Recently sent to Brady mobile Nate such cute pieces just so you guys know they recently moved their spot in Fashion Island. They're now next to the big fountain on the same stretch as Goriana . read more

Brandy Melville? More like Brandy Shitville. No fitting rooms and they don't allow returns for your money back, only store credit. They also require rbf to work there. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service, I come in here with my gf and we're always treated so badly. The staff at this store is so stuck up and rude. They act like you're bothering them just by walking in. read more

Ive come to this Brandy Melville for like 5 years.... the workers have always been pretty anti hospitality and pretty rude, they don't smile don't act friendly when checking someone out they don't act like they want to be there at all. Genuinely the DMV workers are more friendly. They need hospitality training asap!!!! This is a problem with all Brandy Melville's honestly tho read more

Yikes ! They got Miserable people working here . I was ready to check out , the blonde young girl didn't even acknowledge me or smile . I think her name was Kiley . I said hi first . Didn't get a hi , all she said was " do you know our return policy " and I said no and she continued to recite the return policy . She put the receipt in the bag and said "here". I was so turned off by her attitude that I wanted to return the blouse I got. Maybe I'll come back when she's not in store . read more

Personally this is one of my favorite brandy stores because of how they have a wide selection. However, my recent visit was not how I expected as some of the workers were giving an attitude towards me and my friend as we asked if they could take one of the shirts down that was high up for us. Overall, this Brandy is amazing if you want more peace while shopping unlike the one at Irvine spectrum. read more

The store has a cute and cozy vibe. Love their clothings. But today I was really disappointed by the rude and condescending attitude of one of the staff members. She was sitting near the fitting room folding clothes, wearing a green sweater with a low ponytail tied with a green scrunchie. She greeted me with one of the most disgusted looks that was hard to ignore. Just a reminder--guys please treat your customers the way you'd want to be treated when you're out shopping! read more

Brandy does not have a real return policy---so whatever you buy, make sure you are committed! Go on the off hours so you don't have to tell with the long dressing room lines. All that said, Brandy is great for just reasonably priced seasonal basics. Always fun to pop in for a baseball cap (always final sale) or a fun tee. read more

idk why people put such bad reviews. the store had a good collection of the clothing available online. i will say the girl at the cashier was giving idgaf vibes but she still let me know about the exchange policy and was quick with checking out my purchase. read more

Small but pretty good amount of styles on each table/wall etc. I've always preferred this one over the Irvine one due to kinder employees and better selection. It seems like it's really hot every time I come in... I'm not sure if there's an issue with the ac but I feel sorry for the girls out on the floor. read more

Beautiful clothing..... Great customer service.... Will definitely continue to shop at this store location.

Love the shirts they have here. I came in and felt they had a huge selection, reasonably priced. I love the small shorts they have too. Good service and would recommend the place. read more

I had a friend who raved nonstop about this store and she declared it was her favorite, as a young twenty something. I had never set foot in a location until this part weekend and decided to see what the hype was. This location is across from the Apple store in Fashion Island. It's a fairly small location and while there are a few markers on the ground to encourage social distancing, it was hard to reinforce that, due to some narrow aisles that doubled as walkways to the registers and dressing rooms. There were some girls greeting people at the front and noting how many were in the store at a time. The one with the clicker didn't greet me and she told another girl that she was feeling sick and wanted to go home. Her co-worker told her to talk to someone else to see if they could change with her and then went to talk to someone who was folding clothes on the table. I had to get someone's attention to reach a tennis skirt that was too high for me to reach. The girl grabbed the white and I politely asked if I could try the black too. I had to ask her twice before she realized what I was asking and then handed me the skirts without much interest or care. Once I got to the dressing room, I had to ask a girl behind the register if I could just take an empty dressing room to try things on. She was a little nicer and quickly got me a number and a room to try things on. They only offered the tennis skirt in S and M. The medium just barely fit and the construction was questionable - the side pleats were kicking out in an unflattering way that would make one's hips look wider. There were a lot of stray threads and stitches that looked crooked and off. Fabric was stiff and didn't feel like $25. Not a good store for those who are bigger than a certain size. I normally wear a M and thought the skirt ran small. Clothes are now made in China versus Italy, unlike the earlier releases. I noticed it was mostly younger clients like teens or pre-teens shopping with their moms here. Oddly, there weren't many different nationalities shopping here and I noticed most of the people were very slender and on the tall side. If you fit this body type, this is a possible store to consider shopping if you want to avoid H&M and Zara. I would not shop here again. The brand has their demographic and clearly I'm not part of it. In addition, customer service was lacking and could be better. read more

