So I am going to start off with my experience. So honestly the person that sold me the shoes was very sweet and nice. I did have that feeling though that she has to make sales to keep her job. I am not sure but that's what the vibe of the store feels like. I would like to mention I have many pairs of Clark shoes and haven't had problems. This time around I had an awful experience. I said I needed them for work and she showed me the ones that are popular and people wear to work. I legit only wore them for 3 hours with light to no walking and my feet are DESTROYED. I couldn't even work today because I can't wear shoes from all of the wounds I have on my feet. I have 6 similar ones to the photo. All I got to say is if you are looking for work shoes or work heels go elsewhere. read more

Hard to find real full leather shoes now a days. At Clark's they have great quality leather shoes for a good deal and also great customer service! We will definitely come back for more shoes here and also refer our family and friends to shop here. Thank you for the great staff making it fun to go shopping during the pandemic. Never had any bad visits, but this last visit over the weekend was pleasant. :) I have come in here for their lambskin lined shoes (seriously, when you start with lambskin, it is a new level of comfort), but originally came in this past weekend to see if they have insoles. The representative Corinne (sp?) that helped us was as sweet as can be and completely honest. Unfortunately, no insoles. :( But, hubby is always browsing for wide shoes and, since we don't know every product they have, Corinne was extremely helpful in trying to find something that would work for him. While he needs wide shoes, which Clarks has, they only have wide for some shoes, not all. No boots were available in wide, but he did find some awesome looking shoes that seemed like it would work out. They didn't have it in the color he wanted, but they were able to offer free shipping straight to our home. So, hubby was able to pay for the shoes, it will get shipped to our home, and, if we don't like it, we can return at the store. Easy peasy! They finally have updated their loyalty program, too! Instead of a punch card, you can sign up for an account online and then provide your last name and number at the store when they are ringing up your order. Plus, it is a $20 reward after spending $200 instead of a $40 reward after spending $400. Overall, a lot of good information, no pressures in buying anything, and we found a pair of shoes that could work for us because of Corinne's recommendations. Just so sad that Corinne is heading over to Glendale instead of staying at Santa Ana. :( But, overall, Corinne was wonderful, and so glad to have met her! read more

Really friendly employees and quick, helpful service. They have a really good two pairs for $99 deal going on, and even though they were out of stock for the size I wanted, they ordered it to be delivered to my house, for no additional charge! So awesome! I'm excited, because these shoes seem really comfy AND durable, which is exactly what I'm looking for! The employees had great attitudes and we're really helpful, even when I had to keep trying on different sizes and styles from the back. They were great! :) They have men's shoes, 2 for $99, so I'm bringing my boyfriend back before it's over, too! Love it! read more

My aunt told me about Clarks after I told her that I was having a difficult time healing from a bunionectomy. It has been over a year since my surgery and I'm still not able to wear the types of heels I was able to wear pre-surgery. Clarks are so comfortable that I can manage to wear a higher heel than with any other brand and not have to change my shoes halfway through the day out of pain. The store in the Main Place mall has a very wide selection and usually has select styles on sale. There is a clearance section as well, but I haven't been able to find anything in the clearance in my size (7 1/2) that I liked. Usually the sales are buy one buy one 50% off (or something similar) which is great if you are in the market for expanding your shoe collection like I was when I stopped here. They also have accessories such as handbags. The staff is very helpful. After explaining my shoe wearing restrictions due to surgery, they brought out suggestions of styles that I might find comfortable. The gentleman helping me even offered to use a tool in the back they have that allows them to stretch the shoe in either direction a bit to give a little more space. When the store get busy, there doesn't seem to be enough associates on hand to help to each customer. I went in on my lunch break and was pressed for time, and had to wait to ask for sizes a couple times, but the gentleman that was helping me apologized for the wait and after he took care of the customers that he was helping first, he told me that I then had his full attention. read more

Broken business and Worst customer service and store manager ever! The store manager is a huge liar and dishonest. They were supposed to order a pair of shoes from the other store.....Now after almost three weeks they say since I had not paid in advance, they were not able to order it, while the staff employee who ordered it for me clearly mentioned that I can pay at the time of pick up! I also did a follow up after 8 days since they said it takes 7-10 business days for item to be received to their store but the she also refrained to find my order that time either! Don't waste your money at this store in Santa Ana. Steven is the manager and his customer service is below average. Purchased about 8 pair in one visit to Thousand Oaks (great service) store. Moved and needed to return a pair to Santa Ana (poor service all around). Steven refused to exchange for another size. His loss as I simply returned shoes to another Clark's and purchased 5 more pairs of shoes. So, don't deal with dumb ass Steven or his location. Great shoes at Clark's but the Santa Ana store sucks. I'll shop at other Clark's location. Meanwhile, someone needs to teach Steven about customer service. His loss will be other stores gain. Hey Steven, you're the reason retail is in the tank. No one want to deal with your lack of service when you can just go online or other locations without dealing with small brained manager like you. You let repeat business walk out of you store. I'm not sure of his name but the manager of the Santa Ana store was amazing, super friendly and helpful. He even gave me 10% off my order which I was not expecting at all. I went here to exchange a pair of desert boots that I ordered online (they were small)! The service here was very nice with my exchange and offered me some cleaning tools for all my Clarks! I own Wallabees and Desert Boots which I adore. Clarks are pricey, but they last forever and they look great! Glad to see there is a Clarks store here in the OC; there's not many standalone Clarks stores around Socal. read more

I was mailed a $50 off of any purchase of $150 or more coupon for my birthday from Clark's. At first I thought that was a great offer until I got to the store to buy a pair of women's desert boots for $120. I picked out a desert boot for my brother so the price would meet the $150 requirement. I waited in a 10 minute line all just to be told that none of the coupons the company gave out worked on the Original products. I thought that process was stupid. Why would you give a coupon if you can't use it on all of the products? This trip was a waste of my time in my busy schedule. So, Clark's, if you're going to give out a coupon, make it fair and let it apply to all of the products. read more

I just stopped by this store and looking for shoes for my dad. I found sales section and looking for size 7.5 and staff she was just finished helping customer but he did not buy. She came to me and she yelled me explaining about sales. I was upset. after She explained me about sales she left and went to lady's sales section. She was telling other customers same thing but her voice was much nicer and softer voice. What a difference. I felt races. that staff she just came to CA and try to get used to living CA.
