Have been to this Levi's store multiple times. I feel like most of the times I have been there the staff is not friendly. They just seem to be having conversations amongst themselves. There never seems to be a greeting or asking if I need help with anything. I'm usually the one going up to employees to ask for help. On my last visit I went there with my son. He picked out a few items and we went to the dressing room so he can try them on. Got in and out of the room and nobody asked if we needed help looking for anything. Went back and got some more clothes and then back to the changing room we go. Second time coming out of the dressing room one of the employees asked if we had gotten a promotional discount card. I was honestly very surprised that an employee had finally acknowledged us at the store. I wish I had gotten her name. A few days after purchasing some Jeans my son wore them for the first time. He only got to wear the jeans a few hours before they tore. He was simply standing up when they tore. I called this Levi's store to see if they can give me a refund or exchange and was told they could not do anything about it there. They told me to contact Levi's and I was provided the number and website where I can file a claim. I called the number provided and within a few minutes I got an email with instructions on how to file a claim. I'm still waiting to hear back. This store usually has pretty good deals and usually also has a clearance section with even better deals. I just with employees were a little friendly and more attentive. Also wish they had more size options. The shorter lengths for men hard to find. read more

Went to try in 3 jeans. Associate let's me in. I hear an aggressive knock and say, "yes?" No reply.....30 seconds go by i hear another aggressive knock. I open the door and rhe associated looks confused...She says, "can I take anything from you?" To which I reply, "yes, these since you guys keep knocking." And proceeds to reply with attitude saying she only knocked once. Like wtf? I was so turned off by this I left immediately. I work in customer service....and that was not it. I returned a couple of jeans that I purchased at this location, and it's been over a month since they've had these items in their possession, and they won't give me my refund. Mind you these items have all the tags and were never worn. I have the tracking and it shows the delivery date. I've been reaching out for weeks and nobody cares to help; all they say is that the hire ups are handling this and nothing has been done. I've called and chatted with ppl and still nothing. Every time I come here, the service is so weird and awkward! This isn't high school, hire better adults I guess. No one is ever at the fitting rooms, i always just end up leaving the clothes I don't want in there. Why am I waiting at the register for someone in an empty store?? Three employees and no one is at the front. Two girls gossiping and the other guy just floating around. I get that it's not busy, but jfc. I ordered pants for pick up. I got a 29 when I usually get a 27 because I thought they'd fit better now. They were oversized so I did a return through shipping through the Levi's website that made a FedEx label. It said to deliver it to FedEx so I did. It's been days and no update, FedEx is saying the label number doesn't exist. They're saying to contact Levi's. The store I got it from (outlets at orange) was the address they were shipping back to. FedEx said to contact Levi's, levis said to contact FedEx. I handed it directly to the person at the counter of FedEx. I contact Levi's over a phone call and they pretty much said that's not their problem that their label that THEY gave me doesn't exist. Stupid and that's $50+ I lost because Levi's is too stupid to understand what they did wrong. read more

The management was very unprofessional with the incident that occurred today. Tabitha was her name, who physically intervened with minors when they were running out with product. One of the young teens fell after she blocked him and pushed him out the door. I understand the young minors are not in the right, but neither should you engage with any situation like that. Especially being a "manager," that's the representation you give to your team? This is very unprofessional. Especially how there was a shooting 2 weeks ago at this exact outlet and she has no self-awareness of others in the store? We live in a scary world and anyone can be carrying a weapon no matter the age. She put everyone in danger just to save a few pieces of fabric, FABRIC?! MY LIFE was at risk! You are not hired as a security guard and do not get paid extra to stop a group of young minors. Reading all these other reviews of people having similar rude encounters with this manager and even employees expressing themselves about her is wild that she still has a position here. My question is, what is the reason you did that for Tabitha? Is it a Power Trip you gain from your position? Do you feel entitled? Is your life really worth saving jeans? Asked a female employee for help to check if a size was available. I could tell by her body language and facial expression that she was already going to give me a hard time, and no surprise she did! :D She proceeds to tell me that they don't have the size available in store and that I could