horrific service from a bunch of girls with horrible attitudes and no ability to be aware of anything that is going on in the store, not helpful, super condescending. god forbid you want to try something on and they look at you like you're holding a bomb. the girls that work here should actually be ashamed of themselves, they made me feel like dirt under their shoe. also the girl working in the fitting room was treating me like a thief. i had barely any clothes on, the smallest purse, like babe there's no where to hide anything!! idk who told these girls that being rude and off-putting was cool and chic, it made the whole store look and feel trashy... read more

super excited to go here for the first time and when i arrived i was not greeted at all by any one. I walked around the store for a while and some girls folding the clothes gave me the nastiest look and did not provide any customer service. the store was very messy and cramped, there was a ladder in the middle of the store that was in the way. workers looked like they did not want to be there at all . stop hiring entitled employees who are rude. read more

I had never been here before the holidays, or heard of it. However, because my niece likes the clothes, I ventured and was pleasantly surprised. All sizes are pretty much one size fits all for the teenie boppers as I like to call them. The clothes are cute , a little on the higher end of price point but solid. The people who work there are super kind and young. I wouldn't shop there for myself, but definitely would go for my niece and shop for her. read more

i love brandy so much! all the clothes there are so cute and the workers are so nice exept it does get really busy and crowded

The clothes here are really cute and they have nice basics, but they really should increase their size range to include both smaller and larger sizes. The staff at this location were also rude and unfriendly when checking out. read more

Every single girl that works here is incredibly rude. The fitting room girl especially. I don't know what's wrong with these people! If you don't want to be at work, then don't be. read more

My rating is because of the return policy. Any return policy should have a refund policy. But BM will only exchange. I tried to return clothing I had purchased 2 days prior (all tags attached , never worn and with my receipt.). So I am stuck with store credit for a store that doesn't fit my granddaughter. Just credit my credit card. How hard is that. I want to make sure everyone knows how "not customer friendly" this store is. read more

Please desensitize your price tags after they've been rung up. They never trigger the alarm at your store yet they trigger every other store alarm causing much embarrassment. This happens at ALL locations and causes a scene. If you have these tags that alarm the exits, why does it not go off in your own store? It triggered Urban Outfitters' alarm and the manager rolled her eyes and said "Brandy's tags always do this". Please fix this soon. It causes a lot of embarrassment and stress, especially for the teen erroneously looking like she stole something. Happens all the time. read more

honestly super great brandy but when i went to check out she didn't greet me, look at me, talk to me once. so rude stop hiring people that don't no basic human decency. read more

The staff here is ruder than any other Brandy I've been to. I went to the register and the girl with short dyed blonde hair was checking me out. She wasn't attentive at all and almost added a sweater to my bag that did not belong to me. It wasn't that big of a deal but when I got to the car (we parked quite far) I noticed an item was missing that I was rang up for. I then proceeded to go back with my receipt and asked politely about the missing jewelry item. She then told me to go back to my car and get the bag because she "distinctly remembers putting it in the bag". I had to sprint back to the lot and then the store only for her to not even check the bag and say "oh the earrings were here on the back counter". No apologies were made at all. So rude so careless. Just affirms the brandy melville worker stereotypes. read more

