The Asian store manager is extremely rude. I had a $10 with some change store credit and I bought a necklace that was $7.99 and in a really rude way she said, "Can you grab something else the necklace is $7.99 and you have $10 store credit" OK SO WHAT! I didn't know what else to grab because I was in a rush. What's the problem with giving me $2.19 store credit? When I told her I didn't know what to grab she said, "Well, do you want store credit"? Well no shit!! It's not like she can give me my money back. She threw my receipt and I had to pick it up from the floor. She didn't even apologize. I feel bad for the young girls working here because they seem really scared of her. She needs to be taught on how to treat customers because you can't be running a retail store when you have poor customer service skills. read more

Never returning to this store again. I bought a few things a couple weeks ago and it turned out they didn't fit but I stupidly took the tags off before I checked. I immediately called and a woman told me that I could still exchange it as long as I have the tags. Okay cool. I go to return and a different lady said no. I was so upset because I could have just cut my losses if the first woman said no to begin with. Then I come back and buy a few more things. This time I tried them on before taking the tags off. One didn't fit so I took it back to exchange it. The didn't have a size bigger so opted for a different dress. They told me it's final sale. How can their policy be a final sale when I can't even try on the clothes??? I returned the first dress because it was too small and now this one is final sale?? It's one thing if I can try them on first but I can't. I will never EVER shop here again. They have the WORST customer service and policies. read more

Yes I recommend this place but very bad worker's there. I shop here all the time and I went yesterday and I had a lady be very rude to me. I asked her for her help and I was asking what size she had and she didn't even have to lift a finger when I asked that. all she did was roll her eye's at me the hole time and did the same to my daughter and she's 10 year's old well respectful young lady so there is no need to be rude to her. she's a very sweet girl and I was gonna say something to the manager, but I had my little girl there. Just shopped here, they have cute clothes but the Asian lady with short hair that looks in charge is completely disrespectful. I was gonna buy several things so I had several items in my hand. This store does not let you try clothing on!! You can take them home, try them on, and then exchange (not return for money back) if you do not like or they do not fit. This is a huge inconvenience and waste of time. They also need to put a sign up in the front letting their customers know that you cannot try on their clothing. I wasted 20 minutes browsing for clothes and did not buy because I don't have time to go back and forth to home to make sure that I like what I spent my hard earned money on!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. So I saw this cute pink floral dress that I could potentially wear for my baby shower, and asked an older Korean lady to help me take it down from the hanger. Keep in mind that I'm pregnant, so I asked what the return policy was since the fitting rooms were closed. She proceeded to tell me that everything is final sale, so I said "ok thank you" and continued to browse around to shop some more with the dress in my hand. As I was walking around the store with that dress, I couldn't help but notice the same lady kept staring at me. She made me feel uneasy, and tbh I felt like she thought I was suspicious. Sure, I guess it's because I had no makeup on, hair in a bun, wearing workout clothes with flip flops, and carrying a small purse (so there's no way in hell that I could fit any clothing inside!) But don't judge a book by its cover. I ended up picking out a top and that dress, and stood in line to check out as I've decided to get both items (dress and top). There was another customer standing in front of me. Then the same Korean lady walks up to me, doesn't say a word, literally I kid you not she YANKS the clothing out of my hands, and walks the clothing items behind the registers. I mumbled "what the hell just happened? I'm so confused." The customer standing in line in front of me was shocked as well as she kept looking back at me confused as to why the lady yanked the items out of my hands or why I'm being "helped" before she was. I can see the Korean lady started to take off the hangers. So im already upset about how she snatched the clothing out of my hand, so I told her "I'm not taking the dress anymore. I'll just take the top" I can see her rolling her eyes at me but IDGAF, don't be so rude to me then maybe you would've made that $32 sale from the dress. I have 5 years experience as a retail manager so I'm pretty damn sure that's not how a customer should be treated. I've been coming to this store since they've opened and have spent a good amount of money here before. Maybe this was an off day for her, but im still regretting even purchasing that top. Not sure if I would go back to this store again. That Korean lady was just super rude. read more

