I was looking to buy some Suavecito merch online for a gift when I realized that having it shipped would not make it on time. Thanks to the Suavecito store, I was able to get the sickest presents in the room while getting a sweet deal all with an amazing selection and variety to choose from! Getting to the building is a bit of a drive from 1st St but once you make it to the parking lot, the building is super recognizable with the Suavecito logo and on the truck outside. Walking in, it's 360 degrees of Suavecito and other related brands all around! It was super interesting to see the selections of all the different kinds of clothing , including for men, women, children and babies. Of course, what started it all - the Suavecito pomade and hair products are placed throughout the store as well. Interestingly, there's a barbershop but I didn't see it in use when visited. There's also a clearance section and collectible items that made for a fun shopping experience. The staff helped me out in pointing me to what I was looking for and even followed up on me as I shopped. They were super helpful even through my checkout process. The Suavecito store exceeded my expectations with its clean well kept store, the wide variety of products, the awesome service and is really one of a kind right in the heart of the city of Santa Ana! read more

Stopped by for the Johnny Cupcakes x Suavecito event and signing. Everything was well organized, the store was super clean, and everyone was very helpful. It is not super big inside, but there is plenty of product to look through. The store has different zones including the Sauvecita side of the store, the beard care side and kind of the misc. part that sells some of the other sister brands of Sauvecito. There is also a barbershop attached to the store and a sales section that is through the door in the back. In the sale section you will find crazy discounted items, and items from past stocks that never sold. I picked up some Tapatio x Sauvecito collab beard oil and an older Johnny Cupcakes x Sauvecito shirt. read more

I like coming down to the physical store to save on shipping and to check out the new products in person. Parking is super easy as they have a big parking lot. They also host events or warehouse sales in the parking lot. As far as the store it's a decent size. The front of the store has all the products and accessories. You can see all the new collabs they have and smell all the scents in person which is nice. When you head towards the back and to the side this is where they have all the clothes at. It's nice to be able to see all the clothing they have and try on if you are not sure on a size. If you are a fan of Suavecito I would highly recommend you come check this place out. read more

Love this hair product but was super disappointed to find out they changed their suavecita pomade from a 4oz can for 14 bucks to a 2 oz can for 12 bucks, seriously half the product for 2 dollars less? Seems this company is starting to become a sell out if this is the route they are going with their products. read more

Gotta say that it's slightly hidden, but once you find it, it's like a gold mine! I have gold!! I could literally take these chunks of gold and be a millionaire!! Not just any kind of millionaire but a suave chap with millions!! When I was a young boy my father took me to the city to see a marching band. He said son when you grow up, you will face your demons. Great! 2 years ago the Grandson came to visit from Meridian Idaho. He asked, grandpa what is good for my hair to prevent it from going every which way! I replied my understanding is that Suavecito is very popular with the young male crowd. I did not take him to the Suavecito store in Santa Ana by the Santa Ana river. I took him to the La Mirada swap meet on weekend. We found a large selection of the Suavecito pomade. I bought several containers for the grandson. A few weeks later, I called the grandson to see what was going on the with the Suavecito. He said great! Grandpa! He exclaimed that his brothers tried it and they liked it! How do you loose a commercial account. Simple, ask Leslie. Refused an order for pick up the next day. How difficult is to out 24 pomade containers in a box and have them ready the next day. It's been fun knowing you. Plenty of other vendors other pomades Tip Top Pomade is next. Good Bye read more

Wow how have I just found this place. I usually use Layrite but I've noticed they've been raising their prices these past couple years so I looked for alternatives and found Suavecito. Same quality product while still being affordable. Props to Suavecito for keeping prices good. Then I found out they're local so I came out and checked this store. Cool little store they have. I like their seasonal themed pomades where they put their regular pomades in these themed containers. read more