Best place to get basic tshirts, sweatpants, and shorts. Everything is so soft and cheaper than similar brands. Seriously you can get 100% cotton tank tops and bralettes for $15. As far as customer service, maybe it's just me but I don't need a 16 year old greeting me to have a good shopping experience read more

Jesse you've always hired amazing talent as employees. This location not so much, there is a vibe in here like we are in the way of these zombie-ish girls as they move around in this store that is cramped to begin with; oh they are worker bees it appears, we sort of are in the way as we shop in OUR FAVORITE STORE, and these people rearrange the displays. Geezus this is ridiculous. Management needs to care BETTER. OC Brandy and eating places you disappoint! read more

The girl at the register literally forgot her pants at home. She was wearing a see through white tank top with Brandy boyshort panties...AT WORK!!! Where are the managers??? It felt like I walked in on her changing or something but then I realized it was just her outfit... I felt uncomfortable. read more

I was in shock at the way I was treated when I stopped in yesterday so I came on here to see what others thought of if I had made it up in my head. Glad to see I'm not the only one here. I had gone in just to look around but was not greeted by a worker nor did I see any other customers in the store being assisted or acknowledged. The stacks of clothes were messy, there was a ladder in the very narrow walkways that had no signs and no person using it. I overheard a woman asking if she could try on some items and the associate barely looked at her as she told her she could just walk in. When I got my items and went up to the register, there were two girls in front of me so I waited my turn and right after their transaction, the cashier looked at me, and left without saying a word as if she pretended not to notice I was there. I stood there for a few minutes dumbstruck before she returned and said "I can help you over here" like it wasn't the only register available and it was her first time noticing me standing there. She said nothing to me as she bagged my items and put my receipt in the bag. Overall, I was disappointed by the state of the store and the treatment of customers by the employees. I've been to several BM's before and this was my first time feeling incredibly unwelcome. read more

I will never shop here after the way the staff treated me. I went in and the music was blaring so loudly I couldn't think. Then I went to try on a dress and there was no one to help out In the fitting room. I took matters to my own hand and went in to try on a dress. It didn't work out so I left. Then, some red headed girl chased after me asking if I had any other items in the fitting room and insisted on checking my bags and was SO rude while doing it and treating me like a thief. Then proceeded to mock me as I walked out. I was having such a good day and this redhead ruined it. I will NEVER shop here again or at any other brandy Melville stores. Apparently they are to busy to help the only person in the store get a fitting room but not too busy to treat people like dirty thieves. read more

I'm 24 years old and I still don't understand why I keep shopping here. Sometimes I see teeny boppers wearing the stuff that I wear and I start to question if I'm dressing my age or if they are just trying to dress older? I guess I'll never know haha. At least I look younger than I do so I can pull this off for at least a couple more years.. Located in Fashion Island close to the Nordstrom and right next to Johnny Was. It's a pretty big store and the layout is very wide. They have a large selection of clothing. Let's be real here and state the obvious, it's Brandy Melville so don't expect exceptional customer service and attention from the girls that work there. Honestly, you just have to walk in and be mentally prepared that you probably won't receive a smile from these girls... nonetheless acknowledgement. If you walk in knowing these things, you won't be disappointed lol. Although, I've had a couple girls actually smile at me and are very engaging, but most of the girls usually don't notice me; it's probably because I'm Asian.. but even the Asian girls that work there don't even say hi so whatevs you do you girl. I really like the clothes here. I may not agree with the price tag but I find myself buying it anyways. The material of the clothing is super soft and for the most part they last. I don't own much from here, a couple of basic shirts, dresses, and the cotton shorts. I think most of their items are easy to pair with one another and it's easy to put together an outfit. A lot of places try to imitate their clothing, but I must agree that Brandy does it best. I don't know why I keep coming back but I do love how simple the clothes are. I'm a lazy dresser, it works. read more

