Dropped by to pick up some shoes to support my feet because I have plantar fasciitis. After looking around Ricky greeted me and asked if I had any questions and I told him about my issue while running. He suggested a couple of shoes but highly recommended the ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 because they have the most support for the arch. He also assisted my wife with a selection although she came in sandals he had no problem giving her a new pair of socks to be able to try on some shoes. I personally don't like the thick sole but if that's what's going to get me moving so be it. This location is an outdoor mall and there is parking but depending on the time you go it may be difficult. I highly recommend this location due to the fact that the Ricky was polite, professional and knowledgeable, he helped me save an additional 10% by signing up for the newsletter. They have plenty of sizes in stock, they also have a BOGO 50% off. the value of the shoes are good if you plan to use them for the gym and running or even everyday wear. Today I went in with the intention of buying two pairs of kayanos. Horrible customer service. The kids working there were just talking the whole time, not helping with questions. When I asked for a shoe size the young man said they didn't have it in stock. I asked if he could double check the back because I saw online it was available at their location. He then says "what did you say?" So at this point I decide Im not buying anything. The cherry on top is the employee, in an overly elevated voice goes, "that person over there just bought the last pair." Very demeaning and demoralizing. Just say you're all sold out. Stopped by just to browse as I already own a pair but wanted to see what they offer although we were greeted and asked if we were looking for anything in particular the women associate went back to talking to the other guy associate and were talking extremely loud that even from across the store you could hear it and it echoed. I could barely hear myself thing and I was beyond overwhelmed. Even window shopping was not enjoyable as they had no awareness to how loud and obnoxious they were being. I get talking with your coworkers and enjoying where you work but theres also a time where you have to be professional and speaking at a appropriate noise level and not screaming. read more

Came in on a Sunday to pick up a pair of shoes since ASICS is my preferred shoe. The girl working clearance wasn't hospitable at all and the 2 loud guys working in front talking about customer service and how they don't like to help people quote on quote "I'm not wanting to help them unless they are super nice to me" I could hear this while being at the back of the store. Then they moved their conversation to the back still yelling their way. I don't think ASICS needs 5/6 workers at closing time on a Sunday when all those two do is play around. read more

Apple Maps and Yelp both say this store closes at 9pm. I have no reason to believe this information is inaccurate. I arrive at 8:01pm. The doors are locked. Ok cool - all I have to do is pickup my online order. They don't even come to the door. I say loudly, "I have a pickup order." The lady behind the register, that is about 20 feet away, doesn't move and responds to me as if I can hear her. I say again, "all I have is a pickup order." She continues to not make her way to the door and just talks as if I'm able to hear her. This was aggravating to say the least. I wasn't worth her time, I imagine, because she's closing and/or I'm not worth an explanation. Finally, a gentleman makes his way to the door and he says they're closed. I tell him I understand and that all I have is a pickup order. He says the systems are shut down. I inform him that Apple and Yelp both say they close at 9pm. He responds with, "we have no control over that." I see. Either way, my first time experience with this store and brand was not only a waste of my time, but it's also left me with such a bad taste for Asics. ASICS SNEAKERS - This is the worst brand of shoe to buy. The netting on the shoe breaks open within months of purchase and even after sending pictures of the shoe and complaint to the company, they refuse to honor a refund or replacement. The sneaker is defectively made and the company could care less about your complaint. This even happened to a friend with the same issue. I would never ever buy one of their brands again. read more

Stopped by with my man yesterday 06/18/22 & I just want to give a shout out to Mike. He is everything businesses need in associates. I wish they could replicate workers like him, because sadly so many businesses are full of unprofessionals. The customer service we received from Mike here was nothing short of stellar. I loved that he really took the time to help my man look for what he was trying to find. He truly did a phenomenal job in assisting us. I've usually bought mine through Finishline or online (nothing like being in the store though) I got my man & his family into ASICS. I find them to be so comfortable. We came to buy shoes for my suegro for Father's Day & my man too. We found some amazing shoes & the best part was that it was buy 1 get 1 half off & since I signed up for the free ASICS program I got an additional 10% off for our purchase so instead we got buy 1 get 1 60% off! We were going to spend the full amount elsewhere but the last spot we visited didn't have a great selection & the customer service sucked. I was on the lookout for new tennis shoes to replace my worn out Wilson shoes. I figured i would check out Asics since they are known for their reliability and durability. The store was empty during the morning (8/28). Ryan, the sales rep, helped me out and describe the difference between each shoes. One could be an all rounder while other would be better lightweight and allow more freedom of movement. I tried on the Court FF and I loved it! Sadly, it did not came in the right size. Ryan went out back to see if there were any lying out back, but there were none. I decided to go with the Challenger instead. All in all, I am thankful the sales rep helped out and saved me time in finding the right shoe for me. Rather than spend an hour browsing, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Purchased shoes online for my son and they weren't just right. The Store Manager and a co-worker we're dealing with a difficult couple who insisted that the shoes they were trying to return were not worn, they were. The staff was gracious and patient with them and the couple ended up irate and taking video and pictures. The Store Manager moved from that transaction to mine. She did not let it impact my transaction. I picked a different pair and they did not have them in store and we were able to order them online and they are being shipped to our home with free shipping. We love ASICS. I've been purchasing shoes from this store for about seven years now.. was disappointed to visit the other day only to find that the Gel-Cumulus shoe is now priced at $150 while previously it was $90. The shoe is still priced at $90 on the ASICS website - not sure why this outlet store is charging so much. They also changed the 'buy one get one half off' to 'buy one get one 30% off'. I love Asics!! I've been wearing their workout gear since my high school years... which has been a long time. I tried New Balance, Nike, and other shoe brands, but Asics has better fit and comfort for my feet. This Asics outlet is awesome! Not to mention their prices are half off regular price usually, and their sale section is sometimes an EXTRA 30% OFF the marked down price. I came here and got t-shirts on sale for only $10 (reg $18)! The customer service was good, but their selection of shoes was limited. We couldn't find the model of shoe we were looking for.

