I did a review yesterday I was wanting to take the color ot of the top part of my head only. So far I spent $35 on goods with advice from two separate agents. I was a bit disappointed as the back part of my hair turned out yellow for the 2nd time. So I know I treated the whole area correctly with added developer in both mix. So I had to buy a ash blonde hair spray to cover up the yellow more money. read more

Heard about this boutique and new location from an influencer's instagram story. I always love her outfits so I figured I would check this place out. I didn't know what to expect. The mall that this store is in has beautiful sky lights and very pleasant to shop in. The storefront of the boutique is beautiful. The shop is well organized and well merchandised. I think that the quality of the clothing and overall style wasn't up to par which is why I am giving it a 3 star review. I had to wait in a line for the dressing room. Another patron was rude to me giving me the impression that their customer base might not be my type of crowd. Some of the clothing pieces didn't have sizes. Some of the pieces were very sheer, like paper thin. The clothing is extremely affordable. I did find a dress that is adorable. I wouldn't deter you from shopping here because if you take your time and are discerning, you can find a diamond in the rough. Checkout was fast and easy. Staff was friendly. read more

Cheap clothes at a ridiculous price. You can find these exact items at another fashion store for about half the price or more. Everything is from downtown L.A. On saturday morning until about 10 or 11 they sell all this stuff on San Pedro. This is where Laura gets her stuff . I know first hand because I saw her and her mom shopping, purchasing huge black bags of clothing and accessories. And let me tell you the stuff at that location is cheap ranging from 5-15 dollars. Worst experience ever I bought dress online pick up location was Cerritos. Came to store got my dress girl said if I had any issues with my dress to come back. Tried the dress at home notices hole on the arm. Came back to the store told her the issue she then said I couldn't return it because I use a promo code is final sale. The clothes itself is great but anytime you place an online order and need to return/exchange an item the process is difficult. I'm a long time shopper from laura's boutique but the store at the cerritos mall is just horrible. staff isn't helpful and I waited a good 20 minutes just to make a purchase. I was the first one in line but the cashier just held on a conversation with the customer. Very rude and disrespectful to other customers. Just don't, I ordered a pair of sweats, they were really oddly sized. The inseam was short the waist was long, the sweater was short and tight around the waist but the arms were baggy and oversized. Went to return after trying to make sense of the elusive return instructions that don't really say they won't give you a refund and don't really say they'll give you in store credit. It's 2020; I  own a small business. To not offer return shipping is already CRAZY, to not offer refunds is F** wild, and to con people out of their money when there trying to support your business because your quality sucks is bad Karma (goodluck). I called the store where they were like we won't even give you instore credit if you tried anything on, or if it was a promo or if you breathed on it, or if you looked at it basically. I've bought from Laura's boutique online about a year ago and liked my purchase, so I decided to go in to the store find something to wear for an upcoming concert. There's so much hype around the store so I figured- why not.. I was excited to feel good about myself in their clothing since I hadn't dressed up in a while. I picked up a couple cute things that I wanted to try on. I stood by the dressing room for a few minutes and looked around to see if anyone was there to help me get a room. Nothing. I went up to the register, and it was just girls talking. Neither of them even looked my way. I couldn't even distinguish who was actually an employee and who was a customer. There were no transactions going on either. No one looked at me. No one said anything. I also realized that no one greeted me when I walked in or asked me if I needed help around the store at all. I work retail, so I understand that it can be hectic and chaotic and that retail employees are humans too.. I also get that I'm not entitled to anything either... but the store was practically empty and neither of them were doing their job. When I went in, I looked forward to trying stuff on and making a purchase, but I decided they didn't deserve my money due to their customer service. If you're lucky and find something that lasts more then a single wash then good for you, everything I've purchased either falls apart in the washer or one snag of thread and the whole top/dress is ruined. I ordered heels from the website. i ordered size 7 heel and it's abnormally tiny. I normally wear a size 6 or 6.5 heel but i ordered a 7 with this store and the shoe doesn't even go over half of my foot. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with a tiny baby heel. There's no way this shoe is a US SIZE 7. They say they don't take refunds if you use a discount code but The entire website promotes a discount code 24/7. It's always lb20 or some other type of code and they don't tell you that you can't get a refund if you use a code . So of course customers are going to use the codes. The heels size 7 isn't really a size 7, the shoe box is so tiny and it feels like it's a size 4 heel. I don't know if it was a made in China with a different size but i can't do anything with this tiny size 7 heel. All of my heels i have at home are a size 6 or 6.5, I'm only 4 feet 11 inches tall and all my other heels fit me perfectly but the size 7 is abnormally tiny. The sizing is off. It's completely unacceptable for you guys to sell a shoe that doesn't accurately have real US SIZES and not offer a refund or even store credit ! read more

Sadly I didn't have the best experience. I was in the changing room and one of the workers walked in on me while she was with another customer and I didn't have a top on and that was super embarrassing. After that, when I checked out I bought a white shirt and when I asked what the return policy is the lady told me she forgot to tell me but there's no returns on white items. very disappointed in their customer service. read more

If my review was just for customer service... it would be 5/5. All the girls make sure to greet you (unlike the Whittier location). However, the quality of the clothes is a bit disappointing. Most of their clothes look cheap. Who knows how they make everything look so good online. The reason why I'm giving this boutique three stars is because I own a few pieces from here. I shop here when I need something quick to go out in, like a dress or skirt. They're cute for a night out but not much during the day time because the material is so thin. First of all I've been a huge fan of Laura's Boutique since they started off a small business. I'm proud she's come this far. I visited the Cerritos location for the first time yesterday. I was a little confused as to why her prices of her clothing went up considering she buys most of her clothes from the LA alleys. I get that her brand is more popular now but her good prices were the reason I shopped to begin with. Let's be real the material is not that great. It's cheap but cute. Next I saw that NONE of the body suits had any plastic on the panty area which is a huge hygienic concern. It made me not want to try on any body suits. I hope that gets fixed. If you really want to get Laura's Boutique clothes just shop in LA you'll get better prices. read more
