I placed my order understanding it would arrive within 3-4 weeks. When that window passed with no update, I reached out through their online system -- no response. I then sent a text and was told my ring was still being made. I waited two more weeks, and still received no shipping notification or FedEx tracking. I called the store directly for a follow-up, only to be told they had never actually made my ring. They offered a return and a gift as a resolution. I waited for the refund -- and again, no communication. No email, no confirmation, no follow-up. The refund eventually came through, but only after I had to chase it down myself. After more than a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and zero proactive communication, I was left with no ring and a very poor impression of how online customers are treated. In-store customers may have a different experience, but as an online buyer, I felt completely overlooked at every step of this process. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and order tracking for future customers.

He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. They worked with our budget and presented beautiful options to us. My absolute favorite thing about working with Pam was that rather than pushing me to go bigger since most woman tend to want to upgrade later, she really understood that I just simply like more simple and danity things. They really helped us narrow down the type we would want and they both learned our taste fairly quickly. From there on out, this was our go to shop. Andy has also assisted us in creating custom pieces of jewerly including necklace pendents and my husband's custom wedding band to match the design of my enegagment ring. They have been so patience with us and has always delivered on their end .
