Great place for finding discounted shoes! It can be a mess at times and really crowded (especially on weekends), so just be warned. Ideally, it's best to come here at night on a weekday. We got two new pairs of wicked Nikes that I am sure we didn't need in addition to some long and short sleeved t's. I wish they had more in sizes for little kids and medium kids so I could have got matching (yes they are good sports) but it was not meant to be! I also wish we could have found some superb youth running sneakers because someone I know is always first, but that will have to come from another store I guess (suggestions?) This outlet location is always pretty stocked and very organized. The store itself is pretty good and you can find almost anything you need here. It does get pretty crowded on the weekends, and the lines to try on clothes and to check out are often long. Overall the store itself is clean, organized and pretty well stocked. On the other hand, the service could be better - specifically at the checkout. The person I got wasn't very friendly to me but was super happy and nice to their coworker at another register a couple machines down. It's fine to love your coworkers and have fun, but when you get a different attitude yourself then that's not ok. read more

Horrible experience I was using the fitting room which is co-ed While change I had the fitting room door opened on me. No knock. No nothing I was mortified! When I walked out the fitting room attendants were giggling And I asked to speak to a manager. Only to find out it was a managed that did it. A male managed, who was standing there taking my complaint. When I asked why he didn't knock because yes. They thought it was appropriate to have the same manager that opened the door on me take my complaint. So he says to me, I knocked I said no way I would have heard it, he says to me, "what, didn't you hear my keys!" WTH I was humiliated I wanted to just buy my things and leave With the chaos I forgot to use my gift card I was gifted for Mother's Day Oh yeah and this was on Mother's Day. By the time I made my purchase and walked out I realized i forgot to use my gift card I knocked at the door because they had just closed and explained to the manager that had helped me. They I forgot to use my GF He told me to get in line, return my stuff and repurchase it I Jeff crying. By the time I got to the car I had lost night gift card. $100 down in the garbage Then when I called corporate they had the store call me back asking how they could make it right. They offered me to go return my stuff and repurchase it with a discount That was their solution I told them to not waste my time. I placed an online order for pickup and when I came to pick it up with my email receipt and QR code the employees Octavio and Alesha told me I couldn't pick it up because I didn't have my ID even though I had the original receipt and code. Both employees made the process super difficult and were not accommodating in any way. I will not be returning to this location or placing another online order with Nike. My go-to Nike Factory Store is still the one at Ontario Mills. I found this location a bit on the smaller side and with less product on the floor. I was looking for a pair of trainers/running shoes but there was barely anything in the store. Prior to shopping at the store, I had shopped the online Nike website and found better deals online than the factory store as well. The store was clean and organized, and easily accessible from the parking lot. Passed by a few employees who did not acknowledge us, nor asked us if we needed any help. Overall, it is a Nike store and if you are looking for deals, it does not hurt to stop by to take a look around first. Parking is a mess, even on a weekday afternoon, so we had to park a bit a ways. read more

This Nike Factory Store is in the Orange Outlet in Orange, California. This shop is huge. Big ole inventory of clothes, shoes, backpacks, accessories, etc... etc. The afternoon I stopped in here, the place was packed with customers. The inventory was impressive, they were stocked. I browsed and did my walk about. Sure the prices were cheaper than paying full Nike retail prices, but I didn't see any significant bargains that caught my eye. This happened on a Friday. I needed shoes for Monday. I had to get shoes in person. The outlet has Metcons. Nike is new to me but I tried them on and liked the.. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting me in picking the right shoes and navigating me around the shop. I ended up picking up a pair for the little one as well. Like my friend Forrest Gump says... "Outlets are like a box of chocolate, ya never know what you're gonna get." I always am down to go visit an outlet store but sometimes they just suck. Not this one! There's a line for a reason... a line on a weekday, imagine that! I'd say we waited in line for about 30 min (no more than that). The store was not crowded at all... but I could see if there was no capacity restrictions... it would be a zoo!! I actually appreciated how there was barely any people.. made the shopping experience a lot more enjoyable! You know what else I appreciated? How clean the store was! ALL the shirts that were folded on tables were neatly arranged, & not torn apart like you see at H&M. The merchandising was on point. Great job! I was so impressed with the selection, more specifically the women's sportswear! I don't really wear Nike for training/gym purposes. My go to are the sportswear so I was so stoked to find their selection off the chain! Usually from other stores I've seen, the women's selection is always meh... not here folks!! There's lots of good stuff. I'd even say there's more, if not better selection of Women's product here than at the regular Nike store at South Coast. Now that's saying something! Apparently this location doesn't have size 13 air monarchs! As an old big guy I need all the comfort these days and of course they don't carry my size! My absolutely favorite store that I have to go to every time I come to the outlet, and although sometimes the variety of choices are limited, but if you spend some time here, you will always find a good deal. They have all sorts of deals any day of the week! I do think that they could use more selection of jackets/sweaters, but they do have a good variety of tank tops and bottoms. I always buy shorts and leggings here. Sometimes shoes and sandals. Most of the time they have extra 20% off lowest ticketed price, which means it could be discounted on an already discounted item. And sometimes certain items are around 40% off. Overall, I never leave this store empty handed. Although beware that the lines here are suuuuuuuuper long wait times. read more

Nike, who doesn't love Nike. I love coming here because you get Nike at a discount. I always try to come before the holidays because that's when they have additional sales such as additional 30,40,50,60% off on clearance or maybe the entire store. I feel they have a lot of different selections you can choose from and plenty of basketball shoes too. There's a wall with a lot of different shoes on discount but it's kinda overwhelming so I stick to the aisles lol. Keep in mind that the line can get really line but goes by.. I went during black Friday and the line was wrapped around the building. -1 star because they can be more efficient. As far as service goes, I only talk to them when I'm at the register. The employees on the store floor excellent. The cashier who was on the register with operator number of 607071 was so dry at the front. Customer service was not then best. She moved registers and one of the items didn't have a tag and all she did was hold the shirt up. I had my son run and get the shirt. It didn't seem like she liked her job or maybe customer service is not her strong suit but I was definitely disappointed. But the other employees were amazing on the floor. Place is a zoo. Literally. So many people inside you can barely get down the aisles. Zero distancing enforced. Products here are typical outlet products. Nothing normal people would want to wear.
