I've been a supporter of Stitch & Feather for years. I used to live much closer to one of their stores and shopped there often. The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough! read more

Absolutely love this store. It has such a boutique, personal stylist kind of experience that makes shopping actually fun and easy. The outfit suggestions they put together are always super cute and help take the guesswork out of matching pieces. The customer service is impeccable, and Izzy especially always goes above and beyond. She's incredibly personable, easy to work with, and has an amazing eye for putting looks together. She always gives great styling suggestions and somehow manages to recommend pieces I wouldn't normally pick for myself but end up loving. She really makes the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. The styles are always great, they get new arrivals every Tuesday, and every visit feels like a VIP shopping experience. How have I not known about this place? Staff is very very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thanks for the champagne! The vibe is very similar to Anthropologie and Free People. It's not exactly like those stores, but inspired by. So if you are into that Boho chic style, then this is your place. Selection was slowly transitioning into fall season clothing if not already 100% in the season. I really came in to look at the accessories and to just see what this place all about. Good selection of clothing, shoes, accessories and a space of home accessories- mostly kitchen accessories, candles and cookbooks. I bought nested measuring cups that are hand painted. A less expensive price tag than its inspired stores. Going to stop in at their other locations to check how much more inventory is available. Parking on the street or public lots. read more

I was lured inside this cute store because their decor got my attention, Stich and Feather is a nice boutique in downtown Fullerton. Nice customer service, we were greeted right away and even asked if we 'd like a bottle of water, very kind! The sell ladies clothes here, the style is boho chic, trendy, nice products and colors, decent prices. Great variety of merchandise. I'm all for giving my business to small businesses like this boutique. Truth be told, I was searching Yelp for Anthropologie for a gift for a girlfriend and this spot came up. I have never been to this cute little town, but it's quaint!! I love the little town this shop is in. The staff was helpful and friendly and it looks like stuff you'd buy at Anthrolopogie for a 1/4 of the cost. I didn't end up buying anything because there weren't a lot of gift options other than coffee mugs and dish towels. I had called a couple weeks ago inquiring about their dried floral bouquets which they were sold out of. They took down my name and number to contact me when they get another shipment. Stopped into this location to take a quick look around. They had 20% off the entire store which was super cool! Customer service was great on 12/29, the girls at the cash wrap were really nice and super friendly. I saw some cute pieces and had made a mental note to come back in after lunch but totally spaced it. I used to go to the Stich & Feather in Brea and only now realized this location in Fullerton. I needed a new outfit today for Valentine's Day, and for my cruise coming up. I was gonna get a top, but stumbled across a floral maxi dress online, and found out there was a downtown Fullerton location. I was gonna do "buy online pick up in store." But didn't see the feature. So I got off my ass, and went into the store. I was pleasantly surprised to see good organization and more pieces in store than online. Which is something you don't see during Covid these days. Cute place, tops in the $24-34, jeans in the $50-90 range, and dresses in the $30-60 range. Mona and Naomi were super friendly and helpful. They will suggest pieces to try on and help you look fab! I had been in there a few times before and never found anything that fit well, but recently all the clothes have been great and fit much better. My only critic would be to have some of the jeans in sizes bigger than a 27. They have a nice mix of "cute brunch weekend clothes" and "modern casual office wear". read more

On my drive to downtown Fullerton I drove past two extremely crowded shopping centers where I imagine stressed out holiday shoppers are fighting each other for various products. Luckily, I found the antithesis in Stitch and Feather. I had a peaceful shopping experience where I enjoyed browsing the reasonable clothing selection. Fitting rooms were open which is really nice since so many stores have closed them. I picked out a cute and cozy sweater that was less than $40 and made in the USA! The ladies working were so friendly to me, my sisters and our dog. I did have to wait a few minutes to check out but it was because they offered to gift wrap the purchases of the women in front of me. So nice! read more

I've been a client of theirs for years and they do not disappoint in their customer service, store vibe, and of course their fashion collections! From clothing to jewelry to gifts like candles, kitchen decor, shoes, and purses, you can stay days shopping at any of their 4 brick and mortar! I especially love their Brea and Seal Beach stores! This place is a joke. If you don't look a certain way, you're ignored. The three mean girls working there blatantly gave stellar customer service to some people and horrendous to others. Just completely uninterested. Even saw them eagerly offer a fitting room and champagne to one woman while another had been there much longer with half ass, uninterested interaction. Gross. read more

Me and two friends came here on Black Friday and were completely ignored. There were literally 10 employees and none of them even acknowledged us. They approached a girl shopping a foot away from us, told her about a sale going on and offered her water or champagne while she shopped and still completely ignored us. My friend and I came in today looking for cute clothes for Coachella this weekend. We wanted to try on a shirt and one girl was very nice and attentive to us. But the other worker never said a word to us. She had short black hair, and was wearing a long black dress and platform high top vans and was of Asian decent. We were waiting for about 5-10 minutes for a fitting room. And the girl with the short black hair told another girl to go in once a spot opened, and the other girl said "there's someone ahead of me" and she totally disregarded her and said to just go in. she knew we were waiting and still never looked at us or acknowledged us the entire time..
