Again, I clarified just to make sure it was okay for me to come, so I said "yes! We will be there before 6." And she replied back with "okay, as long as it is before 6." Which was fine, BUT! She thought she hung up the phone and made a snarky and passive comment saying "because I ain't staying back to wait for yall" and proceeds to laugh to her coworkers. That left a bitter taste in my mouth, I decided to not go there anymore. It prompted an unwelcoming environment way before I even started driving there. Talking about customers is valid and fine. There were four employees in the small boutique store, and only a few customers that were perusing/asking questions about strollers. I let them know that I needed the stroller tomorrow and also that it would be really hard to drive in on a workday in traffic to grab it, but they still said they couldn't pick it up because they were too busy with other customers for the rest of the day (like what???)...
