Cerritos mall is closer came in specifically for the Samba that are 6999 and I already knew my size came out of my way during work to purchase the shoes. The whole time I was inside looking at things I even grabbed the shoe that I wanted held it for a couple of minutes. Nobody greeted me. Nobody said a thing to me or asked me if I wanted a size. I will not spend my money at a business like this or help out the conversion rates at our location where people won't even acknowledge you when you walk in specially if there's only like one or two other customers in the store . She stated that if you buy shoes online, you could only return them online not in store.. I asked to speak to a manager to confirm if this was the store policy. She put Javier on the phone, which I thought was a manager, and I asked him the same question. Javier is not a manager, but told me that I could only exchange the shoes and I'm not able to return them. Today was the release of a highly anticipated sneaker, and while most places probably had pandemonium, this location made everyone's transaction smooth and personalized. I was leaving with my new " J's " while the other shoe stores in this mall still had people standing outside! So that shows you the dedication Shoe Palace has to their customers and how they value customers time. Hugo, Nick and the female employee (I didn't get her name) , were all friendly and smiling even though this will probably be a long day for them. Every time I come in here it is nothing short of 5 stars. Frank is the man and the rest of the staff is always super friendly and treat me like a friend. Although it might be because I am in there often, I would assume it isn't beause they are that way with everyone. Don't get me wrong, they are always trying to make a sale, but it is their job. I am a long time shoepalace customer in fresno. I am on vacation with my family and I was expecting nothing but great customer service like I receive at shoepalace back in fresno but was I wrong. I asked for 2 different shoes, a pair of free runs for my son and a pair of Nike huaraches. They said they would check for me but never came back. I asked another employee and he just checked his computer and said that he didn't have them. I then asked the manager on duty for help and he ignored the sizes I asked for and brought me the wrong shoes in different styles that didn't relate to running. They had a great selection of shoes - there are shoes lining the brightly-lit walls. However, what made me a little unsure about this place is just that...their shoes. The place seems to be a reseller of brand-name shoes, among others. However, among the shoes that I took a look at, the price this place was selling their shoes at is about the same as the ones that I would find at the actual store itself. So why wouldn't I just go to the store itself and buy the shoe there, instead of here? I don't know. The whole thing was just kinda shady.
