Pretty crystals of celestite
Joyce A.

Really enjoy coming here , very calming ambiance , including incense and Native American music . Variety of polished and raw crystals, some polished fossils too. Although I do not necessarily ascribe to the powers of the stones, I appreciate their natural beauty. Handmade dream catchers, jewelry and objets d'art. Very helpful staff, if you are looking for something particular you can add yourself to a list or check their IG page! Many new additions on a regular basis. Also has a lot of herbal bundles for various purification purposes: sage, rue, rosemary, lavender and palo santo.

Just some of the twin quartz they have helped me with over the years

I love this place for so many different reasons. I have no idea where to even start. 1- I make jewelry using crystals. Instead of buying in bulk or wholesale, I like to handpick certain crystals for certain pieces from local shops. With that being said I always come in here looking for specific shapes and sizes. The workers here are AMAZING. Sometimes I ask them if they have any smaller / larger pieces anywhere else in the store that I might be missing. And they go in the back and bring me out ones that aren't on the shelves yet. 2- I collect twin quartz. I was making small talk with one of the workers and mentioned I was looking for twin ones. They ran into the back and came out with a couple 3- if you're looking for moldavite, this is the place. I bought one piece, got in the car and started driving home, turned the car around and bought two more pieces. 4- they are always so knowledgeable and always ask if I want the little papers explaining what the crystals are and what their healing properties are. 5- a couple years ago I remember they were taking donations such as canned goods and dog food to donate. It always says a lot about the businesses that do this. My mom and I went out immediately and grabbed a bunch of stuff for their cause 6- I buy a lot of crystals and spiritual gifts for my girlfriends. Whenever I tell them certain ones are gifts they always take their time to separately package them up and put the cards with the meanings in the bag Overall this place is my favorite by far. The people, the great energy when you walk in and the great selection they have. P.S. besides their awesome crystals I come in here often for their candles and sage

I love the wide variety of crystals available at this store; more than a few other gemstone/mineral stores that I've been to. And good quality too! I also appreciate that there were many very affordable choices too.

I'm so old, I remember when Native Visions had a boutique shop in the Broadway (now Nordstrom)/CPK wing of Los Cerritos Center. *Social Distancing review* 10% off w/ Yelp check-in Specializing in Native American jewelry, artwork & minerals, Native Visions has called it's current location home for several years now. Much larger than their former mall address, a plethora of Native American merchandise can be found here. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=D_iLQ5jhvrUkFPtxNRa6Aw&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA I was in need of palo santo sticks to smudge prior to a trip, so I headed to Native Visions to pick some up ASAP. Arriving right when they opened, I was greeted by a staff member, who led me to their smudging items by the entrance. She explained palo santo sticks versus resins, and gave insight into yerba santa, which I was unfamiliar with. I gathered my 2 palo santo stick bundle, and I was quickly on my way. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=I4WuljqwqLTuAE35KnkyPw&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA Service was great. The staff member & manager obliged my rapid fire questions, as I'm somewhat new to smudging. At least when it comes to items other than white sage, which I grow at home. Curbside pickup is available for online purchases, but I prefer browsing and shopping in person. Native Visions is located across from Los Cerritos Center, on the other side of 183rd. The store is located in between Lemon Tree Spa & Vegi Wokery. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=gMO1csPu_aXGlJPu4etBww&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA Native Visions is a great place for those looking to get into smudging & minerals. Not only is the store well stocked, but the insightful staff will help you figure out just what you are looking for. In addition, arrowheads, dreamcatchers & other Native American crafts are on display, exhibiting their expert craftsmanship & intricate detail. I'm glad Native Visions still has a store in Cerritos & I look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend!

The front section always highlights different themes for each month.

I've been coming to Native Visions since the summer of 2021 - when I started learning about & collecting crystals. Since then, this store has become one of my favorites. The vibe is so nice & relaxing, the interior is clean, and they have everything displayed nicely. They also have a wonderful selection of medium to larger sized crystals aside from the smaller tumble stones. On a footnote, you can also shop other metaphysical items, too - such as incense, sage, palo santo, various herbs, essential oils, sprays, etc. The staff is truly wonderful, and they make all of my visits memorable. I usually see Efrén, Josephine, and Maira manning the store. They're all super nice, professional, and always do their best to answer my questions. I've also met the owner Noem a few times as well - he's also very nice and professional. I've purchased some amazing pieces & items so far, and look forward to adding more to my growing collection. :) Thank you so much!

My new fluorite ring!!

