I took my wife and her mom to the Outlet, my wife loves the lucky brand so she wanted to visit the store. The store is small so just be aware of that and they don't really have a dressing room. They just have this room with just a curtain for privacy so I would say that's the only bad thing if you're going to try out jeans. They had some clearance items and also some sales throughout the store so you'll just have to look around. The Lucky Brand has always been good to me. Jeans are durable and purses sturdy and stylish. This outlet has good prices on jeans, tops, tees, dresses, belts, jewelry, cardigans and sweaters. They have both a women's and men's clearance section as well. Staff is polite and the store is quite organized. One of the very few, mid-higher end labeled stores that actually has attractive, economically friendly priced items. I'll make my way back shortly;) read more

Lucky jeans are my preferred style denim pant. They are both comfortable and stylish, and the quality is simply outstanding. My last pair is still in early perfect condition from when I first bought them roughly 3 years ago. I grabbed a slightly darker pair this time around, and also a matching leather belt as those happened to be on sale. This store has the best customer service, ever!! I went in and Mary greeted me warmly. She took her time to explain all the different styles of jeans to help me find my perfect fit and flannel. Thanks to her guidance, I bought a killer pair of jeans at a great deal! She was exceptional! My boyfriend was searching in the men's section for a flannel. Richard was also super helpful in helping him find a pick to suit his style. It was buy one get the second half off, so of course we bought two! First off, I hate going to The Block, or excuse me, The Outlets of Orange. However, I'm pretty jazzed about where Lucky Brand is located because you can park close enough where you don't have to walk through the entire center. Now, I'm not a huge fan of Lucky. The look is a little too boho for me. But, I like this location because it's an outlet store so you're not paying full price. And seriously, the quality of Lucky Brand is awesome. I'm a bit annoyed.... I've purchased these jeans before and absolutely love them! I recently went into this particular store and bought two pairs of jeans. I had to return one pair within a couple weeks because the waist button broke. Well I be darn if yesterday the button broke on the second pair so now I have to take those back and exchange them as well. I've never had this kind of problem with my Levis, Mavi, or Russell jeans. I came in on a Saturday night so it was some what busy. I have never purchased jeans from here but my coworker recommended lucky band jeans. So I stopped but at the orange location. I'm so picky about jeans I buy because of the fit or length. I was helped by Leslie G! And let me tell you she was an amazing! She was so helpful asking me how I like my jeans and finding the perfect jeans for me. She was not rushing me even though it was late. I'm happy she was helpful and gave me options on the jeans! What horrible customer service! I was the only person in the store.So no excuses! The short male salesperson was the worst! Rude! I was returning a online purchase. What I ordered and what was sent. There were two different items. After calling the Customer Service Department I was advised that I could return the wrong item to the outlet store. I was unaware that the item did not have a bar code tag on it. That was when the extreme rudeness started! The sales animal took the attitude of "I don't need to deal with you." The sales guy was making fun of us. We felt humiliated and immediately left the place. He probably doesn't like Asian customers... Me and my girlfriend visited this store Dec12 around 5 pm. I wanted to buy a nice shoes for my fiancé since she is royal to Lucky Brand. She loves their shoes and outfits, but this was our first time to shop at this outlet store. She found a shoe she liked, but there was a stain/a dot looking thing on the suede (looked like a small drop of clear glue). We tried to find other same kind, but that was the only size 6 we could find. So, I asked this sales guy if he could find a size 6 in the back since this one has a stain on it. He didn't even look at the shoes and said "I don't see a stain" and he started laughing with a female coworker. What the heck??!!! I've never seen this kind of reaction from salesperson at any retail shop. So, I pointed the defective area and told him "Now can you see?". He was still laughing and making fun of us. I was so pissed off, but my fiancé dragged me out of the shop because she knew I was about to engage an argument. This is a totally ridiculous and most unpleasant experience we've ever had. He had no intention to sell their merchandise to us, instead he was continuously scoffing at us. We only stayed there for less than 10 min, but that 10 min was enough to ruin our entire day. I should have written his name down to complain to their head office. The lucky brand needs to re-educate their employees at this location (The Block Outlet at Orange). Moreover, right after we left the place, we visited ECCO store and we bought two pairs of shoes. Their customer service was way far better. read more

Lucky Brands is a company of "extremes"" I'll use their 410 Athletic Fit Chinos as my example. I own 2 pairs that were given to me as a birthday gift from my sister-in-law who lives in California. Anyways, 1 pair is ok, the other pair total garbage. EXTREMELY high price-points for their generic, overly hyped and marketed, commodity products. EXTREMELY low quality for they product they are offering. After 5 1/2 months, my chinos started to fall apart - the inside pockets started to get numerous holes due to shoddy seam stitching. I can no longer use the pants as the pockets are no longer functional. My pockets only carry loose change and a hanky once in a blue moon. i don't walk around with knifes and razors in my pockets. Decided to contact and work with their totally USELESS customer service department. I provided all the information they needed (including detailed photos) except purchase receipts. As I mentioned, these were a gift from 5 1/2 months ago. I normally don't ask for receipts when someone gets me a gift - so shame on me! I figured at Lucky Brands bloated price of $75.00 (I'm guessing), I'd get more than 22 weeks of wear out of them. So bottom line - I can't provide a receipt and, because of this, they can't provide service or an agreeable outcome. Disappointing and a company whose products I'll make a point to avoid from here on out. Their lack of action spoke volumes to me. Check the attached photos. read more

Just came back from this store, after a visit with my son to this mall. This store's customer service was pathetic! I stood in line to make my purchase, wallet and credit card out. I watched 2 clerks struggle to ring up the lady in front of me, obviously register training is a thing of the past in retail. Two clerks and they collectively had issues. I waited patiently while another clerk (Regan) stood near the register yawning or making small talk with an older lady about fringed boots. I kept waiting for my turn, thinking perhaps the yawning Regan was not allowed on the register. Then she turned to the lady behind me and said "are you next?" and rang her up. You are kidding me right!!!! I leaned over and said I was next, she ignored me. I hung up my merchandise and walked out. When I got to my car I called to verify the clerks name with the Jenna the manager. I told Jenna my issue and she was clearly not very concerned. Glad I did not give Lucky Brand my money today, it will make me think about it the next time too. Jenna get your act together and train your staff, they need help in the areas of CUSTOMER SERVICE and HOW TO OPERATE A CASH REGISTER. Perhaps also hiring people that are awake while on the sales floor is a good idea as well, Regan was obviously out late last night and it hindered her ability to do her job. read more

They handed me pair after pair, making sure that I came out of the dressing room each time so they could check the fit to make sure that what I purchased would look the best on me.
