This store has always been so friendly from their cashier staff whenever I visited them. They host super fun machines like 'Medicine Man,' 'Zoltar,' and 'Love Tester.' I can so live in that store as well. Cashiers have always been extremely efficient~they hold a wide variety of products sold in the store: crystals, candles, incense and other souvenirs. I'm about to head back in for shopping today on March/22/2024 because they are hosting a 10% off sale today. We aren't supposed to take pics from inside the store, so I ended up stocking pictures from these machines I go for.

The manager here is rude and racist.

A woman that works there, not sure if she is the manager, was throwing racist comments to someone speaking Spanish. And she yelled at her staff person (white) and told her to go help the English speaking customers only. She was very rude!!! This is a store that sells native jewelry, not sure what race she is, but is sure making this native store look really bad.

Every single time they break! This one was around $40 bones.

Scam scam scam!! Beautiful store but the quality is terrible and the customer service here is really sorry. I've been coming here since I was about 3 years old, back in the 80s early 90s and have been buying rings here since. For the past 10 years I've bought numerous rings!! And they all broke! When I ask for the jeweler to fix it they just give me the run around and the owner never gives customers the time of day, always acting like they are so busy. I'll post a picture of the most recent ring I bought this year, broken once again and this time I won't even try to ask for the jeweler, I'm just never going to buy jewelry here again, sorry to say after so many years.

I've seen the Route 66 sign a lot at of Shoreline Village stores as well as Santa Monica!! Raindance definitely sells touristy knickknacks. I purchased a cute Pink, Volkswagen Beetle with Route 66 on the side of the doors.. One of my favorite little souvenirs. The tiny gift shop has lots of coffee mugs, water bottles and lanyards with Route 66 on them! Rain dance was a nifty Native American themed place that also sells colorful jewelry, stones, magnets and other clothing and accessory items. It is a fairly cramped and small shop, so be careful not trip on anything! Haha. You'll find this beautiful shop because the aquamarine color of the front is super neon and very vibrant. It is right next to Twister's Coffee and has a seating area in front; next to the water port bay.

For my soon to be here grandson!!!

Great little shop with lots of, (what at least appears to be), authentic Native American trinkets, turquoise jewelry, gifts and such. I'm a guy's guy, so shopping ANYWHERE for me is like a drive-by... Get there, hit what it is that you want and then get the eff out of there... So, I usually try to avoid these "touristy" type shops but somehow, I am always lured in here. Maybe it's the haunting, hypnotic music that comes from within? Anywho, the fact that I always go in when the wife and I are traversing Shoreline Village speaks volumes about the store itself!!! The male clerk behind the counter, (pony-tail wearing fellow), was super chill and extremely helpful to the wife and I... BTW... Don't forget to Check In on Yelp!!! I checked in, (for the first time), and received what I believe was supposed to be 10% off of one item, (or maybe it was it 15%??? Not sure... had been pounding beers), but he took the percentage discount off the entire bill!!!

FYI the woman working at the time and date of this review was telling a couple customers there was no need for a mask " although we're in LA county we have our own health department in Long Beach, we choose what we want for our store" in her words which is NOT the case! Long Beach follows the same guidelines as Los Angeles even though we have our own health department. Ugh, the ignorance of the person running this store.she even said " I've even got a few weird looks" no wonder why! Thankfully there are other businesses next door that have this sign posted. SHEESH!

My wife and I stopped in during a visit to the Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach, and was impressed by the collection of curated products, neatly displayed across the space. Folks were setting up tables for one of their many cultural events/gatherings, but their space is big enough to handle it while shoppers browse. Their retail space includes a collection of 'Filipino Komiks & Kids Lit' and prints from local/Filipino artists (two of which we've already displayed at our home). This time, ended up bringing home a 'Bangus Pro Shop' ballcap ($24.95) and Filipino Birthday Greeting Card ($5.50). The payment processing is modern, using Shopify, their website platform provider. And their associates continue to be so friendly and helpful. Kubo is just a great place to visit.

When we came in, they were setting up for an event later in the day. With that being said, I can tell there is a lot of engagement and activities for the community! My fiancé and I came to stop by, to purchase gifts for a friend. He felt very seen and felt with every little book, trinket, and toy. I also felt delight seeing myself, being represented. I loved seeing the handmade items, small business items being sold, and books. The most impressive part was the books and toys for infants/toddlers. We purchased some "first words in Tagalog" books and a toy. This place is definitely worth visiting! The girls here were very inviting and nice. It was a pleasure stopping by and we hope to come back again!

I'm not sure where to begin, but the staff I came across while shopping here have all been extremely friendly, welcoming, and inviting. Service: 10/10. What a fantabulous find I explored!!!! My most favorite section of the store would be their stored gem stones section where half of the upper body of the pirate is located right by the cash register. Ambiance has to be 10/10 or 20/20. Even just the name of the store is extremely fitting. If you are into crystals or gem stones, this is the store to be. I will need to leave at least a few hours of shopping time to return here again in the future to stock up on more crystals because the value is just worthwhile. You can't beat $6.99 for a velvet bag full of crystals as long as the bag still closes at check out. Value~10/10. Can't beat the deals here. They offer a variety of souvenir items to purchase including Long Beach, CA. stickers which I also stocked up on top of Long Beach, CA., fridge magnets. I can so live here.
