What really stood out was how she spoke directly to my son, making him feel truly involved in the process rather than just talking to us as parents. She had me first walk on the treadmill and after I stepped on their fit finder machine. This machine provided information on foot length, width, arch height, alignment, heel width, and more. So far so good, so I'm curious how they'll help in the long run. I have been wearing Hokas with a lot of cushion and I learned this was the wrong shoe for me because it could actually make my foot more unstable. Judy recommended a mid-range cushion for me. She was so patient with me. I must have tried on 6 different shoes and she paid attention to how they fit me and recommended sizing for me.
