The location is cute, but the inside is small and tight, and the chairs were quite uncomfortable. My biggest disappointment was the overall experience and lack of warmth or customer service. I came here for my birthday to get forever bracelets with my daughters, so this was supposed to be a special and sentimental experience for us. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough of the original bracelets we wanted for all three of us, and the entire appointment felt very rushed and impersonal. There was no real welcome, no explanation or rundown of the studio or what they had to offer, and very little conversation or eye contact. It basically felt like, "This is the section for forever bracelets, pick what you want." When I was asked if we were celebrating anything, I mentioned that it was my birthday, and it wasn't even acknowledged. For an experience where I'm spending over $100, I expected a little more warmth and attention--especially for something that's meant to feel special. Even offering water would have been a nice touch considering it was 92° outside. The bracelets are cute, but unfortunately the experience itself didn't feel special at all. I left feeling rushed and disappointed, which was a shame because this was something I was really looking forward to sharing with my daughters for my birthday. Do better. I'm now changing it to one star because of the lack of empathy and accountability, and trying to blame me for your lack of customer service. we weren't greeted kindly by you. Everything was kind of just thrown at us and gone quickly. I was quiet because YOU were standoffish and you weren't welcoming. As for not offering us water because we were only there for 10 to 15 minutes ? that's absurd. You should offer every client water especially with it being extremely hot outside. I do not recommend this place at all. I shouldn't have to be there for a workshop to be offered water, every client should be offered water dispute their time spent at the shop and as for the chips.. they were still in the box just put on a table and they were not offered to us so how are we supposed to know, that was for customers. Everyone should be offered water and treated with kindness. We spent a nice amount of money. Don't recommend. read more

I was brought here for a birthday surprise and what a cute, unique experience. We found street parking easily on Ocean Blvd. We had an appointment and arrived early. The shop was closed so we were a bit nervous but luckily, they were on their way for our appointment. Once inside, I found out we were there to create matching rings. We picked the style of rings we wanted, got our finger sized, and began crafting. We were given clear instructions through every step. Once our rings were completed, we had them engraved. Service was excellent because we had the shop all to ourselves. Highly recommend for the experience alone. read more

Family-owned and operated, Foreverlinkx offers silver/gold permanent jewelry, keychains, and great customization options. I was looking for a silver locket as part of a Valentine's Day card I am putting together, and Dio was super helpful in finding me the right design and chain length. The photo did get a little crinkled, but the important thing is that I now get to carry a picture of my rescue dog Darby always :) Come by Saturdays from 12-2pm for $5 charms during the weekly Charm Bar. I found Foreverlinkx through Instagram. Most influencers hype places up, but they turn out to be pretty lackluster when you go. Foreverlinkx is an exception to that experience! My friend and I went to check out their friendship bracelet making bar - they have a happy hour on Saturdays from 12-2pm, during which their charms are $5 each, but the selection of charms was underwhelming. Also, the young woman working there was not very helpful - she literally said, "I don't know. I just work here" when we asked for pricing for a bracelet. We were really put off by her, so we left. My friend and I decided we wanted to do a permanent bracelet together instead. After researching other places, we found out that Foreverlinkx had the most competitive pricing for the same chains that other jewelry stores carried, so we decided to come back. Luckily, the owners were at the store this time. We thought we wanted the heart link chain, but the owner showed us another chain that we both liked much more. We got zapped and were able to pay via Venmo - so easy! We had a lovely chat with her and we are so happy to support a small business run by a lovely young family. I'd definitely recommend you come by and check out their options - their pricing is really competitive and the owners are really nice! Thank you so much! read more

It was an ok experience. "Made" some rings with my husband as a date night and there really was nothing special about it. The host was mainly on her phone the entire time and for the price and "dedicated" time and small group (it was just another couple) , you'd think it would be more of an intimate and fun experience.
