(Super friendly and inviting) The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "hello" and "can I help you with something" as soon as I said "yes, please" It felt as though I was given a personal stylist. I tried on about 10 dresses and I usually hate the way 50% of things look on my body type. I LOVED every single thing I tried on. (Which is crazy to me because I just had a baby a few months ago and haven't been feeling super confident) The clothes are great quality and yes you're going to pay a little more than your run-of-the-mill fashion stores, but you get what you pay for. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
