Sam greeted us and immediately begun to show us options for what we were looking for. From start to finish, the customer service & knowledge of fine clothing was above & beyond. We ended up purchasing 2 suits (tailored perfectly to fit), 2 shirts, 2 ties, and 2 pair of premium denim. When we came to pick it up (in less than a week's time), everything was neatly pressed & wrapped, ready to go! We will definitely be back to see Sam in the future. "On September 3, 2026, at Main T in Garden Grove (13141 Harbor Blvd), the cashier informed me of a…read more$0.50 service fee for card payments, which I accepted. However, the cashier then used high-pressure, rushing tactics that intentionally speeded up and confused the checkout process. Instead of letting me tap or insert my card freely at my own pace, he used this confusion to get me to hand my physical card over to him so he could plug it in himself. This aggressive merchant behavior denied me the right to use the customer-facing terminal freely and safely maintain control of my payment card. The clerk was acting like he was superior and the patrons were inferior. This store actually has a great selection of items and good clothing brands like Dickies. I was fully planning on returning to shop here regularly, but because of the aggressive, arrogant, and passive-aggressive behavior of the cashier at checkout, I will never step foot in this establishment again. Owners need to train their staff not to act like tyrants at the register. A good clothing selection means nothing if your employees make loyal customers feel mistreated, inferior, and stressed out when trying to pay. You officially lost my business. Next time a business acts like this, I will just drop the clothes on the counter and walk right out."
