I stopped by this location as we don't have too many retails Timberland stand alone stores in SoCal anymore and was pleasantly surprised by the selection, merchandising of inventory and deals when I visited. They were doing a buy one get one 50% off deal when I was there and it was applicable to a majority of the items in the store (except for their classics of course). I was able to get some boots and sneakers for a good deal. Michael was helpful and super friendly, really appreciate quality service from a store and would definitely come back here again for any of my Timberland needs! These are located at the Outlets at Orange so parking is available in this area although it will tend to get crowded so definitely allow time to go early or on weekdays to beat the crowds. read more

Fantastic experience at the Timberland store in Orange. I came in looking to purchase a pair of Timberlands, and right away the reps working at this location were all very helpful and welcoming. Zaira and Michael both provided excellent customer service. They were quick with their service, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I came here to exchange shoes that my husband had bought in Camarillo but were the wrong size. At first they told me I couldn't exchange or return them without the original box, but after speaking with the manager he was very understanding and allowed me to exchange them with no problem. In my observation, individuals who appeared to be from different backgrounds, older shoppers, and those who may have needed additional assistance seemed to be overlooked even more. Whether intentional or not, it created an atmosphere that felt dismissive and unwelcoming. At the end of the day, this points directly to management. Employees don't just act this way on their own -- it reflects what is being allowed, ignored, or not properly trained. When there is no accountability, no standards, and no leadership presence, this is exactly the kind of environment you end up with. It's frustrating because there are plenty of people out there who genuinely care about customer service and would put in the effort to create a positive experience. That level of care was completely missing here, and it showed in every part of the visit. For a brand like Timberland, which has a strong reputation, this type of in-store experience is disappointing. A store should feel welcoming, attentive, and inclusive -- not cold, disconnected, and poorly managed. Until there are real changes in how this location is run, I would not recommend shopping here. Stopped by on a Saturday morning to return a few online items and it was quick and painless. Since I was there, I ended up looking around the store to see if they had any great deals. Lo and behold, I ended up purchasing another pair of shoes. The clearance section can be a hit or miss sometimes but more oftentimes than not, I end up finding a pair of shoes in my size at deep discounts. Of course, if you don't mind that they cut off the lid of the box and the limited sizing, one can be lucky to find something! The leather shoes were a bit scratched but the manager had the employee wax it out with their wax protector. Always great service and very attentive to their customers! Also have to say, the items in their store are always in order, never strewn around and about, like one may expect from an outlet store. Have only ever purchased their shoes due to the comfort, durability, and quality. Have yet to be disappointed with their shoes. ::knock on wood:: I do wish that they had more women clothing, but that's how it is in all the Timberland Outlet stores. read more

I love this store. The staff rocks, and so does the clothing. I was shocked by the high quality of the polos, which cost less than half as much as those sold at Polo next door - and much better. At first I was trying to call third party stores that carry Timberlands because I wanted to avoid going all the way to The Block but since it seemed like this was my only options after 8 stores telling me that don't carry the specific boot I was looking for, I called and Leo was extremely helpful and patient! Although he told me they didn't have my size in that boot he looked to see if other stores had it and then told me he had it in black which was great because then I could try it on and order a different color online. Once I got to the store he was so friendly and offering to help if I needed anything and remembered me from my phone call. Overall, Leo was professional and gave me a pleasant experience. read more

I was determined to finding a specific pair of boots but my size was sold out online. I called and Zaira answered. She was absolutely so sweet. During the holidays it's hard to find great customer service but Zaira was so kind over the phone and she helped me find the boots I wanted. I came here multiple times during the black friday weekend...dropped couple bills but I ended up with quality products that will last me for years to come. Employee B. Kang was nice and professional when he was helping at the register and same goes to all the employees at the store. They were very patient and helpful when I bugged them many times during my visit. It had been awhile since I had come to the Bloc, or the outlets or whatever it is called now... however, I have to say they have made some great upgrades! One of my favorites is the new Timberland store! I have been twice now and have had a great experience both times. The staff is very helpful, attentive, and friendly! They were eager to grab a pair for me to try on, and looked up other styles. They have a great selection of items and the store is bigger than I thought it would be. Not only are there deals, but they have addition sales around the year, like the bogo half off. Excellent customer service! I don't usually get welcomed when I walk in a store but when I walked in here employees greeted happily. I needed help looking for waterproof shoes for my trip to New York this Christmas in case it rains and an employee by the name of Gabe (if I remember correctly) had great knowledge of all the shoes and narrowed down my choices. Although more customers kept walking in while I was being helped, the employee stayed until needed the help I could get. Bought two shoes even though I planned on getting just one. Overall, knowledgeable and friendly employees at this Timberland store. Five stars. read more

They have the worst customer service. They issued me a counterfeit 100 dollar bill for a refund and the manager Manny told me it wasn't fake. I tried paying with this bill at the grocery store and they almost called the cops. Nobody was able to help me out with the situation. Just letting everyone know that they do hand out fake cash and all they do is clean their hands and act like nothing happened. I work too hard for my money to be scammed by a store like this. read more

Friendly service but prices are quite high even with the buy one get one 50% off. Shoe styles aren't great as the European timberlands. A lot of their clothing loose and not fitted if that works for you. I'll check it out from time to time but online may have more options read more
