What you do it with it after is your responsibility. You should've made sure to wash it under the clothing's instructions." There were NO instructions! The store owner's daughter and I looked and could not find any; and still, she did not take back her words. This is not how you do customer service. How do you expect a customer to come back if they are left unsatisfied? Why sell products that are of one-time use and of terrible quality? Why not take some accountability? Yes, you sell the product, but you have the power to not sell terrible products and ruin the reputation of your store. Anyways, I hate being a Karen, but I hope they learn from this experience.
