The store isn't that big; that's what surprised me at first. What surprised me next was the attentiveness and helpfulness of the wait staff. I had read the other reviews raving about how helpful the staff was so I was expecting it. I was still TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY. They aren't helpful like the sales staff are in Nordstrom, being almost overbearing because they want to make a sale. They try to anticipate your needs. Examples: *Was looking for 501 shrink to fits, young sales lady asks me if I need help. I accept her offer. She shows me all of their selection, walks away. Sees me still hemming and hawing, comes back and offers some alternatives. Can't find my size and offers to find more sizes in the back. *Same young lady when I find a pair I want to try on goes knocking on doors in the fitting room to get me a room within 10 seconds. *Same young lady after 5 minutes trying on my jeans PROACTIVELY comes to ask if I need her to go and get a different size in case the ones I picked don't fit. I found myself asking: WTf? Why are you so helpful? Shouldn't you be hiding from me? Shouldn't you be avoiding me? But then I LIKED IT! Only drawback is that because it's an outlet sotre there is a good chance they won't have your size if it's a popular size. Other than that, I'll definitely be back in a few months when I need to get another pair of Indigo STFs. read more

I bought a promo of two jeans 32x32 size and tried one onn in the store. When I try on the second one it doesn't fit; like really NOT fit. So I go back to the store when I finally have the time to. I tell this short bald guy that I wore them a couple of hours. And he says ok go choose another pair of jeans. I started to look at other colors and he comes up to me and tells me I can only choose the same color because I washed it (witch was NOT TRUE) so that started to upset me. I told him it's the same size as the other and this one doesn't fit. He immediately in a sarcastic tone lectured me about fabrics and I said "that's why the have marked sizes and I assume that if I buy a 32 it should fit me regardless of the fabric. At first, it looks like there's a lot here, but once you start digging around, you realize there's just a lot of the same stuff. Employees are friendly, so that's a plus, and the store is kept pretty clean, so that's also a plus. 2 stars total. It's a basic store for basic fashion so for those purposes, it's a nice place to shop. Easy inventory. Not overwhelming. Might be a good thing depending on who you are. Personally, I'm not a fan of shopping so simple store are the best for me, but even I left feeling like something went amiss here. *shrug* Maybe if I actually needed jeans, I'd give a higher rating, so for benefit of the doubt, I'll add one more star. Its sunday at 5pm notice a lot staff on the floor talking about what they did in the past days , then i ask for a size which they had on the back and came back telling me i cannot have it due to they were doing inventory at the time. That really draw the line with that and its a business where you need to sell and not hold merchandise and being lazy to tell me its inventory day. Very disappointed of how management runs the store and need to retrain staff on how to have great service. read more

Customer service was phenomenal here. When I initially bought my jeans the employee I spoke with walked me to the various options that I would be interested in and asked me any questions. I just wanted to try the whole shrink to fit thing so he helped me pick a good size to use to attempt. Unfortunately, they were too big. However, the next day I went back and David was at the register. When I told him I wanted to exchange the jeans he didn't even ask why and took me to the section and picked out some other sizes for me to try. When I left, the last thing he told me was "if those don't work out, just bring 'em back again. Don't worry about it." Great service and prices at this store! Even with the great service, though, it's hard to find the right pair even though their sizing tends to fit me well. The same style and color of jean can fit differently -- go figure. Plus, they can vary in terms of finishing. Some jeans have a white tag; whereas others have red. Plus, sometimes they're sewn on backwards or upside down. I'm not buying a pair with a tag that is not sewn on properly, even if I did spend 30 minutes trying various pairs on to find one that fits like I know they can! What's more confusing is if you shop at the store in Irvine or the outlet at the Block. They all have different styles and washes. Irvine has mostly what the website has (newer styles); dry goods has mostly its own (with some Curve ID) even though they say they're a cross between Irvine and the outlet; and then this store has even more (553s, etc.). Then Macy's, Kohl's, etc., have even more! I give extra credit to the staff, who patiently walk you through all of these differences! Levi's, you almost lost me. But your helpful staff brought me back! (Now I hope the quality holds up)! Note: The store used to be located near Borders, but it's now closer to Koji's and Saks Fifth Off (on the southwest side). read more

This store is a joke for an outlet store. If you buy 2 pairs of jeans they are 'only' $40 a pair. Save your money and go to JC Penney's, their everyday house brand jeans are $15 per pair, you don't even have to buy multiples, and they are made in Mexico just like Levis are. Do you know how much profit is in a $40 pair of jeans for levis when they own the store and do not have to settle for wholesale pricing like when they sell to a retailer? read more

I've never been Black Friday shopping at this store and it was so packed! But the store was fully staffed and made the store run smoothly with the fitting room line and cashier line. let me start off by giving you a little background on my shopping history. in high school i was a spoiled little brat that got everything i wanted and i never realized what i had. if i wanted $200 jeans i would get $200 jeans. but once i started working i realized how hard it was to make a dollar and i felt so guilty that i spent *my mom's* money like it was nothing...after that i found a few stores: forever 21, outlets, etc. and realized that jeans could be under $30! lol however, my mom got sick of the "cheap" jeans i was getting because she said the quality wasn't good and asked me to get some nice jeans so when we went to the block and i saw a levi's outlet store i decided to check it out...I'M SO GLAD I DID! yes there are jeans that are under $30, but the jeans that fit me well are the curve ID jeans, specifically the demi curve and the slight curve *low rise and skinny* these jeans are $45, but the material is great and they're SO comfortable!!! the customer service is also amazing! the first time i went in i didn't know which one to get and got some help from an employee. she recommended the demi and slight and i fell in love w/ both. i have an awkward body so the both fit my needs lol. the employees are so nice and helpful and they always have a smile on their face which makes it an enjoyable shopping experience PS i just went yesterday and my jeans in my favorite color: dark denim, were on sale for $25!!! so i stocked up and you should too! read more