order it online, after just staring at the top shelf of jeans and not even checking at all. I did see on her store ipod that there was definitely some in stock before she quickly put in back in her pocket. I asked her "So there's none in store at all?". She tells me "No, not in this color". I took it upon myself to look through every pile after she had walked away, and guess what I found the size I needed! :D It was just missing the sticker on the thigh to identify it easier. If I could find what I needed easily, I wouldn't need any of their employees help but of course the customers can't use the ladders, so doesn't it make sense to ask an employee to check the top shelves that are out of reach? It's her job that she gets paid for to check the inventory and if more product is sold there is less to maintain in the store. Customer service isn't right for everyone, but better not to add fuel to the fire just because someone else is having a miserable day. This was just my experience though. This Levi's does have a great selection and there are some employees that do an excellent job at actually trying to help customers, but the few that treat people this way make everyone look bad :'( read more

I came in tonight 11/12/22 and was shopping for a few pairs of work jeans I found what I was looking for right away witch was a plus, BUT as soon as I grabbed the jeans and held on to them and started looking for more colors in my size I just felt the uncomfortable feeling of being watched by a hawk. A causation girl was just side eyeing me the entire time and made me feel so uncomfortable. About 2 minutes in this girl literally walked up next to me while I was standing in front of the 531 jeans said excuse me and literally pushed her way around me to grave a step stool. It happened so fast I couldn't even get out of her way. This set me off I told her u could have simply walked around me where there was more room, she literally rolled here eyes at me. I spoke to a guy at the cashier and asked him who's the manager and to my discussed he said TABITHA And pointed to the rude ass white girl. I was shock I told him what happen and he literally told me call JEFF and leave a review. This was already my plan. After talking to the male employee I literally turned around again and TABITHA was gossiping to other employees about me and making rude eye jousters behind her COVID mask. I walked around for a few more minutes with my wife and son and she was literally fallowing me before I told her to back the hell off me, but that didn't stop her from having just about every other employee come up to me. TABITHA IS RUDE, RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL . I will call Jeff and will be calling LEVIS corporate because I know she was discriminating against me being Latino. The store is always kept neat and tidy and the staff is friendly and helpful. I don't typically like shopping, but my friend who has an eye for fashion insisted that my baggy pants made me look old and insisted I changed my entire wardrobe of pants. She swears by Levi's jeans' quality and comfort and so brought me here......as we both would not pay regular retail prices. Thank goodness this place has a this long and ongoing buy 2 and pay $39 for each sale. I tried on dozens upon dozens of jeans and casual slacks of different sizes and finally managed to narrow it down to 4-5 pairs. The store staff were very helpful and always came around to ask if we needed any help.....perhaps not as often during the busy weekend days, but still they were still helpful. I came back again a couple of weeks later as I had by this time, had the chance to try on my new jeans and casual slacks after a wash and dry.....they fit so well that I wanted to stock up on more.....and to take advantage of this sale. Again, everybody was so helpful. Then a few weeks after this, for some reason, I discovered that one of the casual pants didn't fit after washing.....all the others fit just fine so I couldn't have gained that much weight so that they no longer fit. My friend and I went back and spoke personally to Jessica, the manager, about our problem.....and she was so nice, so friendly, so accommodating, so helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchases....especially as I'd already bought about 10 or more pairs of Levi's jeans by now.....within the last 2 months. Jessica had no problems allowing me to exchange the pair of pants that I could no longer fit in.....even without a sales receipt....so hassle free. She's the best! The 541 Athletic fit stretch blue jeans are perhaps the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn in my life....so soft...so comfortable.....so forgiving......almost like wearing sweat pants...... You know what I think of when it think of Outlet? Tourists. Take that how you will, but you simply can't escape them. I guess I liken them as a separate type of shopper in that just because I live near many Outlets doesn't mean I change my shopping habits when I come here. Tourists on the other hand are on vacation, stocking up because their local selection isn't as varied and usually the prices are better. Orange isn't known as an outlet mall of sorts, but a true American legend like Levi's draws a curious crowd looking for and expecting the quality we've all come to know and love. Lets talk