My husband and I came to this location because other ASICS were not very helpful of what would be the best shoe based on our feet. Because the other two ASICS location didn't find the best shoe for our feet, we had to keep exchanging them because it was uncomfortable. Thank God Jonathan was there and you can tell he was VERY passionate of his work. You rarely see great customer service now-a-days. He analyzed my feet (which the other location didn't do) and says I was a "Neutral" (flat on one side, and arched on the other). He also helped my husband find the perfect shoe. We were there for almost an hour (probably overestimating) but it was worth our time at the store. At the end of the day, we fell in love with ASICS shoes again. Good deals and good company. But this place is weird. It's fairly not too busy like Nike next door. I was in a rush and wanted to get 3-4 pairs of shoes and head out. No one wants to help. Worst customer service EVER!!!! I came to return some stuff they asked for my card. I gave them the 2 cards I have but apparently they didn't match the one on the receipt. In the last year I've bought 6 pairs of shoes here, 4 pairs for me and 2 for my son. I use the Nimbus model, great running shoe. I've noticed their best deals are when they advertise 50% off shoes. When I need new shoes I get to swing by frequently and follow their prices for some time so I know they don't raise the price and later "add" a discount to make it seem your getting a deal. Check out their Clearance section, I've gotten 2 pairs of running shoes, a few shorts and shirts from there. Almost 5 stars because my son is going from kid's to men's size in running shoes and selection can be limited, they don't always have Men's Kinsei model (in any size), and you may get a better deal on the exact merchandise on-line, it's not a huge difference but would be cool if they could honor the online price and save a couple more bucks. If your at the Outlets of Orange and want good quality running shoes, your going to get a better shoe and price at Asics compared to Nike, Shoe Palace, Under Armor, Puma and Finish Line. read more

I have been a loyal ASICS wearer for nearly 20 years and though their designs over the past years have become fairly hideous, the build quality is still solid. I've bought probably a dozen pairs from this store over the years and every time I've visited, customer service has been fantastic. The store is kept clean and organized, though you will find that the inventory is limited compared to the selection. Of course, I am not surprised by this give the prices you find. The men's shoes seem to have fewer garish designs compared to the women's selection so I find myself wandering over to the other site of the store 90% of the time. We are huge ASICS fans, mostly because I have Plantar Fasciitis. They are pricey shoes, however at the outlets, we were able to take advantage of the buy one, get one free shoe sale. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is my frist time buying Asics shoes. When I went to there store I asked the person for good walking shoes. They recommended the NIMBUS 24. I am very disappointed in these shoes, all I do is walk in them. I don't play sports, train or run in these shoes just walk 1-2 miles a day. They only last me 4 months I was told by the warranty department they are at there "end-of-use point and not longer should be used" I feel they should last more than 4 months for $160. The rubber came off like butter the fabric is breaking down and my toes come through the sides. You would think these shoes would hold up better than they did. They have cheap manufacturer quality and they don't stand behind there products. They lost a customer I will never recommend or buy from this company.  These seem to use cheap Chinese material. Just go to Costco and buy a $30 pair of shoes that will last. read more

Honestly some of the worst service I have ever received. I went into the store yesterday for some new running shoes and I felt like I was all alone in the store. There were two people in the sales floor and it took so much effort for me to get one of them to help me out (and mind you I was one of two customers in this store). And once I got the attention of one of the employees, by the name of Anderson, he gave me so much attitude and acted like it was such a burden to help me out. I work in retail as well and I always try to be a good customer because I know I appreciate that and I wasn't asking too much but the shoe I wanted was out of reach. Anderson audibly sighed and didn't say anything to me while getting the shoes. I felt so uncomfortable and it made me feel so unwanted in the store. I went to ask a question and he turned and walked away from me approaching him and he went to the back. I went to ask the other worker there, that looked like the manager to me, and she was super nice so I was surprised she was letting this attitude slide from the other worker. The service at this store is horrible and i'm disappointed that the manager lets her employees treat customers this way. I'd leave zero stars if I could. read more

They do keep count of how many at a time but it does help to keep the store from getting crowded. The staff is very good about wearing their masks. Still a great shopping experience, very clean environment! As far as when to go there is no way to time that ~ weekends definitely more busy than the week I'm sure.
