This review is very overdue, but I had a great experience here! I had some rings that needed resizing, one of which was made from palladium. I'd tried a few other jewelry stores in the area that just told me they couldn't help me with the palladium ring, but Mimo gave me a fair price and sourced the material himself, sticking to the original estimate he gave me despite the material being a little more expensive than he anticipated. The owner, Mimo, is friendly and professional, has great prices on everything he sells, and carries some good brands as an authorized dealer - which to me is especially important when buying a watch vs dealing with the questionable gray market (non authorized dealers). I did that once and never again. Gray market customer service is horrible, they'll say a product is in stock even when it's not so the product never ships even though they charge you upfront, a lot of times missing links, no manufacturer warranty - the list goes on and on. I bought on amazon a new band for my apple watch. A followed the instructions and put the screen protector, case and band on. When I out the case on a forgot to move this one paper of. I couldnt safely remove the case so I google for a watch repair place. This place came up with 5* and boy was I happy. I called around 11AM and spoke with a lady and explained her what happened with my apple watch. She told me that the repair man will be available at 1PM and to come at that time. So I walked from Pine all the way down Broadway to the repair shop. The watch repair man opened the locked door and let me in. The second I start explaining what happened he told me he doesn't work with any android phone and can not help me at all. Just to say again I needed someone to just remove the case from the phone screen. I told him that I was told differently over the phone and his reply was his wife doesn't know that as apparently I spoke with her. What made me upset is that I did everything right on my side, called, informed them what is going on and also requested to get connected with the repair man. I followed their advice to get there and got screwed where the repair man wouldn't even try to help. On the end he literally kicked me out saying he is busy with another customer. read more
