The shoe stores at the Orange outlets were closed, and I knew this had to be my last chance, and thankfully this place was open. I asked an employee if they had any shoes for work, and she was so quick and straightforward with her job. She found a good pair of shoes for me to wear. I tried them out and I loved them. I quickly purchased them. The employer at the time loved them and even though I don't work at that place anymore. I still use those shoes when I need to put them on and pick up my brother from school on a lazy day.

You say "no I'm just looking..." and they just stand there ...if you walk to the other side of the isle, someone else comes up and does the same thing. I do my best to stay away from this place but I decided to pick up some running shoes on the fly. I'll also add Ive been to this location four times and they literally have followed me around the store all four times. I forgot to add that when i was at the counter purchasing the shoes, I used my card, and when i tapped it, the machine prompted me to sign, so I grabbed the pen to sign and the lady snatched the pen out of my hand, pulled the shoe box closer to her and asked to see my ID. I gave her my ID and bank card and she kept repeating "is this you is this you..." and then turned my bank card around, and looked at the number. I don't know if she turned the bank card around to get my number on camera to possibly scam me later or what...but then she gave me back my identifying items, let me spin the wheel which nobody ever wins and I left. When I made a right onto Brookhurst street from the parking lot, I looked to my left, and she was staring at me thru the store window. At this point I felt obligated to leave a yelp review because everyone in that store is a liability and it needs to be known how they treat the public in the city in which they operate. This is not how you do business.

The store was clean and had a good selection of styles but I did not see what sizes they had maybe they had more in the back. The shoes I was interested in he said were about originallly 180 so I was able to get them for 79 with the discount. This is where I was able to see that the prices were high even for the "super" discount items. That is the reason for the one minus star was the prices and the customer service.

I'm surprised the location was even open to customers under those conditions. What made the experience worse was that management seemed unconcerned about the problem. There was no apparent urgency to address the odor or acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was for customers. A Nike store should not be operating with an odor so severe that customers feel sick being inside. Management should have taken the situation seriously and addressed it immediately. Very disappointing experience.

Exactly the same as last two. They came from the Return Center again, and looked as they've been worn and returned. Took them to this DSW CM location to return. Got excellent service by Rene. Like the associates at the other store location, he agreed that the shoes appeared to have been worn. Rene was very pleasant and courteous. Indeed, DSW always has great customer service. The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. And DSW should not put the returned shoes back in stock and mix them in with new shoes to ship to customers. In-store Customer service: 6/5 Shipping/warehouse: 1/5.
