Awesome employees. Anyone who says otherwise has some issue with themselves. I'm here once a month getting new stuff and always new employees help me out, and always very nice and helpful. Awesome store. Big and open. Very spacious. ONLY THING THIS PLACE NEEDS IS A FITTING ROOM. read more

Came in here to return 2 items , I had receipts for both . Originally wasn't able to return them because the girl doesn't know how to do her job and she's a "manager " apparently. Anywho she asked the other "manager" a question on my receipt? Came back and asked for my name and phone number ? Never had that happened . Then asked why they needed my name and number if they have the receipts , said it was policy , okay fine . Then proceeded to keep both my original receipts , asked for 1 back because I had other purchased items on it , tried to tell me no because "they need it " not sure why I wasn't able to take back my own receipts to begin with . Wanted to shop around to buy some necessities but they were overly rude so I decided to leave . Horrible service. read more

Don't waste your time. Walked in went directly to the shoe I was coming to buy, grab it, stand a round, nothing not one person can greet me or help me. Walked around a bit longer. Nothing. Terrible service read more

Really disappointed in customer service overall! All of their stores seem just alike. The San Bernardino mall was the worst of them all. Price was half way decent though. read more

I finally got to stop in and check out what they got and the did have some heat for your feet. Unfortunately for me as with other stores they had nothing at all in my size. The place looked well designed and stocked with some of the latest in kicks and gear. Service was cool and everything but they couldn't find anything I wanted in my size. read more

I walk in today at around 3:15 to purchase some shoes. I waiting about 10 minutes to get some help when the store was empty. There was two person standing by the cashier. One was actually helping a customer the other lady was just there. After she came over I ask for two pairs of shoes her attitude and customer was very unprofessional. As soon as she brought the two pairs she took the two boxes and went and stood by the cashier. She didn't ask if they fit or if I needed to check other shoes out. Her name was Monica at least that's what she told me. Hope the manager or owner can give her more advice once it comes to customer service. read more

This Shoe Palace is low key neat and organized but the HVAC doesn't seem to work. It is unpleasant to browse through the different products when the temperature is uncomfortable. Lastly, I once in a while sign up for raffles for shoes I like and collect. One time, my name was selected for a recent Jordan 4 release but I wasn't able to pick up the call as I was at work. Called them back in less than 3 minutes from the time I missed the call and the sales person said "sorry, we've moved on to the next person". This policy needs to change as it is unfair for a 9-5 working loyal customer who doesn't have all day to stare at my phone waiting for call or none at all. read more

Expensive shoes but you can get the name brands that you want so it's worth it you just gotta pay the price for them.

I came in today and was assisted by Lewis (I hope I spelled his name right) this man has EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He ensured we were taken care of! High energy, helpful, informative, great service and I'm really happy I came in to do my shopping here and I will continue to shop at this location only because of the impact that Lewis made with my visit, thank you Shoe Palace for hiring someone with a phenomenal attitude read more

Main Place Shoe Palace Worst place to go and shop awful customer service Manager is super rude and staff do not greet or offer to help. This is the store to shop at Shoe Palace in Downtown Santa Ana I highly recommend shopping at this shoe palace store. It is very neat and clean, and the staff are very welcoming. Manager Oscar was very helpful and has great customer service as well as the staff. I will definitely come back and shop here again. read more

Selling way above competitor prices and shady sales tactics/return policies. My first experience here was a good one, I was quickly helped and they have a good selection of shoes. For that reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1. I bought a pair of shoes here for $110 and they ended up being a little small so I checked online for the same pair and came across them at only $60 at 2 other stores. I did not buy them online yet, because I liked the shoe palace and wanted to support the growing DTSA area, so I went in the next day and told him I wanted to return them, unless they could bring the price down. Why pay $50 more for the same shoe?? At least I gave them the option to compete. The second I requested a return or for the price to come down, he got defensive and refused to return or exchange them. He claimed they were "dirty." I had these shoes for a day and wore them for a few hours indoors. The only outside wear was walking through a couple parking lots. They would have been too uncomfortable for me to even wear for longer than that. The amount of wear reflected the few hours spent in them. I have no doubt that this was done in retaliation for confronting him about the price difference. If shoes that new are not returnable, then they're "return policy" is a sham. Clearly this store does not care about customer service. Not only are they selling their shoes for almost double their price than other stores, but they also put a quick buck over having a loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time. read more

