Definitely a better experience than the Shoe Palace at The Outlets at Orange, although the customer service here could still use some work. The selection was better and I actually found some really good deals, which is the main reason I'd come back to this location. The employees did help me, but everything moved strangely slow. I'd ask one person for help, they'd pass me to someone else, and then that person would pass it along again. At one point one girl was helping me while other employees didn't seem to be doing much, but instead of helping, they'd tell me to wait for her to come back. Then when she was finished helping me, she had to go find someone else to ring me up. Everyone seemed to be working but somehow not working at the same time lol. Still, I found what I wanted, got a good deal, and the selection was noticeably better than the Orange location. Customer service: meh. Selection and prices: much better. I'd choose this location between the two. read more

Their customer service is on point. From the moment I walked in the store. They have a nice selection of shoes at reasonable prices. They had some shoes that I couldn't find anywhere else. read more

I've never ordered from this place before. So I tried to give it a shot. I ordered two pairs of shoes. Took about 3 weeks to get my order, and when I received them the boxes were completely damaged. I collect Jordan shoes for anybody who collects them. Shoes knows that the box is kind of important. That will probably be my first and last time ever ordering from this company. read more

Only giving one additional star because the store looks good and organized Was inside between 10 to 15 minutes. I'm not from the area. Cerritos mall is closer came in specifically for the Samba that are 6999 and I already knew my size came out of my way during work to purchase the shoes. The whole time I was inside looking at things I even grabbed the shoe that I wanted held it for a couple of minutes. Nobody greeted me. Nobody said a thing to me or asked me if I wanted a size. I will not spend my money at a business like this or help out the conversion rates at our location where people won't even acknowledge you when you walk in specially if there's only like one or two other customers in the store . Which I did not hear the employees say a word to them either. Customer service is the most basic type of work, but this location definitely lacks it, will not return or recommend this place. read more

The service was horrible I went in no one tried helping me but one girl. They all saw me looking around and proceeded to walk away. Also when I walked in all I got were stank faces by the girl employees. The only one who was nice and actually wanted to help was millie. No one other person was actually helpful or even nice. read more

I called and spoke to Alyssa to ask her if I purchased some shoes online and they don't fit can I return them in store. She stated that if you buy shoes online, you could only return them online not in store.. I asked to speak to a manager to confirm if this was the store policy. She put Javier on the phone, which I thought was a manager, and I asked him the same question. Javier is not a manager, but told me that I could only exchange the shoes and I'm not able to return them. I explained to him that the shoes cannot be exchanged because they were not available in my size. I even checked online.. very unprofessional and rude and even hung up on me. I would not recommend shopping at the store. read more

Not only did this crew support my student but her district manager Manny was into it as well. My student was able to work and get support and get a very real world experience. She was tired when she came in but she was so excited to tell me about how helpful everyone was. They even made a make shift bed!!! I went in to this store the other day. I was looking for shoes for my kids. Soon as I step in the store this lovely girl named Julie, greeted me and my family with a smile. This Shoe Palace store is bright and neat but (some) staff are gray and cold, especially the ones behind the counter. They seem to be employees with a position whether store manager or asst manager.. The ones on the floor are nicer. The product selection though is great, except when there is a hype shoe drop when it is nearly impossible to cop. read more

I just wanted to take the time and acknowledge this location. I want to thank Jonathan and Xiomara for really going out of their way to help me out I had purchased the nature beige dunks which did not fit and I had gone to the original store where I went to get them and they were not willing to help me out. If I can give this store a zero I would. Wow! Poor customer service. This is the second time. I tried it again today. Friday 04/14/2021 close to 3pm. I walked in and went straight to the back where the toddler shoes were. 2 guys and a girl. No one asked me if I needed help. I waited. Picked up a shoe and I was looking at them. The 2 guys went to the back. Where the girl stood next to me singing the song that was blasting. I gave it a few more. She just kept singing. UNREAL!!!!!!! Ever tried to find that sold out pair of Retro Air Jordans that you didn't know was releasing, only to find out that it's already been out for a week and is way gone? There have a been a few times where I've gone to other shoe stores and they've been flat out, but then I come to this Shoe Palace and they'll have a few pairs. Not always in my perfect size, but hey, just to see these awesome shoes on the floor, that is a miracle in itself. It inspires hope in the goddess Nike, which is enough to make me want to come back here. read more

If I can give zero stars I would. Came here for a certain shoe because we were told & showed proof at a different mall that this location has 3 pairs of the size we were looking for. So we rush here & as soon as we walk in we ask a girl working there for the shoe. & she waits for a pretty boy guy with tattoos before hand if she can bring them out & he automatically says "no we sold out " & did a nasty ass face. Like these wannabe sneaker heads think they work consignment or some shit. We didn't know the employees have to ask permission from this guy before bringing a shoe out. Lol they save all the Jordan's & dunks for their own benefits. These people shouldn't be working here. Do not recommend. read more

Employees don't really engage their customers, they have a great selection of shoes and I would avoid this location. The girl on the floor was on top of coming up to us and asking if we'd like to try on a size, however whomever was in charge of finding the shoes and bringing them you was terrible. Like the other reviewers have stated, this Shoe Palace has excellent service and a great atmosphere! Today was the release of a highly anticipated sneaker, and while most places probably had pandemonium, this location made everyone's transaction smooth and personalized. I was leaving with my new " J's " while the other shoe stores in this mall still had people standing outside! So that shows you the dedication Shoe Palace has to their customers and how they value customers time. Hugo, Nick and the female employee (I didn't get her name) , were all friendly and smiling even though this will probably be a long day for them. Nick even suggested I go a half size up since these shoes can run small and he was right! Thanks to all 3 of you for a great shopping experience. You have earned a new customer ! read more

Every time I come in here it is nothing short of 5 stars. Frank is the man and the rest of the staff is always super friendly and treat me like a friend. Although it might be because I am in there often, I would assume it isn't beause they are that way with everyone. Don't get me wrong, they are always trying to make a sale, but it is their job. They are courteous and have a pretty good sneaker knowledge. Definitely a place to go for releases or just to see if there is anything nice to cop just sitting on the shelves. Did I say Frank is the man? Haha read more

Shoe Palace has got a huge selection of shoes. Many of them are brand-name shoes. We walked in, looking for shoes to give as a gift. They had a great selection of shoes - there are shoes lining the brightly-lit walls. However, what made me a little unsure about this place is just that...their shoes. The place seems to be a reseller of brand-name shoes, among others. However, among the shoes that I took a look at, the price this place was selling their shoes at is about the same as the ones that I would find at the actual store itself. So why wouldn't I just go to the store itself and buy the shoe there, instead of here? I don't know. The whole thing was just kinda shady. Also, I didn't see a single sales associate on the floor while I was here. Weird. read more
