I've definitely been to better Vuori stores, including the outlet. I walked in, browsed around a little bit, and left without evening being acknowledged by anyone working here. I only saw 2 store employees while I was here; both standing behind the payment counter and talking to one another. There wasn't a lot of product in this store. For every style on the floor, I saw 1, maybe 2 pieces in each size. I left the store without purchasing anything. The store was just very uninviting for a customer familiar with the brand.

Vuori hosts fantastic fitness and wellness events. I attended a Pilates class at their store this past weekend, and it was a great experience. Everyone received a goodie bag, and they even had a coffee vendor set up afterward. Such a nice touch!

Another workout clothing store at the Irvine Spectrum Mall. They have very high quality material and cute jumpsuits and light weight workout pants. I'm going to try on some pants and see if they fit. I like!!

Our stay lasted about two hours, and Judy was amazingly attentive the entire time. She was so patient and detail-oriented, going back and forth to bring out ten to twelve different pairs of shoes for us to try on without ever frowning, even though there was no commission on our purchases. What really stood out was how she spoke directly to my son, making him feel truly involved in the process rather than just talking to us as parents. She also applied that same dedicated care to my wife, and thanks to her explanation, we finally figured out the reason for her ongoing ankle and knee pain. Judy's exceptional service and focus on satisfaction were unmatched, making her the person to ask for!

As soon as I walked in, someone checked me into their queue for an assessment. I think they give everyone a foot analysis, with no commitment to purchasing their inserts. While I waited, I browsed their shoe selection. I lean more toward Hokas and Aesics, but I was open to trying something new. The wait was about thirty minutes, so if you're looking for a quick shopping experience, this isn't for you. Go in knowing that you're going to wait, but I actually didn't mind this because I appreciated the one-on-one experience and all the info I received about my feet. Judy performed my foot analysis. She had me first walk on the treadmill and after I stepped on their fit finder machine. This machine provided information on foot length, width, arch height, alignment, heel width, and more. Judy reviewed all this info with me, and they also email it to you for free. I decided to purchase their insoles to see if they make a difference. So far so good, so I'm curious how they'll help in the long run. I have been wearing Hokas with a lot of cushion and I learned this was the wrong shoe for me because it could actually make my foot more unstable. Judy recommended a mid-range cushion for me. She was so patient with me. I must have tried on 6 different shoes and she paid attention to how they fit me and recommended sizing for me. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the time she spent with me. I signed up for the VIP family and ended up with some savings in the end. I love that they have a 90-day perfect fit guarantee along with some other perks.

He suggested a couple of shoes but highly recommended the ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 because they have the most support for the arch. He also assisted my wife with a selection although she came in sandals he had no problem giving her a new pair of socks to be able to try on some shoes. I personally don't like the thick sole but if that's what's going to get me moving so be it. This location is an outdoor mall and there is parking but depending on the time you go it may be difficult. I highly recommend this location due to the fact that the Ricky was polite, professional and knowledgeable, he helped me save an additional 10% by signing up for the newsletter. They have plenty of sizes in stock, they also have a BOGO 50% off. the value of the shoes are good if you plan to use them for the gym and running or even everyday wear. Staff members were present, but no one acknowledged me, offered assistance, or even asked if I needed help while I was browsing. It felt unwelcoming and disappointing, especially when you're ready to make a purchase and expect at least minimal customer attention. Good products alone aren't enough--customer service matters too. I hope management improves staff engagement so future customers feel valued.

I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was able to return my online order quickly. The cashier was very kind and the return was quick. I never used the product, the sizing was just way off, even though I had followed the product's website video guide. When I visited, it just so happened to be Member Days so I took a look around. This location certainly has "everything." It feels rare to have a fully stocked store these days. Since I did not need anything at the moment, I plan on stopping by again in a few months when I have an idea of what to use my gift cards on. There were employees throughout the store and they often greeted me and asked if I needed help. Great customer service! There was also restrooms for customers to use. There was plenty of parking in shopping center and overall, had a great first experience.

One star review…read more What happened to REI? I had a very bad experience at REI Tustin on El Camino Real. EVA and manager AARON falsely accused me of returning the wrong item, even though the item matched my REI account, app, original tags, barcode, and product details. They made this accusation in front of my family and other customers, which was very embarrassing. I asked them a simple question: "What exactly is different?" They refused to answer. That tells me they had no real answer. They accused me first, then avoided explaining their own accusation. While EVA was still processing the return, AARON told me to leave and threatened security for no valid reason. After all that, they still processed the return. So the item was correct all along. This was a false accusation, poor judgment, zero accountability, and terrible management. REI leadership should review this incident seriously.

So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers. Also, nobody assists you here, nobody cares about their jobs here. When you buy a lamp you have to go to another area to find the light bulbs for it. Plus the parking lot sucks, people hit your car with their doors. If you complain they don't review the cameras, they don't want to be liable for it. This place is garbage. Shop somewhere else.

Despite walking directly past the two male employees, neither acknowledged us, greeted us, nor asked if we needed assistance. Instead, they appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with one another. As we continued browsing, I spent time in the women's section while my husband looked at shoes. I walked past the two male employees a few times, and on one occasion, one of them made direct eye contact with me, yet still did not offer a greeting or assistance. Shortly afterward, a female employee came from the back of the store, walked directly past me, and likewise failed to acknowledge my presence or offer assistance. At that point, I became disappointed by the complete lack of customer service. After this treatment my family and I decided to leave the store. After exiting the store, I remained outside briefly and observed one of the same male employees assisting another customer who had entered after us. Wanting to give the store another opportunity, I returned inside and continued browsing in the women's section. Even then, several minutes passed before a female employee finally asked if I needed assistance. While I understand that employees may be busy, there was no indication that these employees were occupied with customer-related responsibilities. Instead, they appeared focused on socializing while completely ignoring my family and me. As a consumer, I should not have to repeatedly walk past employees, make eye contact, and spend time browsing before receiving even a basic greeting. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged, welcomed, and treated with professionalism and respect.