I've been here a few times. I've purchased something on each occasion. The clothes are reasonably priced. It's very similar to other clothing stores like Papaya. Service has been good each time. They know where to find clothing that is displayed on a mannequin, which is always good. I got a couple skirts for Vegas last week. $8 each is definitely affordable. read more

I was shocked with just reasonable prices! It's cheaper than forever 21 (point for that) Some of the staff were friendly. The negatives were that the employees are very young and don't understand the value of customer service. The dressing room clerk was rude and never said hi or thank you. She didn't even know what to do when I asked her to remove a tag censor because it blocked the Zipper. The are way crazy about stealing. There's signs and cameras. The weird part was I wasn't able to bring my personal bag into the dressing room. I was there yesterday and spent almost $300, my 12 year old daughter grabbed a pair of shorts and jeans which she thought was the right size. Mind you they won't let you try anything on because of this while Corona vIrus but people can go around touching all the clothes, that makes a lot of sense. The said the sales are final, well I got home and my daughter tried on the clothes a they were to tight, she just needed a size bigger. Well I called today to see if they could make an exception since it was just 2 items, the said no! I will never spend my money there again, regardless of this Virus they shouldn't do that if we can't even try on the clothes. I ran into this place while going to the Walmart next door. My girlfriend and I decided to stop in and look around. This place is like a Forever 21, nicely decorated and well maintained. The quality of the clothing is good and the prices are super! Lots of items under $10. Someone really spent a lot of money on this place to make it as nice a mall retail store. Extremely helpful employees made the experience wonderful. My girlfriend is addicted. Only suggestion I could make is have a section with chairs for the significant others to sit, because we are going to be waiting a long time! read more

I have been coming here for years, probably since they opened. I never really had an issue, but recently as of a week ago, I was shopping and they closed 15 minutes early, kinda rushing me. They ended up selling me a pair of pants with no tag when I came in a week later trying to get store credit for them ( because they were worn, had a distinct odor on them) they denied my request because the item had no tag, I did argue for a couple minutes in order to convince them to give me the store credit, because they sold it to me with no tag, finally they did, but it's sad that I had to argue and get upset. There was no respect from their behalf and the cashier or whoever seemed happy to have told me she couldn't give me store the store credit, and then tried kicking me out but then realized my mom was trying to shop. Took my 2 teenage daughters here the other day to find a quick outfit for a winter dance at school. I know a few people have mentioned they experienced rude service with a manager, however i didnt have to deal with her for anytbing. I did however speak to the associate by the fitting room who took my daughters and showed them some dresses and some shirt/skirt ideas. I thank her for that, got a dress for 1 and a shirt skirt outfit both got under clothes and walked out under $60.00. To me great deal. I have been coming to this store since it opened and spent quite a bit of money on myself and children. Very bad experience tonight where I went in the dressing room with my daughter to look at her clothes. I Was told I couldn't be in there with her. Prior to entering, we ONLY took back five items, in which they counted and gave a number for five. Left all other items out as we were suppose to. And I even wanted to try something on but left it at counter waiting for her. I will never shop there again. I can see if they didn't monitor or count clothing to not allow two people. But this is not okay. They said cause alot of people steal. To top it off the worker Jenny didn't even count the items we brought out. We walked right past her. If they were so concerned about stealing she should have focused on what we brought out instead of profiling people. Though I didn't want to spend a dime in this store after this experience my daughter really liked one of the items so we proceeded to go pay for them. I expressed my dismay to the checker and instead of her apologising and providing an explanation of why they had to make this policy she said well if you don't want that item u can leave it here with me. I really do love this place for really cute and inexpensive clothing...the distance is really close and the girl workers are really helpful and nice but the thing that is so ANNOYING is the short haired manager lady that is there!!! I've seen her there multiple times and she's really harsh and bitchy to the girl workers there. She yells like crazy at them over nothing. It literally looks like they're working in a sweatshop. but I was shopping when I couldn't find a lace cardigan that was on the mannequin and ask her if she knew where it was... She looked annoyed and just pointed randomly to a section on the wall and I couldn't find it..I was like where is it?? And she turned around with a mean look on her face and said super annoyed angry and raised her voice and pointed directly a bunch of similar looking, easy to miss lace cardigans where it was at.
