands that the store carries as well as their branded merchandise. Maybe I'll try again next time I'm Laguna.

I was excited to receive a "Back to School" email from them, which advertised 40% off in store. I dragged a few friends with me and we visited their shop. Their sign inside the store confirmed that they were having a 40% off store wide sale. Their employees were super helpful and we proceeded to pick out quite a few items, including some gifts. Overall, it was well over $1,000 between all of us. We were beyond surprised and disappointed when we began to check out and were informed that only a few of our items were 40% off. When we asked them about the sign that said 40% off "Store Wide," they just kind of shrugged and asked if we wanted the items. No explanation or courtesy at all. Needless to say, we put all of the items back and went on our way. Its too bad because I have been happy with everything that I have purchased from them, but their advertising was a total bait and switch. Wilbo: "Store Wide" means the entire store. If it is only select items, then state that.