The people that run the shop are soooooooo nice and it feels super calm inside as you peruse. Just bought myself a birthday gift!! As soon as I saw it, I knew that it was the one for me. Love it!! I am not one to believe that stones have energy/power, etc, I do believe though that they are beautiful works of God and that's enough for me. Will be back to maybe buy some bracelets or even a pair of stud earrings. How crazy is it that the stone matches the polish I put on yesterday? That wasn't planned at all so again, I just knew this ring was for me.

I arrived early to pick up the order at the vegan Chinese food restaurant next door when I noticed that Native Visions was open. I remember wanting to visit this place before but it was closed. Today though, being able to look through their layout was quite enjoyable. It's not every day that I walk through the Native American experience as told by those who are native to other continents, however, there was a certain amount of reverence given to the culturally appropriated goods. Despite the fact that the talisman rock ornament I purchased could have come from any continent, what I liked the most about this particular location was its ability to make patrons feel at home, and as relaxed as the ornaments that adorned the wall wished to inspire.

First time here and pretty excited!

I was recommended by a friend of mine to come here because I was looking for something specific. When I first got here, I was greeted. I shared with them what I was looking for and the young lady shared where I can find that and look at the options. I then began to be introduced to other things that might catch my interest and it did! I spent a pretty penny but it was so worth it! I also look forward to coming back. I also do want to share that I was impressed with how often they cleaned things like the display windows and such.

This store has some excellent stuff! I bought a lovely dream catcher from this store . I appreciate the fact that it's an indigenous business as I really respect the culture and community. They have a great selection of products and crystals. The workers are quite knowledgeable and kind as well.

And the parking lot? Even bigger. My only downside personally (as someone who relies on public transportation and walking) was getting in and out. Google Maps had me on some very questionable routes, so we ended up navigating through the massive parking lot on foot, trying to find an entrance. Leaving was a bit of an adventure too since there weren't many sidewalks, so we were basically speed-walking and dodging cars on the way out! That aside, the mall itself is impressive. Tons of great stores and plenty to check out. Our visit was a bit brief since we mainly came to grab food and were already tired from an earlier adventure, but we still had a great time overall. The food court stood out to me--it's spacious and I loved that they have kid-sized tables, which is such a cute and thoughtful touch. Also, they have my favorite: Auntie Anne's, which is basically a must for any solid mall trip. Overall, this feels like a great spot for a casual mall date or just a day of shopping and snacking. I'd definitely come back to explore more (and hopefully figure out a better route next time).

I'm already a pretty artsy person so this was right up my alley. My only feedback would be that I wish there were more beads and charms to decorate. I feel like the selection was a little slim and that could have very well been because we came a week after Halloween and perhaps it was a busy time? Regardless, the place was decorated so cute and the two hour time slot that I booked was exclusively for us, which I thought was really nice. Another note- the number on yelp is not updated and there are two addresses that come up when you search via google maps. Make sure you are going to the right location!

There aren't many places like this in the area, so it's a fun and creative spot to check out. I found them on Instagram and decided to go with some friends. I've been to two craft studios that are similar, so my review is based on experiences from other places. The booking process was super easy--you reserve online with a $10 nonrefundable deposit, which goes toward the final cost of your craft. When we went at 3 PM on a Friday, we were the only group there, so we had the whole space to ourselves. Free street parking was available right in front of the store, which was a plus! Just a heads-up, it's located in an older part of Long Beach, so keep that in mind. The studio itself is absolutely adorable - very girly and charming. It's a smaller space but seems like it could accommodate a few larger groups at a time, so if you're planning to go with a big party, I'd recommend inquiring ahead of time. One thing I really appreciated is that there's no per-person studio fee. The craft prices ranged from around $15-$45, which is similar to other craft studios I've been to. You can decorate a variety of items like jewelry boxes, mirrors, photo frames, claw clips, phone cases, and glass cups. There was a nice selection of beads, charms, glitter, and other craft supplies. Their website and Instagram list monthly specials, and this month's Hello Kitty and Sonny Angel-inspired phone buddies were adorable. The owner was incredibly sweet, and you can tell she puts a lot of love into her business. She originally started Dainty Disco as a gift shop, so there's still a small retail section with cute merchandise available for purchase. A couple of minor things could be improved. The lighting inside the studio wasn't the best--it was a cloudy day, which didn't help, but some additional overhead lighting would have been useful for crafting. Also, a few craft options were sold out; for example, they were out of the larger heart jewelry boxes and only had one smaller one left. I think a section on the website that lists the options for crafts with pictures would have been helpful in guiding customers ahead of time for their choices. Overall, we had a great time, and it was nice to support a small business! They also host monthly craft meet-ups, which I'd love to check out in the future. If you're looking for a fun and creative activity in Long Beach, I definitely recommend giving Dainty Disco a visit and I'm down to come back!
