She persuaded me to start earlier claiming we would have more time; however, the session was over before 3:30. She kept asking me if there was anything else I wanted to see and just kept repeating herself until I got up. I was looking on the iPad and shared it with my family. I noticed a sticker that said "iPad viewing limit to 5 minutes" and the lady really stuck by that. This was my first time trying this company. I usually go to a family owned 4d scan in past for my other two, but we had moved and this location was down the street. I was not very satisfied with the service and wish I had made the drive to the other company I had used in the past.

I have an anterior placenta, and my baby had her face completely up against my placenta and kept covering her face, so getting good pictures wasn't easy . They didn't rush us at all. They had me walk around, drink some water, and even do some squats to try to get baby to move so we could see her little face. As a first-time mom, that meant so much to me. They really took their time and made the whole experience feel special, and we left so happy with our pictures and getting to see our baby girl. After continued attempts to get a hold of Angela via phone and emails, I finally tried TEXTING Angela in November. I was happy to see a text response from her! but then baffled when I read her message. I've attempted to post screenshots of the text exchange but it appears only a portion is posting. In summary, Angela stated she felt she was harassed by me and would not respond to my bullying tactics. Again, I was dumbfounded. Ultimately, she refused to return our $100 deposit and went silent on us again. In hindsight, I should have noticed that most of the Yelp reviews are over a year old. I don't see any recent reviews which should have been a red flag. I hope Angela is able to improve her operations and customer experience as she is clearly talented at taking beautiful photos.

She guided me with what to bring and how to best prep for the shoot, gave instructions for poses and offered a wide variety of beautiful backdrops and outfits to choose from taking into account my preferences, making the whole process collaborative, so easy and fun! She was super hands-on and went an extra mile with even fixing and touching up my hair to make sure every shot looked great! The studio itself is clean, well-lit, and comfy. The parking was easy and close to the studio. Karla's warm personality and attention to detail truly made the session special. The whole experience was just easy, fun, and effortless.