fit. What happened to the 501 shrink to fit, 504 and 505 that fit me so well, now everything is skinny or slim or straight and doesn't fit an athletic thigh or calf. The modern man doesn't have to look good in so little clothing and I hate sizing up. It's small for a company of this size, popularity and the variety isn't there, but you can get good deals with coupons. Service is excellent and they really know what they are talking about. I was able to speak with Ivan about my experiences at their dry goods and he gave me the most interesting tip in that based on my dimensions I cannot fit certain cuts, but I knew that, but to give me a list was above and beyond. It was as if he memorized the dimensions of each cut. He suggested size up and alter down the waist, but also get a longer inseam as it will give me a hair more room. No I buy 34 waist and 32-24 inseam and alter it down. read more

I know there's already a lot but here goes another one about the terrible services we experienced here. We came late and they were closing soon which we understood but the lines were still long so it's not like they had to stay for only us. When we asked to try something on the girl there said no and then ignored us and walked away until we begged her saying it's only going to take a min and there's a long line still...when I finished I thanked her but she just gave me this super annoyed look. I mean wtf? why are you making it seem like I just forced you to stay without pay? I have worked in customer service before and never have I ever ignored a customer no matter what time it was. Then when I found something I liked and wanted to ask someone on the floor for help find the right size the guy literally left and walked to the back and slam the door. I thought he went to look for me but I never saw the guy again. We were so pissed off because if they had just helped us we could have gotten things quick but instead they made us feel like they could care less for our business and only about their plans for the night. I have never shopped at Levi's and this will also be my last. Just before this we were at Lucky's and the girls there were all really nice and we chatted and they spent time looking for everything we needed. Not once did we feel rushed but felt like they actually care about helping their customers. All I can say is going here might give you that brand and deal you're looking for but if you ever need their help then good luck. The best part about shopping online is not having to deal with the kids they pay to "run the store". Ordered a jacket online, too small, call up the outlet to see if they can exchange online purchases, they say yes. Drive down to do the exchange, same jacket same price (summer20 sale is going on so my jacket was less expensive than in store). The cashier, no name badge so dont know her name, said it was "different" even though she couldnt tell me why and the item numbers matched. So I had to pay the difference..... ok but the store says summer sale and the coupon code says in stores and online... I asked if the different colors cost different prices...she avoided answering. She said the jackets in the store were cheaper than online (Why did I have to pay the difference if they cost less?) The jacket I brought in to exchange was made in Mexico, not until I got home did I notice the jacket I just got was made in Bangladesh (Much lower quality standards) So to recap. 1) told I can exchange 2)was charged the difference for an exchange of the same garment 3) left with an inferior possibly knock off jacket. She did not hesitate to help me with any question I had and made sure that I came out happy. She helped me look for the right size, find the styles that I desired, and even went as far to help me find the styles online that I wanted to buy but that were sold out in stores. She placed three online orders for me to have shipped to my house. The store ran out of the jeans that I wanted in a specific color so she immediately started searching online for styles that I desired and made sure it was what I was looking for! She was so patient with me and I felt bad for being so needy but she seemed more than happy to assist me. Came in here with the SBBF for the day after Christmas sale. Pretty big outlet store compared to the one in Milpitas according to the SBBF Brad C. I don't shop at Levi's but he sure does. Only problem is, its super hard to find his pant size at any store. This store does have a huge variety of all sorts of denim. And the clearance racks were pretty stocked with all sizes as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful and it seems like this store never gets too busy so you don't have to deal with idiot shoppers. She found what we wanted and was extremely helpful. The checkout process was smooth and the store itself is clean and well maintained with a good amount of merchandise. The girl in the fitting room was beyond helpful, I believe her name was Juliette. She went out of her way to get me the right size and even give me more selections of jeans, which was great!. Went into this store today to look for a very specific men's Levi's jean jacket with the sheep fur on the collar. Unfortunately there was only ONE left and not in the size I needed. One of the sales associates- Jessica- took it upon herself to go out of her way to