Tried multiple times to fix a clock and got paid multiple times, at least $400, probably more, but could never fix it. Clock always ran for a few weeks or so then stopped. Also: surprisingly impolite from the get-go before the clock was mentioned, then got surprisingly nasty when politely asked to stand behind his "work" and honor the money he got paid for nothing. Money was paid but no services were rendered. Check out the other 1-star reviews. Same pattern: people paid but their clocks don't work. read more

Wanted to get my Father's Grandfather clock serviced after sitting for 4 years. Called "Clockmaster" and scheduled an appointment. I also wanted to pay for it for my Father's birthday. Eddy rescheduled once and I couldn't be there to meet him. Called twice with no response. Eddy showed up basically started the clock and oiled the gears and then proceeded to BS my Father about how it doesn't have certain functions. Weird because all those functions worked before. Beware. Something is funny about this business. Took my wall clock in for an estimate. It took two weeks and was diagnosed with the need for an overhaul. Cost $450.. I later discovered that the clock was not even opened. The need for an overhaul was a sham. All it required was a spray of electronic cleaner and new clock oil in each pivot.