I went to Levi's outlet looking for jeans and I was helped by Melanie on the floor and Jennifer. They were both so nice and very helpful. Melanie looked everywhere to make sure I had what I needed and so I could take advantage of the sale. I agree with the others - this place definitely has excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a rep and she asked if I had any questions. I was confused by all the different fits, so she offered to measure me to find my fit. She then helped to find my size and in various washes for me to try on. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of jeans which fit me like a glove for less than $100 total! (This is after I went to the Saks and Neiman Marcus outlets where I tried on multiple designer jeans at $100+ each pair and none of them looked right on me.) Just moved to Anaheim and live a few miles away from The Block, in which the Levi's Outlet is located. I went in there looking for a different color in my typical cut 501 or 514. While I was trying them on the sales associate brought over 511's in the color I was hoping was in 501 or 514. Because the 511's are tighter fitting, he brought over one a size bigger in waist and it fit perfectly. So this is supposed to be an Outlet!!! Prices are OK not bad for a pair of my favorite LEVI'S jeans. You can get coupons for half off, and clearance is OK, this store has a great selection of style, color, size, of jeans. I Found a great deal of jeans but just like anywhere else you must shop around to bargain, most LEVI'S run from about 50$ to 70$ depends where you go. some places I keep secret where I CAN get levis for 28$ a pair NOT BAD. read more

It is the closest Levi store to where I live in orange county. They have decent prices on the pants and other products. This'll be the first time of ever been here and wasn't displeased by the business itself along with the customer service. Horrible service. Left my debit card at home so looked online for places that take Apple Pay. Get to the store and I looked for jeans for over 15 minutes without one employee asking if I needed help. Got in line and the cashier was ordering Girl Scout cookies while I was in line. She tells the Girl Scout that she should probably help me first. Then when I go to pay she says their Apple Pay only works sometimes so I can try but she doesn't know. Of course it doesn't work. I said I would just write a check. She said she doesn't know if they take checks. I tell her I just read a sign about their check policy. She asked if I had a card. I told her I did not which is why I wanted to use Apple Pay. She asks another employee and they say a lot of things aren't working right now. So I ask what I can do and she says nothing really. No sorry. No offer to hold the pants I spent my time looking for. Nothing. It definitely made me feel like they don't need or care about my business. Very disappointing. read more

The customer service and the management is the best! They automatically greet you at the door and then suggest possible items you would like. There are great selections for the women's side and they sell out quickly! I love that they have multiple lengths for jeans and you don't feel the need to alter them. Though the sales are enticing I noticed the fitting and material seemed different than other authentic Levi jeans I own. After questioning this to an employee I found out the material really is cheaper quality due to the Levi location being an outlet as compared to Levi's sold from Macy's. I'd rather pay that extra for better quality but I know this location comes in handy for people budgeting. read more

I showed up on a Saturday morning and had a very positive experience. Customer-traffic was minimal and there were three ladies working at the store and all were very helpful. One of those three ladies helped me out much more than the other two so she was great. I didn't get her name but she answered all my questions adequately, she put away jeans that I did not want to purchase and fetched different sizes for me that I wanted to try out. I actually wanted to fetch the jeans myself but she insisted. I'm very happy with the three jeans I purchased. Would definitely go again because of their available selection. read more

Not surprised that other reviews detail a bad experience with a female employee. I'm sure it's the one that gave me a hard time (short, wide teenager). I came in last week around 7pm (not even near closing) and was met with very rude service. No welcoming, no offer to help, and the line was slow. The employees are very dismissive and act bothered when you ask a question, especially that one female. Sometimes I question whether they deserve minimum wage. read more

The prices are ok. Not much cheaper than any other place that sells Levi's. My issue was the staff. Came in this past Sunday and it was quite busy since it was a weekend. After searching for the style that I wanted, I couldn't reach the top shelf to grab them and looked around for staff. Only to find 4-5 of them huddled together doing...nothing. My eyes met with a staff member and thinking she would come help, she completely ignored me and continued on with her group. Frustrated, I grabbed the step ladder to get them myself...2 seconds later, she comes running up saying I need to get down and that only staff are allowed to use the chair. I told her that I tried getting their attention and when they blew me off, I thought it only fair I do the same and get the jeans I wanted myself. She just mumbled and asked me not to do it again. Final straw was standing in line with about 7 other customers with only 1 register working while other staff continued to do the same thing as before...stand around and do nothing. I'll be ordering my jeans online from now on since bouncing a tennis ball against a wall is more productive than going to this place... read more

I went today. The customer service was just how it was described, outstanding. I was handed off from the male side of the store to the female side (since I was shopping for myself). I wanted 512's but instead found some "slight curve" pants that didn't quite give me what the 512's did. I wanted a size 12, black, medium, bootcut. The new styles offered are fine if you're super thin, or in your twenties. But the generation that made this company who they are today might have a muffin top and mushroom over a wee bit with these lower waistlines. I prefer to have the slimming fit of a higher waist that I get from the 512's which are no longer available except online, from other vendors. Even the levi website doesn't offer it in sizes less than 16 which was odd. I wish they'd show that they value us customers who prefer a more realistic waist cut in their jeans. If they did their research, I think they'd see the hundreds of positive reviews 512's get. I will always love Levi's though. I know they're just trying to keep themselves current. But hey, doesn't hurt to ask, right? It worked with Coke. read more
