I brought it the same day to put a new battery in, the guy took it away and after a couple minutes he started saying "its broken man, the case is already broken" then told him to show me and he came out a few minutes after with the watch indeed with the case broken and cracked around the screw whole he removed. The watch is old but how is it possible that I opened it 30 mins before without issues but when he did the watch "fell apart" and took him 8 minutes to get 4 screws out? Suspicious to me. I don't know if he was gonna try to sell me a new casing, a new watch or what but unfortunately this watch has huge sentimental value to me and his greed or maybe pure bad intent ruined it forever.