Not only are these products subpar (the hair dye leaves your head greasy for days and/ eyeliner always comes dry- you can find way better products from small businesses) but the owner also donated THOUSANDS of dollars to the trump campaign and administration. You'd think that a Latino/ Latina brand would be smarter than that but I guess not. read more

Been using Suavecito for 10+ years. Always bought it from my barber, but decided to check out the store. Noticed they had more options than my barber, and I was curious about the matte pomade. After talking with the associate, she assured me that if I didn't like it, I could come back and exchange it for the original. Well the Matte pomade doesn't hold well at all! After 2 uses and noticing my hair falling in my face mid-day, I decided to go exchange it. Went in and asked for an exchange and was immediately rejected. Explained that another associate said if I didn't like it, that an exchange for the Original Pomade was possible. I was then told that an exchange isn't possible because it was used. I asked how am I to know if I like the product if I don't use it? Response was "since you used it I can't put it back on the shelf to resell, best we can do is 20% off." No longer supporting this local business read more

The store is tucked away behind a church. My bf has been using suavecito for years so he comes here every few months to stock up on pomade. History

Established in 2009.

It started in a small house's kitchen with a couple of friends and family. They got together to create a pomade that would be used between them for their nights out on the town. The formula was made and the scent was found. The pomade was used daily between them and local barbers started to catch on. From there the pomade left the small circle of friends and family. It made it's way in zip lock baggies and tupperware containers to barbers eager to get their hands on it. A name was given. Then a logo was devised. It was no longer a secret anymore and Suavecito Pomade was born.

Where can I make an appointment for a haircut?

Hi Alejandra at this time we do not have a running barbershop . We do have a barbershop that we use at a set for promotional content but at this time we do not cut hair for the public.

If you select curbside pickup when ordering online, in how long would it be ready for pickup?

Hi Jose, we quote 1-2 business days for curbside orders if the order is placed on the weekend it will not be ready till Monday since that’s is when our warehouse processes orders.

HI, unfortunately we a currently do not have a barber shop open to the public but our flagship store for our pomade and merchandise is. From inside the store you can see a shop setup but it is not a functioning shop we use it for photos and…

Hi! At the bottom of the sales receipt you will find our exchange policy. We can exchange an item within 30 days with receipt for another item or size. We also can give store credit on a gift card for later use.

No one answered or responded on the chat. So I called the phone number on Yelp. I tried , billing and customer service , again no on responded. Its important to be able to speak to some in customer service . Especially if , a person makes a address change. If they order one of the products onlne. Its much more convenient to buy this product online . In case a customer lives in another country or state. Today all kinds of problems ? The day is : Thursday. The date is : June 12, 2025. Yet there was absolutely no one to speak to, on the customer service phone number. I really felt bad. I tried even writing my request on the chat. Again , no one responded. I was super blown away by all amazing stuff they have in their store! It was like stepping into another world... an amazing Suavecito world! The customer service was top notch. I was helped with all my questions and finding everything I needed. The store has a section for all of their product lines Suavecito, Suavecito Premium Blends, Suavecita (which my girlfriend loved) and they even have a section with all their kids clothing. They also had a ton of sweet classic cars parked outside when I visited. Not to mention an old race car bolted above the entrance! How cool is that? You can tell these guys really care about creating an unforgettable experience for their customers, to which I say "mission accomplished". They have testers available for you to try all the pomades and a really cool barbershop inside the store. I came up on some really cool in-store only deals! The best pomade hands down. They just opened this store for customers and it's like a little slice of heaven. They have all their products and clothing on display here and you can browse everything. The staff are helpful and friendly and the waiting area (for the barber supply) is comfortable with good music. I love this pomade and all the stuff they make. Even if you are not a fan of their hair products, their retail store is quite a sight to see. Every time I go in they always have new stuff. I called and asked and they changed their response saying that they can't apply discounts for things that are ordered from their warehouse. Initially their employee said I could use the discount once the boots got there. Horrible service they need to be more careful with their promotions.
