On the way out, I made a comment to the manager, Sara, that keeping fitting rooms open until closing would make sense, especially since other customers also wanted to use them. I even asked, "Aren't you in the business to sell?" She said nothing. As I walked away, I heard another employee laughing. I have never experienced such poor and insensitive customer service. The location is large, so it took awhile to seek someone out, and I often found myself going to the cash register area, because it seemed like no one was on the floor. Had to pick up some items at the Irvine Spectrum today so decided to check Old Navy out for some workout clothes. Found a couple of leggings but what I was looking for were out of my size. When I got to the register, told the associate that the items I'm getting were priced higher than what I see in my email, which brought me into the store today. He asked me to show him the email, and once confirmed the exact items, he made the price adjustment to match the sale price, which are good for two days only. This store is very large and bright with many glass windows around the store. Nice and clean. Great customer service! Gotta come back and take more pictures now that I know I missed reviewing them.
