Unfortunately they do not offer tailing services here. The belts were a bit difficult to choose from because they didn't have my brother's size in the style he wanted. The shirts, ties, and socks were easy to choose from. The socks and ties are one size. There's different colors and patterns to choose from. The shirts are organized by sizes and clearly labeled on the packaging. My brother also bought polishable black shoes from here. Pricing: They offer special 3 suit packages. Have you ever seen those futuristic shows where someone walks into a clothing store and within seconds everything you were looking for is in your hands? This is basically the experience we had last weekend when looking for my son's first suit. Walked in, greeted pleasantly, showed Ray our son, he quickly whipped out his measuring tape as fast as a samurai in battle. I have no idea what happened next but it was like the suit was already in his hands and he was motioning us to the dressing rooms. As you would expect by reading this, it fit perfectly. We went to look for a shirt and as I asked him if he took the neck measurement, he just commented, "it is there" as he pointed to the suit I had just placed down on the table. Magically a shirt was there that we purchased on trust and when we got home, of course it fit. I was in awe, the suit was reasonably priced, the customer service was epic and my son did really well on his first MUN conference. But George said he had this great tailor Ben that was amazing that formerly worked at Nordstroms. I paid the guy $600 for alterations and he was SO BAD. Yesterday, we came to your store and purchased three suits. After completing our purchase, we left the store and went to the neighboring shop to have the suits altered. While trying them on, we realized that the pants were much too loose, so we decided to return to your store to exchange them for a different suit and a different size. When we returned to the counter, it was around 3:00 to 4:00 PM that same day. The young man at the front counter with curly black hair treated us in a discriminatory manner and provided very poor customer service. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping us with a simple exchange, he made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We genuinely felt that we were being discriminated against because of who we are. No customer should ever be treated this way. We were extremely disappointed and upset by this experience. We expect every customer to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or appearance. We hope your management will investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future. read more

I'll start by saying the good things. I walked away with something, and it was very convenient to go here. Other than that I was a bit disappointed. I came in asking questions and they were all mostly brushed off. I think most people only spent 10-15min in there to pick something up quickly but I was actually trying to look good for the occasion so I spent time trying things on and asking questions. I think the salesman and the other employees were getting tired of me so I was met with a lot of odd stares. I tried on a suit and it felt a little tight so I thought about maybe trying on a bigger suit and the salesman said "cmon this a suit you don't need to try on anything bigger". I thought okay maybe he's right but thinking about it now you'd think he'd want to at least help me walk away with a bit of peace of mind. But when something didn't fit right he just kept telling me I could just take it to the tailor and they'll fix it. It was like he was getting mad because I was actually asking him to help me find something decent. So I ended up buying a "100% wool suit" but didn't bother grabbing anything else because it was overpriced and made with cheap fabric. Something I should've kept in mind about the suits too but we'll find out why later. I end up taking the suit to the tailor (not the one next door) and he saw I had broad shoulders and asked "did you try on a slim fit suit" since the waist for my jacket was too wide. I said "yeah but it fit tight and the salesman wouldn't let me try on a bigger size because he said it's unnecessary". Then continued to tell me "you know if you tried on a bigger size the jacket would have fit perfectly and you would only need to alter the pants" Then he asked how much I paid for the suit I told him and tried to justify it by saying it's "100% wool" like the tag says but he just shook his head. He said these guys use cheap fabric and the wool is cheap. He told me I could've gotten a better fitting suit, better customer service, and a better price at Macys. And I try to check the return policy but they only do exchanges or store credit... how convenient. I'm only giving two stars because they're conveniently placed and I don't wanna feel bad about spending the money I spent but take my tailors advice and just go to Macys if you're actually looking for something worth your money. I want to like this place because I get my suits here exclusively over the last 15 years. Earlier this year I came in with the intention of getting a tux for myself and buying 7 suits for my groomsmen. The gentleman that helped me initially only cared to input my information for the wedding registry. Once he input my name along with my groomsmen, he showed my one tux and then left to help others. After 20 mins with no help, I left. About a month later, I brought 2 groomsmen with me to look at suits. The lady in front entered my phone number and saw the salesperson who initially helped me. She paged him to assist. Again he brought two jackets sonwe can see the fabric and color. He excused himself again to help another person. After about 10 to 15 mins with no help, I left again. I came in another time and once again was brushed off. Customer service is horrendous. I did not feel valued at all. I gave a lot of business over the years, but these the visits this year to shop for a tux and suits for my wedding was not a great experience. I do not recommend this store anymore. read more