Brought my daughter over here, it's her favorite store. Went to check out and there stood a young gal with zero customer service skills. She dropped clothes on floor without any apologies. Then told us all sales are final in belts. I naturally asked why. Her response "all sales are final" as if I needed to read her mind to figure this out. One of the worst customer service experience. Never again. read more

The clothes are trendy and really cute, but somewhat pricey. However, the cashier that assisted me was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was just plain disrespectful to her co-workers and customers. It was only the 2nd day of opening; they need to RE-HIRE! But other than that, I would return for the clothes! read more

My daughter & I discovered this store last summer and loved it ever since :P The clothes are very cute, and simple with similar cuts with one size fits all (yah, if you size 2, 4, or 6) and consists of tops, tanks, graphic tops, and dresses. The prices are in Euro and 1 Euro = $1... Some may describe this look as bohemian, or hipster but i would describe it as the quintessential Californian Beach City look :P The clothes are also cheap, 6 items for about $165... read more

This is my second review for this location because of how many great experiences I've had. Despite how workers may have been in the past (bc this brand has a history of bad customer service in store), the current girls working here are SO SWEET. One worker helped me dig through multiple clothing piles to find a specific tank top I showed her from online, and was nothing but nice about it. read more

We were really disappointed in customer service!! The girls that work there have no clue!! I wanted to buy more clothes, but so turned off by the lack of acknowledgment, and no eye contact nor a smile!! The manager needs to step it up!! As a business owner myself, I would retrain all of the employees! Customer service is a must if you want to be successful!! Maybe Huntington Beach store is better!! read more

Brandy Melville - We were Invisible at Brandy Melville Fashion Island!!! - Women's Clothing Near Me - Newport Beach, California

I've never been to this brandy location so I really had my hopes up and was not disappointed! Had a wide array of clothes to choose from and the sales people were very nice. I know a lot of people complain about their one size thing, but that is just their brand and how they work? read more

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love brandy Melville and my closet is full of brandy clothes. I have shopped at brandy Melville since I was in fourth grade and am now in high school. As I've gotten older, the workers attitudes have changed drastically, and by how the workers look and act towards the customers makes me want to stop shopping there. Within the last few years, the workers have become insanely rude. Most workers don't even acknowledge you when you walk in, and if you ever ask for anything they just give you the nastiest looks. For such a large brand you would think that they would want workers that are welcoming and have great hospitality skills. I always come to this brandy Melville location and hate walking in and just receiving the nastiest looks from employees and sometimes even see them talk about other customers. read more

Gabbie was so helpful and happy to offer me the help I needed. I was not able to reach for merchandise because of my shoulders. She was more than happy to walk me around and assist me with a smile. Even with a mask i can sense when people are smiling. I also was helped by Annie who was equally as wonderful. Best Customer Service I ever got shopping here. I have three girls who I shop for and I usually spend around $300.00 every time with out help. Today I almost doubled that in a fraction of time because of these two exceptional Sales girls. You should have them train everyone else. read more

Worst exchange/Refund Policy ever! My daughter bought something and 10 min later she found something else she liked better at another store. She tried to return the items for a refund but Brandy Melville's policy is exchange or store credit only. If a company was in it to provide great customer service they would allow refunds. Are they that hard up to keep the sale or keep a customer for life. They should take some pointers from Nordstoms or watch Give 'em the pickle by Bob Ferrell. read more

Brandy Melville - Women's Clothing Near Me - Newport Beach, California

Love the clothes here because they are effortlessly cute. Material is soft and light and I love wearing their clothes. Only downside is the material isn't the greatest even though it's soft. Easy to rip because it's so thin and lint balls(?) easily appear. Interior: Small compared to the Santa Monica store. Wish it was bigger! Service: Staff are helpful. :-) they didn't close at 7pm like they are listed to on Saturday so I'm not sure what time they actually close. read more

I hate this store. The store will not let you try on clothes but if you buy them and they don't fit they will not accept returns. This is ridiculous. Do not shop here. read more
