The employees here high-key profiled me. I've been buying and collecting sneakers for over 10 years and the skinny African American gentleman at the cash register asked me where I was going to sell these shoes and strongly insinuated that it was because I was an Asian man wearing Jordan's and a hoodie, and this was as soon as I walked through the door. They proceeded to try to clown me by turning all the boxes around so I couldn't see sizes behind the counter, and wouldn't let me buy anything that was even in my size range, 8.5-9.5, so I left while the employees laughed at me saying things to me all the way until I left about how I was going to make like $20 on these shoes, etc. I've been in the sneaker game long enough to know what's going on: They were selectively selling to people they know and people who pay them off site, and all the employees were in on it. I know they had my size because I checked the online inventory, and I was the first person in line. 5 minutes later I saw someone walk out with the exact size and shoe that I asked for. Terrible experience. Never shopping at this location again because of these discriminatory business practices. read more

I went there two different times on the same day trying to find 3 of the same pair of shoes for a family photoshoot. The first time I went a supervisor actually helped me and she was very nice and tried to help me as much as she could and ended up leaving. Second time I went I got help from Rose who went above and beyond to help me she was actually able to find me 3 pairs of the same shoes. She didn't give up even though it was a big hassle her customer service was amazing and she was super friendly and helpful Thank you Rose for your amazing help and time! read more

We just purchased a pair of sneakers and it was very surprising that the store does NOT provide the means to try on the shoes. We were informed that the shoes are not allowed to touch the ground. Fortunately, we had a blanket in the car and were able to adhere to store rules. It seems to me that the store should provide some means for customers to try on shoes. I was thinking it would be nice if they provided a large roll of paper so customers could tear off a piece and then try on shoes. I believe we are a few months away from society being back to normal and WSS should have a better strategy to support their customers. read more

Stop by to grab a gift for my nephew, For my grandfather to take with him to meet the little guy. So I grab so baby chucks but had to make a fast bathroom stop and OMG it looked like I walked in on a crime scene. I know it's on a night traffic zone for the homeless but they should still pay attention to the facilities in the business. That's a big deal to me has a Customer . WSS - I Love them there so Cute! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Santa Ana, California

They sold me a 10:5 in an 11 box. I had to wear those small shoes for a whole weekend. I took them to San Francisco and those were my only shoes I brought with me. My toes hurt all weekend and part of the next week too. I got home, took the shoes back to the store and was told that I had to much wear on them and wouldn't return them,give me a discount on another pair I wanted to buy. It's because you failed to have them in the correct box. I couldn't believe I was treated like that. I buy 5-6 Pairs a year. I Will not spend any MONEY WITH WSS EVER again and I will Tell anyone who listens about the crappy customer service. What a joke!!!! You lost a loyal customer because you don't treat people like that,ever... Screw them...... read more

Manager was giving me attitude while I was simply asking if he had any Jordan's 1 and he made me come out to the location when he simply knew he did not have any pair of Jordan 1's. In fact, he FORCED me to buy Nike socks along with couple of my friends since I was taking limited edition shoes. Completely absurd, have never seen any WSS behave this way over a pair of shoes nor have I experienced anything like that. His name is Malcom and he's usually there in the mornings. I'd suggest going to another WSS if you're looking for any Jordan 1's since he'll for sure make you come out for none... what a joke. read more

So I have been looking everywhere for my Nike sandals bit can not find them anywhere. Apparently they are discontinued so I go here and although they don't have them due to them no longer being made at least they had a good selection. The store was very clean and the gentleman working was really nice. I got a pair of sandles I really like and got a new hat as well all for a good price. Only reason for the 4 stars is cause the location on First St in Santa Ana is kind of annoying but I will be back for future purchases read more

Called looking for a shoe and Francisco answered, unfortunately they didn't have the one I was looking for( it was only available online) When I asked if he could look it up for me at other locations he was more than happy to and did it without hesitation. I called another location prior to this one and they said I would have to call one by one to find the shoes Soooo I really appreciate Francisco taking that extra step and looking that up for me. The worse store I've ever been to I'm on my 3rd pair of nike air max from that store it's impossible to get hold of anybody for customer service I was accused of damaging my shoes on purpose. The manager was supposed to call me on 2 separate occasions and didn't and now im stuck with a pair of most likely fake Nike's and and no answers. I wouldnt.
