I travelled to pick up the clocks 2 times during posted open hours on different Saturday's and the sore was closed. During the week the hours are limited. It was frustrating. Wasted lots of time. Very disappointing with this company. gave them the inside of a grandfather clock to repair before THANKSGIVING! was told it would be done by Thanksgiving to receive no call or gesture it wouldn't be done. left numerous messages to finally get a call back that they were so busy they couldn't get to it but would start. was hoping to then have it by Christmas, left message after message to never get a call back nor the clock fixed. Called numerous times in January to be told now they are going to be putting a rush on it and would need 6 weeks to repair, now over 6 weeks and they are avoiding my call nor has the clock been repaired. Def not the place to go to get something so special to our family fixed as this company is not reputable at all. take your business elsewhere, i had a few other quotes but went with this company because of reviews and Eddie stated he could get it done in a short amount of lead time, he has had the clock now over 5 months and they wont return our calls. Will be posting on every site so other know they might be great with smaller items, but something so valuable and meaningful to my family they dont take pride or care about customer service. I had to get my watch repaired ASAP so I decided to try this place by my work because I didn't have the time to go to the mall. I got my watch resized and a new battery all for $15. He was closing around 5pm that day, and I walked in around 4:50ish. He finished in less than 5 minutes and everything was perfect! I have a really nice Tissot watch I recieved as a present two years ago. I love the watch but it kept stopping every couple of months and I couldn't figure out why. Too new for a battery change out. Took it two different shops and both looked at it and said it would cost $400 to open it. What ??? Took it to the real master Eddy and he told me it would be ready at 4:00p. Came back and Eddy told me the reason it would stop is that the date number on the watch rotates to the day was sticking. I went on a trip to Europe and when I had returned the hands had dropped. He came out and fixed the hands at no charge. I was so relieved​. I recently had a service done by Eddy from clock masters and was initially satisfied but the service after the matter of fact has been less than anything satisfactory. I just read that most of the reviews are good, but I can relate to the low rated ones. A repair was made on a standing clock for about 700 dollars. He was able to get the clock ticking, but the time becomes off by the end of the day. I placed a call to see if they could come to take a look at it so that it can actually do what a clock is meant to do. He gave a temporary solution of setting the time. We followed up with him once more and simply said, "You already know what to do, and there's no need to keep on calling" I am only leaving this here, because I found his website a little misleading with the testimonials and wanted to leave this out here for people to consider. Arguably the best in the region. I took in an old German mantle clock that we inherited. It wouldn't run and the hands weren't coordinated. The insides looked corroded, and I wondered if the cost would be more than the sentimental value of the clock. About 3 weeks later it now runs perfectly and the mechanism is so clean and polished it looks new. The price was very reasonable. After one small adjustment to the pendulum, it now keeps perfect time. Highly recommended. read more

I have a TAG and and have had 2 pins that have come out over 8 years of owning it. Both times, I took them to different watch repair places and I always came when the repair guy wasn't there, had to come back when he was there and they said it would take 1-2 weeks to repair and be $75 for the pin. I came in at 10:30 AM and he said he'd have it ready in about 3 hours! The repair cost was also way less than the aforementioned repairs I had done. My 85 year old mother had Eddy come to her house to repair her grandfather clock last May. Mom has macular degeneration and can only see a large faced clock. After repair, the clock keeps time for a few days then stops. I have talked to Eddy a few times and he has walked me through a reset that, again, only worked for a short time. Mom says it has to do with the 3 weights that need to be fixed. Eddy charged $600 to repair with a year warranty. I have asked Eddy to come out to repair it in her home and he has refused. Mom is now 86 and still does not have a working clock. I would love to give Eddy 5 stars if and when the clock is repaired and working. Mom is very upset. read more

Eddy did not refund all of my money, he gave me less than half of my money back, after I went to his shop & asked for a refund. He should have refunded all of it. After having my grandfather clock repaired by a reputable clock shop, I was told that Eddy did not replace all the bushings & they had to completely go through it. He claims he can repair complicated watches and clocks.He maybe able to repair simple clocks or watches but a Certified Master Clockmaker HE IS NOT. Took an Atmos clock to him to repair which he claimed he knew everything about and had done several. Kept it for 6 months, claiming he was trying to get a part, never got it but got it running. Claimed he cleaned it but I was suspicious as the time regulator was in the same position (way to the right) as when I took it in. Charged me $400. Got it home and it still was acting up. Unfortunately because I had back surgery it took me a while to get it back him. He now said it needed parts but he could not get them. I called a Certified Master in Tallahassee who is licensed by LeCoultre, can get any part. Charges $500 including shipping, guarantees his work for 3 years and has an impeccable reputation. He immediately told me my clock was a Calibre 548 movement, which Ed did not know. Stated when he ships the clock back the regulator is near the middle. He to stated that it probably was not taken apart and cleaned but will give me a definitive answer when I ship it to him. Hope I would have found the person in Tallahassee first and never heard of ED. If you want a job done right go to a true craftsman. Stay away from Ed as a true craftsman he is NOT. Buyer beware. He has worked on various Rolex and Omega watches for my family and I and always done a greqt job at a price that is probably impossible to beat. Last month he restored my recently purchased "late 1800's" Vienna Regulator. For the grand sum of $400 the case was glued and cleaned, all brass cleaned and polished, dial cleaned, movement completely rebuilt with new pivots and bushings, hammer replaced, broken glass replaced, along with many other minor tasks.