Terrible customer service, fees for returns restocking and they doing the most to waste your time. Just go to foot locker this place stinks

Just as I walk in, I'm greeted by Esther and asked if I needed help with anything. I mentioned I was looking for a specific pair of shoes for a gift but unfortunately they didn't have them. At first I was a bit disappointed, but Esther actually pointed me in another direction with some different shoes. She was very helpful and informative. Although they weren't the ones I was looking for at first, I was still satisfied with my visit and purchase. Thank you Esther for helping me out, will definitely be back! read more

Amazing customer service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Especially Eli and Manny, they both were extremely helpful with helping me decide what shoes to get I was so indecisive lol. Both were very sweet and their opinion was very much needed, that I ended up walking out the store with 3 pairs of shoes! Both were quick to get my right size, and overall just the best customer service I've had. Definitely will be back to get my shoes there & hope to see them both as well. (: read more

Very welcoming and chill environment, perfect for great shoes, clothes, and accessories at a great prices :)

Lady at counter with the glasses very bad mood when I asked her a. Question didn't feel comfortable .

I just so happend to come across this store because i was out helping my lil sister find a quince dress a couple stores down. I figured i would just go in real quick to see what they have, as i walked in there was only one girl out on the floor. I said hello as i was walking in no response back from the employee, which is named Esther. So i just made my way to the womens shoes, not once did she ask me if i needed anything she just ignored me the whole time i was in there. Finally another emolyee walks out and greets me thats when she, all of a sudden, notices me and asks if i needed anything. I asked for a shoe size and she goes to the back to get it. What seemed like 15 mins later she finally brings me the shoe to try on. While im trying on the shoe i over hear her tell the employee "its a mess back there huh thats why i took long". As im still trying on the shoe i realize she brang out the wrong size so i ask for the correct size, she grabs it out of my hand and tells the other employee to get the correct size. The employee goes back and gets the correct one i quickly tried it on and gave it back because at this point i didnt want the shoe but i didnt want it to look like i made the other employee look for nothing. You would think if she is the manager of the store her customer service would be alot better than what i received. She never bothered to ask if the shoe was ok, if it fit right or even if i wanted to see anything else. Thanks for no thanks for me ill take my money else where. read more

Came in to this store yesterday this store has the best customer service. Joseph and Esther helped me with an exchange they where both very helpful with what I was looking for. I had previously purchased some shoes from the shoe palace at Main Place but they where not as helpful like the staff on 4th St. read more

A friend told me to check this location out because they have tend to have more in stock. When I walked in the employee on the floor, his mame is Edgar, immediately stoped what he was doing to greet me and asked if i needed any help with anything. I had told him i was just looking a couple mins later he came to check if i needed any sizes. I had asked him for a size in one of the kids shoes and when he came back out he brought me the size i needed and a size up and told me i should go with the size up because the shoe ran small. I really appreciated that because its one less trip i would have to make back if the other size didnt fit. He had also recommend a similar style to the one i originally asked for because he was asking me who i was shopping for and getting to know why i was in there really taking his time to help me as best he could. I ended up getting both pairs because his customer service was great. Will definitely be stopping by again in hopes he is working again to assit me. read more

Funny to see the business manager reply to all the so called positive post. Little do you know that Carlos one of the managers is a big culprite in backdooring some of your most coveted shoes. Fraud store. I wonder what you guys would think if we started calling Nike, Adidas, etc.. and letting them know what you are doing. You guys should go by the name BACKDOOR PALACE. Don't shop here! There are way more better places to shop at. read more

I made a yelp account just to write a review for these guys. Exceptional customer service!

I completely change my mind made me wait a week and 4 days for shoes they didn't even have. They just got my hopes up like straight up that's bs. How would you feel if you payed for shoes then they call you when they are supposed to get them and they tell you they don't have them that you can exchange them or get a refund like wtf. Would give this a negative star to be honest that's just fucked up read more
