I've been wanting to check out this Skechers store for a while but don't go to that area often so finally went there over the weekend. Was rather disappointed to see how small the store was compared to all the ones I've been to. Very low on stock also. Not a lot of selection. Which was surprising since it is right there at the outlet. And what's worse, there was no air conditioning on an afternoon that was 95 degrees outside. Phew! My wife and I visited this shoe store when we were shopping at the Outlet. The store is very small and for a Saturday afternoon, there was only 1 employee working so the wait to get help was very slow. We were understanding of the situation because of the tough economy. My wife saw a shoe she like but they didn't have it in her size at the store so I told her to look online for it. They were kind of busy when we walked in but it was mostly people waiting to be help. You might just be better off coming here to try on the shoes but I would suggest buying it online to avoid the wait time. read more

We really like this Skechers store. With high quality shoes for both boys and girls and plenty of cute styles to choose from, this brand remains popular with kids and parents alike. This store may be small but is packed with a great selection of shoes. Although it was pretty busy the day we were here, there was plenty of seating to try on the cool footwear. A television near the front of the store was playing some new Skechers commercials and a huge gumball machine by the boys' shoes provided a fun vibe. One salesperson efficiently managed to get shoes out to about a dozen people waiting to try on different sizes. She was really friendly and never lost her cool with the crowd of people needing her help. The sale was great here as well. When you buy one pair of shoes, the 2nd pair was 50% off! With kids outgrowing shoes so quickly, I thought this discount was a nice bonus. Although I didn't get a chance to look at shoes for myself, I did see some cute sandals for my daughter and nice casual shoes for my husband. The people here are soo nice. The staff was amazing but the prices are and variety here is not so good. They do not carry a lot of stock nor have a great variety for being located in a busy outdoor mall. That is why i thought it was a bit weird. The price also wasn't so great because for being in an outlet, it has the prices that are not so outlet priced.. I was better off going to the Factory Store in HI Gardens.. you will get a larger discount and also a friendly staff member to assist. Other than that.. the staff is just amazing. I had previously bought a pair of their "Go Walk" collection shoes and once my mom tried them on I thought she was never going to take them off. So I promised that I would get her a pair and as I came across this store I remembered my promise. It was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon and they had a good deal where you bought one pair and got the second pair for half off. Score, that means a pair for me!!! They had a nice selection there and the staff was really helpful. I found a pair for my mom and myself and I was on my way. Just to add, their Go Walk collection of shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn in my life. I can't reccommend them enough! read more

I bought my first pair of Skechers about 2 years ago and I grew quite fond of them. They look good, they're comfy & affordable. I stopped by this store at The Block in Orange and wasn't planning on buying any shoes, just browsing around and I happen to fall in love with a pair of brown leather shoes, they had my size and I decided to get them. Right now they're having a promotion where you scratch off a ticket and if you match 2 discount percentages you can buy another pair for that much off. I scratched off 40% off twice and got a 2nd pair, this time black leather shoes. So I got 2 pairs for $100. Not bad, and I can wear them at work or on the weekends. The sales associates were very helpful, even though they were a little busy, they still got me the size I needed in a timely manner. My friend spilled her Starbucks on the floor and they cleaned it up without giving us any attitude, I felt so bad about that. So A+ for the friendly staff at Skechers. read more

Wore the shoes maybe 8 times. The heel rubber part going up the back of the shoe split on both shoes. Contacted the company in April and September and NO response!!!! I sent them pics of the heels where the rubber split and all the info they asked for in their complaint form. How this company stays in business is beyond me. They must screw over new customers and then try and get naive people to replace them. Spread the word on Facebook and social media. Its time to put this unethical business out of business!!!! Immediate I was greeted by Evelyn and she made a great recommendation for me. I also received assistance by Corinne finding the right sized shoes for me, but when they did not have it in stock, she was extremely friendly and helped place an online order for me. Got there only one customer being helped. We had to wait for sales person to finish up looking at herself in the mirror while the other one did not acknowledge us n went in the back room. The sales rep was dressed inappropriately as well as not giving us options on shoes or comparable item to what we are looking for. Didn't explain the sale and promotions. I asked for the sandals but she has no smile or motivation to help so we just got a pair of shoes for a gift and left. No thank you or smile even then...bad customer service, won't be back at that location again! read more

Came here with my dog after seeing some fresh kicks in a commercial. There was a few other customers but manager gal helped me out and I told her what I need shoes for (hiking and walking dogs). She recommended a couple to choose from and within 10 mins I had some pricy shoes on that I love. My back is not sore after walking for miles. This was my first time in a Skechers store and I must say that I received the best customer service that I have ever had! I went on a weekend (big mistake)! It was really busy at the store, but that did not stop Santiago and the rest of the staff from making us feel like we were the only people in the store. I went with my two kids and only planned to walk in and look at the running shoes. I've been a huge Nike fan so I asked what was a comparable shoe. Santiago showed me that they had the new GoRun 3 shoes which he wears and definitely recommends. I gave them a shot since I had some time to kill. While he was helping another family, Santiago have me excellent service and he genuinely seemed excited to explain everything about the shoes. He informed me that they come with the insoles outside of the shoes to give you the option of "customizing" the fit. Santiago measured my foot and also brought me a half size bigger, explaining that they run small and the bigger size ended up fitting much better. He even put them on my feet! I didn't know anyone still did that! He really seemed to know was he was talking about and presented the shoes very confidently, which I really admired especially since I'm an avid runner. I was sold on the shoes even though I did not plan on buying anything. But then!, Santiago asked what my older son wanted and I knew he was just trying to up sell me so I wasn't going to let it work even though we talked about him needing shoes. Santiago still told us to sit right and measured my son's foot and told us he had a shoe that was perfect for him. He brought us out a running shoe that actually glows in the dark and explained that we could run at night together since it gets dark so early now. My son loved them and they were 30% off so we ended up walking out with two pairs! He also signed us up for their rewards program and informed us that we would be getting coupon just for signing up and a $10 card emailed to us for a future purchase. We also received another $10 coupon from their brochure. This was by far the best service I have ever received and my family and I will definitely be returning to this location for my other son. This place is horrible. Came here when there was only another customer. When I asked to get a bigger size for a pair of shoes I like, the worker said k, didn't bother look at the type. She went to the back and took 15 minutes to come back. However, when she came back, she brought the other customer's shoes instead of mine. I guess she forgot me.