contact a store that did have it in stock and set it up to be "next day delivered" to my house for me! Excellent customer service. They even keep the employee iPhones in a cage so they can't zone out like zombies while on the job. From the floor to the fitting room, excellent service from staff and the manager Ivan, who handled my return was a great guy -- very helpful and sincere... got me in and out of there in lightning speed, though I was exchanging something. Some of the shirts and vintage-looking FOOTLOOSE sweaters could be priced cheaper, but if you catch them on a good day -- they'll offer a coupon for buy one get-one 1/2 off jeans sales, etc... I copped a few clearance items and was able to transform them with a little bedazzle action and some cuts and stitching. Keep up the good work. read more

Went in this sunday to return an item and see what new stuff they had. Il say that I was not expecting anything remarkable, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! The girls working that day where very competent and nice. First of all the girl that did the return was very helpful. N normally I wouldn't write a review, but I couldn't help it notice that while I was looking at their jackets withn in a short period of time another girl asked if I needed help. She was very polite and super sweet. I said I didnt need help thanked her, n just moved on to look at some Jeans then literally with in 3 minutes a second employee checked in to see if I needed help she was also attentive and nice. I thought it was like a coincidence. But what made write the review finally I went in to try on something at the fitting rooms. the girl there was also very welcoming too and helped me get a fitting room pretty fast. That's when I realized probably that management is training them well, because I noticed that they where so very helpful with the other customers too. Got a denim jacket for Christmas and needed to exchange it for a bigger size. Their return/exchange policy is awesome because they allow 60 days, rather than the typical 30 day policies that other stores have. Despite how busy it got, the 2 employees I interacted with actually took the time to help me out. I didn't get their names, but there's this really friendly and knowledgeable dude. He helped and gave his advice on what I should do with trying to get a larger size, rather than brushing me off to do other busy work. In the process of getting store credit, the other employee called another location to get my jacket shipped to my address FOR FREE! Instead of me losing my opportunity to get the same Christmas-deal jacket without having to pay extra. When the jacket finally arrived at my house about 3 days later, everything was perfect and as expected. The only con about this store would be the size availability. The employees never know what they're going to get for inventory so for the jacket that I wanted, there were only 3 jackets (size XS) available in the store. All of the jeans were neatly stacked, the size stickers were lined up and in a perfect row, they were also sized correctly, the racks were in size order, and the hangers were finger spaced. Hahaha!!! ALL of the things that would be noticed by someone with an eye for retail detail. Ha! This location is very small, but as stated in my details above....organized. Levi's are the only jeans I wear. I've shopped this store before, and pleasant experiences. I stopped in Tuesday, Dec. 22nd @ lunch time. I had intended to buy 5 pair of the Curve ID. I wear a size 9 in juniors. I found two pair. A sales associate passed by asking if I was finding everything okay. I asked if they had three more pair, size 9. (She was a skinny brunette, probably 90 lbs soaking wet) and she stated 'we don't really have BIG sizes right now!!!! Shocked, I left with just the two BIG size 9's. I was so dumbfounded, I've told several friends, who state I should have told a manager. They were slightly busy, and I was on my lunch and didn't have much time. I'm on vacation this week, and off to the Levi's store at the Tustin Marketplace, hoping they have BIG sizes in stock. read more

Everyone thinks of Levi's and thinks of their jeans (which are great), but they also have some great denim tops and jackets too! I was able to find a lovely button down blazer that was on sale for 40%  off! And seeing I was already there I had to grab a pair of jeans too because the pricing in this store for quality jeans is unbeatable. I came here because I needed khakis for work, and I was in a rush to get home for class. I walked in and was greeted by every employee I saw, which was nice. They were all really friendly. I pulled out a pair of khakis and went to the fitting rooms to try them on. I was guided into one right away. Tried them on, they fit great, so I went to buy it. The cashier was super friendly, asked me if I got everything that I needed, was everyone helpful to me today, etc. The khakis were on sale and only $14.98, but when I swiped my credit card, it only came up to about $11. I thought she made a mistake, but no, actually the sale items were an additional 30% off! Cool. Employees are all really nice, and they work super fast. It is definitely a small store, but they had an amazing amount of jeans and other products here! I'll definitely be back when I have more time to browse. read more
