Unfortunately, our most recent experience was really disappointing. We purchased several items, including three gifts for the same child, and simply asked if they could be gift wrapped together. Instead of just wrapping the gifts or politely explaining the policy, the employee repeatedly insisted that they charge for gift wrapping on items under $10, even though the three gifts we wanted wrapped together totaled well over $50. In total, we spent close to $200 during our visit. The interaction quickly became argumentative and unnecessarily uncomfortable. The owner was present and ultimately wrapped the gifts herself, but rather than helping de-escalate the situation, she allowed the interaction to continue in an unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, when we got home, we realized we'd been charged twice for one of our purchases. I called to have the extra charge reversed, and while they corrected the mistake, I also shared how disappointed I was with our experience in the store. Instead of receiving a sincere apology, I was met with what felt like a dismissive, backhanded response. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that leaves a lasting impression. We genuinely want to continue supporting local businesses like this one, even if it means paying more than shopping at a big-box store. Unfortunately, after this experience, it's hard to justify returning. I hope this feedback encourages the owners to prioritize customer service, because that's ultimately what keeps loyal customers coming back. *also to add at the end of all of this I realized I had forgotten to get a birthday card so I wanted to grab one after checking out with all of our items and they wouldn't accept card or Apple Pay for a $6 birthday card. I needed to purchase something else to make it a $10 purchase or cash only (who carries or accepts cash anymore?) Like in what world!? Of course they wouldn't make an exception. The icing on the cake of a bad experience! This response is back to the owner- Thank you for taking the time to respond. I understand that small businesses need policies, and my review was never about expecting special treatment or criticizing those policies. My disappointment was with how the situation was handled. At no point was it explained that the $10 minimum applied to each individual item rather than the gifts being wrapped together. That had never been our understanding from previous visits, so the interaction was confusing and quickly became argumentative instead of simply being explained. One of the reasons we've continued to shop at your store, despite paying more than we would elsewhere, is the convenience and service, including gift wrapping. When purchasing multiple gifts for the same child, wrapping only some of them defeats much of that convenience. While you mention they were wrapped as a courtesy, that only happened after an uncomfortable exchange, which is the part that left a lasting impression. I appreciate your apology for the duplicate charge, but when I called, I was hoping for acknowledgment of the overall experience, not just the billing error. My review wasn't about policies, it was about customer service. We genuinely wanted to continue supporting your store, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

Casa Lulo offers some amazing custom made items from shirts and mugs. This place is so warm and welcoming. Truly it felt like a family was welcoming me into their home. This is located in the orange circle on the north east corner. It is tucked away and very easy to walk right past it. Please don't walk right past it but rather go inside and enjoy their hospitality. Parking is a tad unique here because the circle will always have a challenging parking situation. Soon parking will not be free nearby the store but truthfully it's very much so worth the visit. I look forward to revisiting this place on my next visit to the circle.

They have some of the most reasonable prices I've seen anywhere. I was recently in Sedona where prices were double to triple the price. Whether you're shopping for quartz, amethyst, or any other stones, you get great quality without breaking the bank. Many are in different sizes, shapes, etc. They also carry a really great selection of Sage and other smudging herbs. There is always a great selection for me and my kids, my kids love browsing and they've found some really fun stuff too. From a seller end, I've done well and am super happy about the sales I've received through my closet space. This stuff would be sitting at home otherwise. I feel the seller fees are super reasonable and it's all really organized and such an easy system to get started selling. I reserve 3-4 weeks at at a time because what might not sell 1 week may sell another week so imo, it's really worth it just to try it for a few weeks! $35 is low risk to just try it out. Especially love that their website says if you don't make the $35 fee in sales, they'll cover it. "We believe in the model, and we're invested in making it work for you." That is a business model I can get behind!

Reserving the closets online was easy. $35 per closet rental seemed ok plus paying out 1/3 seemed fair. Set up would have been easier if we received the tags beforehand but we didn't want to pay extra for that so it did take us the full 2 hours to set up and tag the day of. We think the overall concept is a great idea, and we appreciate having a different way to buy and sell items locally. However, our experience as sellers was not successful financially. At the end of the week, with both closets, we only made back the cost of renting each closet and earned about $8 profit each. As shoppers, we also noticed that many of the closets felt very overcrowded. While there are certainly treasures to be found, shoppers need to dedicate a lot of time to browse because many closets are packed full of items, making it difficult to quickly find what they are interested in. One suggestion we have would be to create designated sections or marked areas for specific categories, such as men's clothing and accessories, women's clothing and accessories, children's items, and miscellaneous household goods. Another idea could be to designate certain weeks for specific categories. We believe this would make shopping more organized and help customers find the types of items they are most interested in more efficiently. We are glad we gave it a try, especially since it is a newer concept. While this selling format did not work for my sister and me, it may be a great fit for others. We wish Good Society continued success and hope our suggestions are helpful as the business grows.

Something's are well organized and if you have the patience to look you will find some treasures. I found some items to be overpriced while some were good deals. The sewing patterns were .99 but saw some vinyl records were $5. I would recommend for those looking to buy previously owned items and treasures here. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and funny.
