Went back to the shop to exchange but the manager didn't even bother and said that that was a final sale and there was nothing they could do. Does she think I will ever be back in that store or recommend it? Never and to no one. I had paid cash as I know small businesses like that get hit with credit card fees. Next time will know better. To my surprise, she said she wanted to help me so she looked up his purchase with his phone number and offered to replace it. Within about five days, I got an email with a gift card to cover the full bracelet--worth almost $300. I was blown away by how thoughtful and above-and-beyond they went. They had an event today which was great because customers were able to receive complimentary champagne, cupcakes and take photos with the pretty mermaids. Ended up buying a tank for the hubby and I. Perfect for my trip to the Philippines. Employees are very helpful and nice. Overall, a cool little place to visit before you cross the street and get some ice cream or head over to the beach.

She asked me rudely to take the items out of the bag, I felt very uncomfortable. After the return, I went to try an item on and asked the sales associate if there was a trash can, she gave me kind of a dirty look like I was an inconvenience. I wanted the item and I ended up not buying it because I felt uncomfortable being in the store. I have been a customer for a really long time and this was the worst service I ever experienced, I even walked out tearing up. I will never shop at this location