I went to Hollywood Suits Westminster CA looking for an inexpensive men's navy-blue sports jacket but could not find my size on clearance rack. That's when George mentions the suit section and showed me the Camomile Brand, most expensive suit down to the least expensive Karl Mitchell suit jackets. I tried both on and was very satisfied of the fit on my body for an off the rack brand. You can look closely and see workmanship differences. . I have tried wearing Nordstrom, Macy, and Men's Wearhouse, mom and pop suit stores and tried on multiple top rated commercial brands Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, etc but none fit as well as Hollywood Suits selected brands. So this is my go to suit store for functional low to mid range suits. All my prior suits are 2015 and older and had wide to narrow jacket collars so I wanted to upgrade three basic suit colors Dark Navy, Dark Grey, and Black to not look outdated. So I took the unadvertised 3 suit package where each suit purchase comes with (1) free shirt, belt, tie/handkerchief, and socks with the $200 dollar per suit and up, plus sales tax. If you just want functional neat looking business casual, this low end brand Karl Mitchell met my needs, but they are close to classic style of mid wide collar width and not as expensive as 100% cashmere wool. So the low end suits are blended with Rayon polyester. But remember You always get what your pay for and no more. So when buying a suit even at this low price, look closely at current men's style and notice men's suit jacket or sport jacket collars are slightly wider in 2026 and no more narrow collar and no more skinny slim or slim fit suits that were always embarrassing to see guys wearing tight bad fitting suits that show manufacturers could get away with less material and go cheap on any material, Thank goodness, modern, regular fits and wider collar and more inside lining are 2026 trends coming back. The low end functional suits will not last more than several years but are good enough for general every day or occasional formal semi formal events. George kept his distance from me, so I can feel free to look and try on what feels comfortable. So all shoppers' men and women be careful to select a suit that is within your budget first and foremost, don't be influenced by color recommendations or older style jacket push of brands by salespeople to move inventory, and look at the value of what you are spending your hard-earned dollars on. The store is making big profit already on clothes still made in China or overseas, but admittedly if you want the best, go to special suit tailors to have a handmade suit 100% cashmere wool or silk suits costing minimum $1000 per suit that will last a life time. But if you want practical low budget - friendly lower -priced and decent looking suits, I recommend Hollywood Suit and ask for George who will not pester you but allow you to make your own decision. So everybody please do your homework because all clothing prices are going up regardless of being made inexpensively in foreign countries. read more

I will however claim that their advertising seems a little deceiving. 3 quality suits for a low price, but when you get their that low price is for low "quality" suits... I know, you get what you pay for, but anything worth getting and wearing a few times will cost you nearly triple what they claim on radio ads. Anyway, the guy who serviced us has obviously sold suits for a while, he knew the sizes based on just looking at me and their selections of shirt and ties that they promise are free when you buy 3 are very selected and the quality is iffy. A friend of mine was looking for a suit and my recommendation was to look at Salvation Army since it is essentially for a one time use (an upcoming wedding) but he was not keen on that idea so I found this place via google. We were quickly greeted by an employee and he took my friend's measurements and over to some suits. Upon trying one of the suit jackets on he asked the price and it was 500 bucks! My friend asked for a cheaper suit since it was not going to be worn daily so he quickly prompted him to some other suits and settled on one for an OTD total of 217.00 (my friend needed alterations and the employee directed him to the tailor shop around the corner). Store is big and very clean with lots of selections to choose from. The process was quick, painless, and simple. The only part I did not like was when the employee directed my friend for a higher priced suit but at the same time my friend should have asked to start off with the lowest priced suits first. read more
